Welcome to Selah—a sacred pause in the noise of life.
I invite you to find a quiet spot, free from distractions, where you can fully focus on God’s presence.
As we move through this meditation, engage your heart and mind—visualize the scriptures, let the words take root in your soul, and repeat the prayers.
Today we meditate on:
Ephesians 1:17 (NIV)
"I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better."

Close your eyes.
 Take a deep breath in…
 Exhale…
"Quiet my heart, Lord. Help me to be fully present with You.
I rest in the knowledge that You are here, shaping me, molding me, and completing a good work in me."

I take a deep breath in…
And as I exhale, I see myself sitting at the feet of Jesus.
His presence is peaceful, radiant—like sunlight warming my soul.
In His eyes, there is kindness. In His voice, there is invitation.

"I want to know You, Lord," I whisper.
Not just with my mind, but with my heart.
Not from a distance, but face to face.
I feel His nearness—closer than breath, deeper than words.
The Spirit of wisdom and revelation begins to stir within me…
Illuminating the parts of God I have yet to see, yet to understand.

The fog of confusion lifts. The noise of distraction fades.
I am not alone in this search—He is here, revealing Himself to me.
Through the Word. Through the Spirit. Through stillness.
 I breathe in His truth…
 I breathe out my striving…
He desires to be known. And I was created to know Him.

I pray from the depth of my heart:
"Father, I want more than information—I want intimacy.
Give me the Spirit of wisdom—to discern Your voice.
Give me the Spirit of revelation—to see You clearly.

Peel away what I think I know, and show me who You truly are.
Not a distant God, but a glorious Father.
 Not just Creator, but Friend.
 Not just Savior, but Shepherd."

I breathe in deeply...
I sense His presence washing over me like light.
He is not hiding. He is revealing.
 I ask again:
â€śLet me know You better. Let me walk in wisdom. Let me see with Your eyes.”
I picture my spirit expanding—making room for more of Him.
 More understanding.
 More clarity.
 More nearness.
 I whisper into the stillness:
"Spirit of God, reveal the heart of the Father to me."

 I breathe in deeply again...
As I breathe in, I receive the Spirit of wisdom.
As I breathe out, I let go of every false belief.

I center my heart on these truths:
"God wants me to know Him."
"He is revealing Himself to me through the Spirit."
"I have access to divine wisdom."
"I am growing in intimacy with God every day."

Breathe in…
 Hold…
 Breathe out…
"I do not walk blindly—I walk with revelation."
"I am not alone—I am led by the Spirit of wisdom."
"I know Him. I see Him. I love Him."

One more deep breath in...
 Slow, steady breath out...
"Thank You, Father, for the gift of knowing You.
 I receive Your Spirit.
 I rest in Your presence.
And I walk forward in wisdom, revelation, and relationship."
