Mat Hotho is an adaptive CrossFit athlete, who competes in the Neuromuscular Moderate division. He has mild hemiplegic cerebral palsy, impacting his right side.
Mat lives in Tampa Bay and is married to Emily. They have three sons, Liam, Evan, and Jackson. When Mat isn't trying to solve the mysteries of the severed floor on Severance, he is coaching at Lineage CrossFit or listening to broadway musicals.
