Hello, and welcome to Selah.
I invite you to find a quiet spot, free from distractions, where you can fully focus on God’s presence.
As we move through this meditation, engage your heart and mind—visualize the scriptures, let the words take root in your soul, and repeat the prayers.

Today, we’re reflecting on Isaiah 41:10:
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Fear tries to take root when the future feels uncertain.
But this verse reminds us that the presence of God is greater than the presence of fear.
He promises to strengthen, help, and hold us.
 We are not alone.

Let’s begin.

Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
 Hold…
 Exhale slowly…

"Quiet my heart, Lord. Help me to be fully present with You.
I rest in the knowledge that You are here,
shaping me, molding me, and completing a good work in me."

As I breathe in deeply…
I imagine myself walking through a dark valley—
not knowing what’s ahead, unsure of the next step.
My heart is racing… and fear is close.
But then, I sense a hand reach out.

It’s warm.
 Steady.
 Strong.

I look up… and I see Him.
 Jesus—walking beside me.
Not rushing me. Not pushing me.
Just walking with me. Holding me.

And then I hear His voice:
â€śDo not fear, for I am with you.”

The darkness around me doesn’t disappear,
but the fear begins to fade.

“Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.”
He is not distant. He is personal. Present. Powerful.

I feel strength pouring into me—not from myself, but from Him.

“I will strengthen you and help you.”
“I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Breathe in…
 You are with me.
Breathe out…
I will not fear.

"Father, fear tries to hold me…
 but You hold me stronger.
When I feel overwhelmed, You remind me I’m not alone.
 You are my help.
 You are my strength.
 You are my God."

"I release every fear that grips my heart.
 Every anxious thought.
 Every heavy burden.
I place them all in Your hands."

Breathe in…
 Peace.
Breathe out…
Dread.

Breathe in…
 Strength.
Breathe out…
Weakness.

"Thank You for holding me up when I feel like falling.
For speaking peace into my panic.
For lifting me with Your righteous right hand.
I trust You to carry me through."

Take another slow breath in…
 Hold…
 Exhale gently.

Let these truths settle deep in your soul:

"I will not fear—God is with me."
"He strengthens me when I’m weak."
"He helps me when I’m overwhelmed."
"He upholds me with His mighty hand."

Breathe in…
 I am held.
Breathe out…
I am not afraid.

"Thank You, Lord, for Your promise to be with me.
Even when I don’t feel strong—You are strong for me.
Even when I feel surrounded by fear—You surround me with peace.
 You help me.
 You hold me.
And You never let me go."

"Today, I walk in courage—not because of me, but because of You.
 You are with me.
 You are for me.
And I will not be shaken."

Until next time, I will stay in Your presence and let hope overflow.
Selah.
