Let the soothing tones guide you into stillness as you release the tension you’ve been holding, especially in the face, jaw, and body. There’s nothing to do, nowhere to be. Just you, the sound, and the space to let go.
If thoughts come, that’s okay, just notice them, and gently bring your attention back to the sound. There’s no right way to do this. Just experience it, and notice how you feel at the end.
