it was jam-packed this past week. They came in pretty hard. So I'm very happy about that.

And this upcoming week we get some new episodes of Beyond the Gates, so other things to look forward to.

I did miss me some Beyond the Gates but I was entertained. But let's go to this just in What have we heard about one of our characters from General Hospital?

Well, coming in from General Hospital news, we have to celebrate that Alexis Davis will be around for three more years because the actress

has announced that she re-signed, unlike the actress who plays Christina.

La (00:59)
Well, let's hope that she gets a meater storyline. I have some concerns, like Cody pointed out this past week, that Rick and Alexis are doing well putting together this party for Molly. Does that mean that Sparks may be flying? We'll have to keep an eye on that.

Chanelle (01:19)
Look, Nancy Lee Grant, she has been playing the role of Alexis since nineteen ninety six. She's had her ups, she's had her downs, but I feel like her character development, there's still miles to go. And she might be the one who outs Willow. Who knows? So I I'm looking forward to seeing more of Alexis on my T V screen.

La (01:25)
Wow.

Any update about our boy Josh, who is no longer with young and restless?

Chanelle (01:44)
⁓ Joshua, Joshua. After so many years, so many trials, I was rooting for you when the world wasn't, and then I joined the world. Right now we're hearing that there are still talks to try to get a new replacement head writer, but we are hearing that word on the soap street is that they might have someone in place to have some new episodes start rolling out.

by late September, early October. So while we're in the works, they might have not announced it yet, but they are working hard to keep us fans interested in Young and the Restless. And after this week, it might be on an upward momentum.

True. Also from Young and the Restless, former Aunt Jordan, otherwise known as Barbara Ryan from TrueFans who watch soap operas such as As the World Turns. Colleen Zenk apparently has been arrested for her third DUI. She has pleaded not guilty and she's out on bond for $2,000, but that's not great. And I don't see Jordan coming back anytime soon. Of course, I think she died on the show.

did meet her when ⁓ look, this is just a far out thing, but as a millennial who used to go to King's Dominion for Soaps Day, I I'm rooting for her to to hopefully conquer this.

Yes, we need her on our soap operas. Also, we wanna send out condolences for actor Michael Damien, aka Danny Romalotti. His oldest sister, Maria Weir, passed away. So that's probably why we haven't seen him. He's taking time to mourn the loss of his oldest sister. So we wish him well, thoughts and prayers.

All right, let's get onward and upward.

The excitement of General Hospital. My goodness. First off, let's start off John Oliver. His dream has been to be on a soap opera for some reason. He just loves the dramatics and the chaos and the craziness. So he got his people to talk to some soap people, and he is not only appeared on General Hospital this past week, and we will

See him Monday, but he also is apparently on Days of Our Lives. He's making all the stops. But when he was on General Hospital this past week, he was glorious. He was Z, WSB head honcho in charge, and Valentin has apparently gotten a hold of him with all the

you know, backstabbing from Cullum and the collaboration with Sidwell and Cassius and all this mess. And Zee is here to clean house. He gets a helicopter. He lands with all the chaos that's happening, with the shootings and stuff. I ain't seen that many bullets fly in Port Charles in so long. And

Chanelle (04:59)
Mm-hmm.

La (05:00)
He even was walking and somebody was already been shot but he was groaning. Mr. Oliver pulls out his gun, shoots, and doesn't even look at him. I was like, this man is a gangster. And he saves the day. It was amazing. ⁓

Chanelle (05:16)
Look, I give him his props because I was like, John Oliver, I love him as a comedian. Love the British accent. But when I saw him in that suit, I said, What is this warm fuzzy feeling? Do I think he is as handsome as he is as Z? Possibly.

La (05:34)
Yeah.

He he brought it. he was no nonsense. He's like, okay, Joss, we saved your life. Okay, Cassius, what's going on? Like he was here to put things back in order. And that's exactly what he did. They did an amazing job with him. I'm so glad he was insisted to be a part of the soap. It works.

Chanelle (05:56)
Yeah, I just need them

to have more security with him though. Those two snipers, I'm like, that's well, but where's the other cavalry? Like I just needed just a few more people, maybe towards the end, but I appreciate the helicopter landing.

La (06:09)
So we need to backtrack on how we got to this point. We have, like I said, Valentin left Charlotte and Carly to go try to fall on the sword to the WSB and just give them all the information he had about all the underhanded stuff that was going on. This

made them l start looking harder at Cullum who tried to kill Brennan, who supposedly is supposed to be, you know, stroke induced because of the thing that Nina did, shooting him up with the medication that Sidwell provided Willow to keep Drew under wraps and stuck in his chair. But the stuff has been wearing off, but he can't really let anybody know because he knows that Cullum and the WSB are keeping an eye on him.

And Cullum just was like, ⁓ you know, Obrecht had already finished.

the cold fusion project. So whether it worked or not, we never really knew for sure, but that's all Cullum needed to know. So his work was done. He was taking the device with him, but he wanted to, tie up loose ends, and Brennan is a loose end. So Brennan is trying to pretend he's still, incapacitated. Cullum was like, I know what you're doing. I know the truth. So I'm here to end things for you. You've done enough trouble for me. I don't want to deal with it anymore.

He ties his hands down, puts a mask on him with carbon monoxide, and leaves it on high, puts the tube on the bed, is like, peace out. it's hilarious because apparently nobody did rounds, because I guess it's a holiday. And you would think that he would be monitored because supposedly he can't talk or communicate or move.

And you would think he would have stuff, hooked up to him to show the staff that, hey, he's not breathing or he's having trouble breathing or something. Nobody. Nina brings over some cheeseburgers for him and notices that he is masked, he is tied down. She's like, my God, she does mouth to mouth, brings him back.

And she's like, I'm going to take care of you now. I'm going to go pretend that you need to be in my custody now to get you out of here so you can be safe. So Nina is on the path to save Brennan, which looks like she's gonna be the new woman in Brennan's life now that Carly is out.

Chanelle (08:33)
If he sticks around, who knows? Maybe the WSB might need someone in charge now that Cullum was killed in the line of duty.

La (08:39)
yes.

Yes. And so when Cullum was trying to get the device put on a truck and ready to go, Obrecht and Joss were working on trying to get out. And also Carly was at Wyndermere and she was trying to figure out how to get to Joss. She didn't even know that Obrecht was stuck with her. So

Cullum leaves somebody to kill Carly, yet another loose end. She gets in a fight. She's trying to defend herself, and all of a sudden somebody shoots her attacker. It's Cassius. He has said goodbye to James. It was determined by Anna. So bizarre.

She somehow got to Switzerland when she ran away from the facility that was holding her in France. Got letters that Madeline Obrecht's sister had written to Faison when she went to Switzerland at his old chateau. In that she determined that Nathan was not Nathan, the guy who came back, even though she had done a blood test and fingerprint testing on him, and it proved that he was. But she determined that he wasn't. Felicia and Emma and Mac were already

in France to visit her and she takes Felicia inside and is like, I got something to tell you. Nathan is not alive. That is not him. It is his twin brother Cassius. And of course Felicia's giving her a look like, you just got your faculties back like five seconds ago. So I don't really trust what you're saying completely, but I'll look into it. So she calls Cody. Unfortunately Cody got his phone wet so his phone was drying out so he wasn't picking up but she leaves a bunch of messages

Messages, hey, I got concerns about Nathan. Please keep James away from him. And it looked like Cassius, in his effort to leave town, now that his cover is pretty much blown, he was gonna take James with him because even though that's just his nephew, he loved that little boy. So he would look like he was about to take him, but Cody was able to stop them at the batting cages and

Cassius confesses to James that he has to go. He's done some things. And James may hear some bad things about him, but when it comes down to it, he loved him. And he leaves. So Cody keeps James, and James is depressed, and they take him over to where Cody lives in the stables. And Tracy is there, and she's ready to fuss Cody out about a horse. And or and ⁓ James is sad, and so they cheer him up with s'mores, making s'mores and stuff. But then Cody reveals to Tracy all that happened that he knows so far.

Far and she's like, ⁓ like we gotta keep an eye on James because this guy, Cassius, is still out there. Now, mind you, Cassius the week before had attacked Detective Fitzgerald. So they're already looking for him for almost killing a detective and helping Sidwell. So he's on the run.

But instead of leaving, he goes and helps Carly and he's like, Do you know where my mom and Joss are? And she was like, Your mom? He was like, They're both together. Do you know where they are? And she's like, I have an idea. He was like, go down there and get them and I'll cover you. And

The same time Obrecht is working on wires to open the locked door. She figures it out, opens the door. Carly is there right when the door opens, and Joss is like, I don't have time for you. Who is upstairs? And Carly is like, Nathan, she doesn't know he's Cassius. She's like, Nathan helped me, and she was like, Got it. She throws her mother into the cell with Obrecht, and Obrecht locks the door so she can't get out because Joss is on a mission. So she goes

up finds Cassius she's like we gotta you know stop the cold fusion device from going away and as Chanelle calls her her favorite spy she runs head on towards the shooting and gets herself shot

Chanelle (12:45)
it's one of those things I root for Joss. I'm like, okay, she's doing things right. That look that she gave Obrecht, was like, I will protect Cassius because he protected me and my mom and whatever. But to run directly in the line of fire.

La (13:01)
She didn't duck down. Yep, she telepathy as the cover.

Chanelle (13:03)
Just to cover me, like one, two, three step and

got shot. And I was like, Josh, here we go again.

La (13:10)
And it wasn't like, it wasn't a

like shoulder, it was right in the gut.

Chanelle (13:14)
It really w open, open, whole torso, just body shot. ⁓ but through it all, this ends up having Cassius leave his hiding spot to come protect her. And then he's like, Don't protect me. Go get we need to go get Cullum. He's like, Don't worry about it. I'm right here. And then he shoots Nathan, aka Cassius, and I'm like, dang it. ⁓ I was like, Again, he could have lived. Damn it, Joss, but it's

It's okay because while he's doing the whole villain thing of telling his plan and being like, You've been a thorn in my side, and even talking about Britt, I'm like, we just giving out all of the information. We have Joss finally starting to crawl because while he kicked away the handgun, there's a shotgun laying on the ground. Joss gets it, and before

La (13:56)
Yeah.

Chanelle (14:09)
Anything Cullum can do again with Cassius, she pulls the trigger on him. And those buckshots, I tell you Cullum went down quickly.

La (14:18)
So quick. And it was it was just so much action I was not expecting all of that at ⁓ General Hospital.

Chanelle (14:29)
Look, that and the fact that it's like, we know y'all be behind your production building, but I appreciate I was like, we have all this activity. I'm supposed to believe this is happening on Spoon Island. I said I was just like, okay, we have the actual building that you probably shoot out of. Or then you have we didn't even figure out how Danny and Charlotte all of a sudden are still on the island. I'm like, did they just sit here the actual gunshots and be like, ⁓ we gotta get out of here? Or did they go find Carly? It it was a lot.

But I appreciated it. So Frank, you get a clean up this week.

La (15:00)
And like you said,

like you said, Cullum before he was killed reveals that Britt never had Huntingtons. So what the heck is she treating? Does she not know she has Huntingtons? She done fell out. She got sick. she's under the impression she's dying. So how were they keep like he said he used the drugs to keep her?

Pretty much on a leash to do what he needed her to do. But what does she have? Is it anything? Is she perfectly fine?

Chanelle (15:31)
She might be anemic, need to eat, do something better, because all that she was being injected with from Cullen's standpoint was saline. So salt water solution, if you will. And then it's the idea that he was like, Well, thank you, Cassius, because while she was being injected with saline, that last batch was poison. But she never got to take it, thanks to Lulu and Dante. So they actually helped out Britt. Now, if they weren't.

La (15:36)
What's failing? Yep.

So she got arrested.

Chanelle (15:58)
being the dutiful parents that they think they were, they might have been able to take Britt out without having to lift a finger. Just saying.

La (16:05)
True. But Lulu got a dose of reality this past week when Dante, in my eyes, got the pleasure of telling her the truth about Nathan. The man that you were sleeping with, the man that you took after he supposedly didn't want to be with Maxie anymore, wasn't Nathan. It was Cassius.

his evil twin brother and she's like, No, that can't be right. He couldn't have fooled all of us. Dante was like, there were signs that he was not the Nathan we knew and love. And when she took inventory, she was like, my God, he wanted me instead of Maxie. AKA that should have been your first clue.

So she's sitting with that also the fact that her son Rocco can't stand her or his father because of them getting Britt arrested and who she is now in holding now in jail because of them saying She was a kidnapper. But they claim, at least Dante does, that they did it for her own safety because Cullum was gonna keep looking for her and with her being sick, she wouldn't be able to keep up So they got her arrested that way they can keep it on.

Chanelle (16:49)

eye on her, but she still is facing kidnapping charges, so you still got her in trouble.

Exactly. I think that was just so that they could ease their mind. Because even with the kidnapping charges, if I was Britt, I would be like, and how did we get this fake passport? Hmm. Lulu, have any ideas? Because Dante had to lie and say that it was Britt. And through it all, you have to realize if Rocco doesn't cooperate, what's she gonna do? So you have just set her up so that she has to deal with the WSB. You didn't have to pile on charges.

And Liesel

unfortunately, is feeling some kind of way about her daughter because she's like, I'm as smart as you are, if not smarter. You could have came to me and we could have figured something out. Instead, you kept lying, Well, I didn't want to hurt you, and you were so happy to have Nathan back. She's like, That's not the point. Even before that, you've been lying to me about dying. You've been lying to me about leaving. All you've done is lie to me. I'm gonna go be with the son that I didn't know I had who

appreciates me and unfortunately Liesel doesn't know that supposedly Cassius is dead.

Chanelle (18:28)
Again, Frank, we know similar to other soap operas, no one remains dead, but it will be interesting to see how this pans out because we have Joss recovering at General Hospital and talking to the higher-ups. And with talking to Z, it's realized that what's the real breakdown that happened? ⁓ that story doesn't.

shine the best light on the WSB. They didn't know that one of their top brass was a double agent. So who who who could possibly take the fall for this? And Joss, even through all that medication, was like, well, if if Cullum is dead and he died in the line of duty as a hero, maybe maybe it was Cassius. Maybe it was, you know, Cassius and Sidwell who is in WSB custody.

La (18:59)

Chanelle (19:23)
That did this terrible thing and was trying to do this cold fusion device with Cesar Faison. And Z's like, okay, I'm hearing this. that might work. What do you want? Because they realize you want something for it. And she was like, ⁓ just for Jason and Valentin to have the charges drop against them. That's it. And

At this point, with her being the main person and the only survivor of this situation of the shootout, he was like, Okay, done. But as I've said to La previously, ma'am, there are a lot of other people who could possibly potentially face some charges, like your mama harboring a fugitive, if they find out about Charlotte and Nina harboring a fugitive or at least colluding, ⁓ you know.

La (20:06)
Yep.

There's so many people have to tell.

Chanelle (20:13)
At this point, you need to say anybody I tell you who's a part of this investigation. And then you have Brennan, who luckily has been saved. But if he were to come out and be like, it was Carly working with Valentin, then it's like, Valentin's safe, but your mama's not. I feel like if we were working on all cylinders as the best spy that we were, she would have been more people. That's the only caveat that I had, Frank, that I was like, ooh,

Two people, I'm glad to have Jason back soon, but there could still be fallout from this decision. And through it all, if you're gonna blame it on Cassius, Obrecht is not gonna allow that. Like, she's gonna be one of the biggest ones to fight against her son, the hero. So you're gonna have to live with that. And that might be the one piece of consciousness because, again, you're about to frame the man who saved your life because you stupidly ran into some bullets. All right, I'm done. I'm gonna get off.

Also, as she said, nobody stays dead. Perfect example. The one problem that we have with Anna is that she is not completely in her right mind. Proof she has an aberration of the late Peter August guiding her. Now, she claims that she figured out that Cassius was pretending to be Nathan through those letters. But I question, is it?

Peter August guiding her? And if so, she's been released now because she was able to figure out who Nathan really was. Felicia told the authorities at the facility and they were like, Well, you good girl. You can go home tomorrow. Is she going home tomorrow? Is Peter coming with her? are they gonna make her commissioner again with Peter as her Jiminy Cricket? Like that's terrifying.

Chanelle (22:02)
Yeah. And of all the people to come back, I I really don't need a one of Peter. Let let Anna get her her life back on track. I what does he really serve a purpose for in this? I I just don't know yet. I'll I will s go on this journey with you, Frank, but I'm just like, okay, why?

Sidwell holding ADA Turner hostage, holding Ethan hostage. First off, Ethan, I'm very disappointed at you as a bodyguard because you waited until Sidwell had the gun out on all of you to reach for your gun, which was too late. Sidwell takes the gun from him and

For some reason, Ava just had all the smoke. She's talking smack about Sidwell to his face, saying that the reason why your son is dead is because of you, not Lucas, who loved him more than you ever would have. And she just was just poking the bear, poking the bear, and he went to shoot her. And in the process, Ethan jumped in front of her and got shot in the booty. He literally got a bullet to the butt.

But in the beginning you just saw the shooting, but you didn't realize he was shot.

And then they hide in a storage unit for the art gallery. And they're moving the cabinet. And I saw blood running from his like, you know, near the hip, down the leg. And I'm like, did he get shot in the ass? That can't be right. And lo and behold, that's exactly what Ava determined. She's like, You got shot in the ass. Like, yes. But the way he is suffering from this bullet wound, he done passed out. I don't know if I'm gonna make it. I'm like, this is

Is wait. What kind of

And you see Ava, trying to tie, you know, cut off, you know, yes, on his butt cheek. I was like, what is happening right now?

there was no way to contact for help. you would think this was day one for him on security duty, but he got shot in the butt and is on the verge of death. Luckily, thankfully they were able to get help to him. So we think he gonna make it. But to die from a butt wound, I would be concerned about how you gonna tell this story.

Chanelle (25:06)
Yeah. And and I have to give him props because he was like, ⁓ this is not gonna be a good look for Sonny Meanwhile Sonny's out there with ADA Turner and it was like, ⁓ if if only he knew what was going on.

And he was going to kill

Sidwell. He was like, I'm gonna do the world a favor. And it was ADA Turner who was like, Don't. I do not want to have to prosecute you for murder. I'm witnessing it. You you can ⁓ Yeah, just don't do it for me. And he didn't. And the funny thing is the actual actors Sidwell and Ad A. Turner are husband and wife.

It's this couple things, but I I give it to Sidwell because while Cullum was creepy, Sidwell was like a funny villain. A and the looks and and the things he says and I'm gonna miss him.

At least put things back to normal in Port Charles. Laura's mayor is doing what she can to unravel his things. Hopefully deception gets back on track, even though Lucy's about to have a lot more shares in it. Like it's gonna be interesting.

All right, now Bold and the Beautiful. Yes, it's all about Hope's reveal. Brooke is beyond devastated. As we anticipated, and Hope knew too. Hope and Katie both knew that it was gonna go down bad, but they were fooling themselves. So after the reveal and

Now it's determined that Hope now works for Logan and has Hope by Logan or however it is. I don't know. Yeah, Hope by Logan. Right. So now that she has her own line there and she did not sever ties with Forrester as a professional would have. Brooke is

Furious. So she runs down to Logan and fusses out Katie, throws something at her head and shatters her monitor. And the audacity that Katie has when telling Brooke, A, you should be proud of Hope. She is standing up for herself. Forrester never gave her the value that she deserved or the time and just the ability to do whatever she wants. I'm giving her that. And

You know, aren't you tired of fighting? Like, let's just be sisters again. Woman, you have

Cut me at every corner. You've tried to take Eric. Again, he was easy prey, but you did. Everything you've done for your fashion house, you did on the back of the Forresters. But you have the audacity to be like, we good, right? Like, no, we're not good. And Hope was the same way. We good, right? I mean, I know that I snuck behind your back. I know I lied to your face. I know I'm still signed up with Forrester, The fact that she was like, I have a commitment to Katie. Woman, you have

Because Steffy would have had you under the jail if she could have. But now you've done it again because you told Katie about the couture line dropping, which gave them the opportunity.

To have their stuff drop a day earlier. Now Forrester for some reason is running scared or they feel like they need to wait because they don't want the masses to think that they're following up as a retaliation, I guess. So they're gonna wait, but they've also put Electra's,

jewelry line on hold because of the presentation of the Hopeforthefuture Diamond. Now what I would like to see is that she was staring at it like a fiend because she's always wanted to work with it or be able to put it in one of her pieces or something. And RJ had to stop her because she wouldn't stop staring at it on her computer screen. What I'm hoping is that she will realize that that is not the original thing that Wyatt

Pawned off a fake and Logan utilized it. I want a flaw somewhere. I want maybe it has like too many points. Something has to be wrong with that thing because it's not the real thing. I'm positive it's not. And I need her as a jewelry expert to catch it.

just didn't give me what I needed. And you particularly were you claim you went to bat for me. What about when I was insulted? What about when you know Steffy had her stilettos on my neck? All you ever did was choose Ridge. Now I'm choosing myself. And in doing so, I'm also taking your granddaughter away. I'm moving in with Bill and Katie because Liam said it was best. And he goes to take a phone call or text somebody and leaves his coat with the sedatives on the on the sofa. She grabs some, takes them, she made

Canope'. She douses all of the canope' with the drugs. And unfortunately, he gets called away because Jack has found Patty's purse with her phone in it, figures out what her password was, Kitty, and contacts the doctor saying, I need to see you right now. It's an emergency in our usual spot. Well, he runs off and

She's left with the drugged canope', and she's like, Dang it, I'll just leave it here for you when you get back. While he's gone, Kyle is given the signal by Jack, go over there, see if you can get in, distract those dogs, and get Diane. He does manage to get in. He brought some meat to keep them occupied. They're apparently a bunch of dobermans. And he comes in and Diane is so elated to see him, but she's How are we gonna get out? He was like, I thought you had surveyed the area. She's like, bruh, everything.

this inkling that she keeps pushing for Nate to get back into medicine because most likely Vivica A. Fox is a star, a movie star, TV star, former soap actress now back on soaps. She's not going to stay. I don't feel like she's gonna stay for a long period of time. So if she does decide to go back to New York

if he's already back in the medical field, you can just have him do her job. But he has a lot to think about. You are not sure about this, like you said, experimental procedure. And you've been out of the game for a minute. you've been keeping up with journals and whatnot, but do you really wanna go back to that? And if so, you gotta let Lily ⁓

Devon, no. So they can figure out I mean, they have Cane now who's in charge of Chancellor, but whatever Nate is working on, do they have somebody who could take his place if he does get back into medicine? It's I I just don't understand why we're pushing so hard for this.

Is even if Vivica A. Fox wants to be here for a good time, not a long time, because I do want to have her still back on lifetime with her "Wrong" franchise. I just need them to figure out what are we doing with Nate. I don't like how we push aside some of the legacy characters and the building that we can do with them. I don't mind Nate because he's still connected to the Winters family, but it's this idea of okay, the focus is on him.

You getting with Victoria or not? Are you being a part of the family? And if not, then that's okay. But I need you pushed to the side because I got bigger fish to fry and other family members and people that I'm caring about. Particularly, we had Jill back this week. Now it wasn't our go-to girl. That's okay though. But even just to have Jill in Genoa City was nice to see. And the dynamics of seeing

Of interaction with her, Cane, and Billy. That's old school soaps for me. This is going down that path of we know the storyline, we know the history, we know the family dynamics. And Billy being Billy just couldn't let it fly because I was like, I remember Lily telling you that she got Chancellor back. It was the surprise of hearing that Cane would be the one leading it that got Billy in his feelings.

Which made him lash out at Jill and it's like, if you know that your mama is sick, why are you still being a brat? Sir, you are about to have another child of your own and get married. There are still things in life that you can celebrate.

Well, it was also funny with their meeting, A, they were bickering like brothers. And Cane wants that so badly. he loves that he's loved by Jill, but he wants to be friends with Billy so badly. It's so ridiculous. But even with the, you know, he's gonna be married soon, he's gonna have a baby, he blurts that out to Jill, and Sally is kind of upset. She's like, You told her about the baby and the marriage without me? And

The fact that he blurted out, I already know that you were giving the money to Sally for the media company. And she's like, I was sworn never to tell. Well, that was your dumbness for telling Billy. But you just went out and told your mom that I told you? He's like, it just slipped out. And she's like, she could just slip back and take all that money away. Like, what are you doing?

Or the fact that he stepped away because she was like, Yes, I did it for you. He's like, I don't need your handouts. Well, I gave the company to Sally and this woman named Audrey anyway. And I'm like, You are proving her point. Come on, Billy. Like, what in the world?

that's why I'm with Lily with Cane. She's like, you can do this if you want to, but I can't wait to tell you I told you so. Because how many times has Billy been given chance after chance, but he wants to be in charge? Now, mind you, Cane has offered him in charge of research and development, but still.

What he wants is to be CEO. And Lily said, don't be surprised if he starts gunning for your job. I'm just telling you, that's what he is. He's not happy unless he's in charge. And if he's in charge, then he's a tyrant. So if you really want this for him, I'll back you up. But I got concerns. And so do I. I don't believe in Billy at all.

Sure enough don't. And again, it's one of those things if he could just see the air of his ways. I don't know what in his mind really has to do. It was weird when he had that conversation with Adam about Delia. I was like, maybe he needs to go back and have like his own come to Jesus moment about just the loss and expectations in his family and what he does because he just really seems broken. I mean, honestly, even with the Jack situation.

Do you know that your brother is trying to find his missing wife? Like, could you be helping with that? You ain't got no job. Like, what are you doing? What are you really doing? I feel like the Abbott caper could have been on everybody. I mean, at this point, Tracy was the one who told y'all about the doctor. Nobody called the police. I'm like, this is crazy. We should have done a welfare check on Jack just to, you know, throw a wrench in Patty's plans. Like something.

Somebody should have I mean, even though she kicked everybody out, somebody still should have had access to the house and be there's apparently it's a huge mansion. You could stay in another room and Patty would have never seen you. But just to be there, because when you see the previews for this coming week, Kyle and Diane come home and they're like, Where's Dad? How long has he been bleeding out? Cause she took the knife out.

So if he had she had left the knife in, that would have saved you know, that would have helped him. But he'd been bleeding now for God knows how long. I don't know how far the shrink's house was. But if it was like a two hour drive, this man been bleeding for two hours, he should be close to death.

Yeah, I mean it's on the outskirts of town, but it's also like where is that Abbott Security that was able to finally get Matt Clark when he was on the run? If you're gonna say that they have a security team and everybody else, they don't have to be at the main house, but he doesn't have like a panic button or anything. Yes, my hope, dreams, expectations is I just hope that we continue the momentum with just the soaps in general. I'm really proud to say I first I questioned why Beyond the Gates was on a whole recap week, but then I saw the other three soaps actually shine. For what I like to watch, the fact that, you know, General Hospital came out strong, the fact that I had the emotional

Memories and wherewithal to understand what was happening on Young the Restless and what we've been craving with the fashion and the family and the feuding on Bold and the Beautiful Let's keep this momentum. The fact that this is happening in July versus May sweeps, the fact that we have so many changes coming down the pipeline by fall, it just proves the point that soap operas are a part of Americana.

The fact that soap operas are here to stay and it was on the right path. I'm looking forward to what we have going into this upcoming week.
