A season of bereavement is very dark and full of heartbreak. However, there is Hope! The cross is what connects our hearts with His word of truth and Heaven! I can find my joy and strength in the Lord. He is what keeps my heart alive!!

God meets us in our grief with gentleness- never demanding strength we do not yet possess.
So.....
Take a deep breath
Trust that God will meet you exactly where you are.
Release the weight of others' expectations and the pressure to "be strong"
Rest in the everlasting arms of Jesus. Knowing He comes to you in your own place and at your own pace.
In Him you are given a safe space to heal, to breathe again and to slowly rediscover the strength that grief may have hidden- but never taken away.
