I’m not a therapist, breathwork coach, or yoga teacher, I’m someone who’s been where you are. Through my journey of overcoming anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout, I’ve gathered powerful insights from personal development mentors, mindfulness practices, and my work as a sound therapist.
