Hello, and welcome to Selah – a sacred pause in the noise of life.
I invite you to find a quiet spot, free from distractions, where you can fully focus on God’s presence.
As we move through this meditation, engage your heart and mind—visualize the scriptures, let the words take root in your soul, and repeat the prayers.

Today, we’re reflecting on Ephesians 6:10:
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.”

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, spiritually tired, or like you're fighting battles in your own strength—
This is your moment to release the weight and receive God’s power.

Let’s begin.
 Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
 Hold…
 And exhale gently…

"Quiet my heart, Lord. Help me to be fully present with You.
I rest in the knowledge that You are here,
shaping me, molding me, and completing a good work in me."

I take another breath in…
And as I exhale, I imagine standing in a wide, open space.
 I feel exposed… vulnerable…
The wind is strong, the ground feels uncertain beneath my feet.

But then…
I begin to feel something shift.
A presence surrounds me—strong, steady, secure.

I see a robe of armor being placed over my shoulders.
 Not cold or metallic—
but warm, weightless, and glowing with light.

It is God's power—covering me.
 Not my strength.
 Not my control.
 But His might.

"Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power."

Breathe in…
 Strength not my own.
Breathe out…
Fear I no longer carry.

I see a shield forming in front of me.
Not a wall—but a defense that moves when I move.
I feel a deep power radiating from within.
 It’s not adrenaline.
 It’s not willpower.
It’s the Holy Spirit strengthening me from the inside out.

Even though I may feel small,
I am standing in the strength of the Almighty.

"Father, I confess—
I’ve been trying to fight my battles on my own.
I’ve carried burdens You never asked me to carry.
I’ve tried to be strong in my own strength—
and it’s left me tired and discouraged."

"But today, I choose Your strength.
 Today, I receive Your power.
 Clothe me in Your might.
Help me to stand firm in who You are."

I breathe in deeply…
I feel God's strength filling my lungs.
I feel His presence anchoring my soul.

"No matter what comes today—
I will not stand in fear.
 I will not shrink back.
Because I am not standing alone."

Let’s take one more deep breath in…
 Hold…
 Exhale slowly…

And let these truths settle in your heart:

"I am strong in the Lord."
"I am covered in His power."
 "I do not fight alone."
"God is my defense and my victory."
"The battle belongs to the Lord."

Breathe in…
 Strength.
Breathe out…
Surrender.

Breathe in…
 Confidence.
Breathe out…
Fear.

"Thank You, Lord, for reminding me that I do not need to rely on myself.
When I feel weak, You are strong.
When I feel defeated, You lift me up.
I step forward now—clothed in Your power,
 anchored in Your promises,
 and confident in Your strength."

Until next time, I will stay in Your presence and let hope overflow.
Selah.
