Two Podcasts, One Purpose

Burnout from chasing algorithms is not a business model. That realisation pushed me to split my show into two clear tracks: Empowerment Diaries for transformation and life design, and Sovereign Spotlight for creators who want practical strategy, community, and a brand that survives platform mood swings. I talk through the messy middle—quitting a creator network partnership, staying afloat through pivots and side jobs, and discovering how suppression and silent penalties force you to build assets you actually own.
We get specific about what works. Strategy sessions replace tip jars. One-to-one coaching focuses on equipment, on-camera persona, and the craft of hosting a room that people want to enter and stay in. I unpack why brands value connected creators over big but cold follower counts, and how to turn live streams from random performances into reliable community touchpoints. Hi greetings! This is Lita, goddess of growth. Today I am talking to you before I take the inspired action to split my podcasting message. I know it's so early to decide to start a whole new podcast, but if we're honest from the beginning, my attention has been split. When you are someone that live streams and you're on social media building your presence, your service, your product, however it is you choose to do it. There's different ways that one chooses to communicate, and mine is podcasting. As always, whenever I hit on a platform, my mind doesn't just focus on one thing, and the reality is I have my life skills and experience to share, and I'm also building a business to support others to grow. The two things have come together and they're now going through a bit of a split. So I'm taking inspired action now to fully commit to splitting the podcast message into two podcasts: Empowerment Diaries and Sovereign Spotlight. We'll be going through strategy sessions primarily on Sovereign Spotlight and let's see how it all goes, right? So yeah, if you didn't know, since August of this year 2025, I have been working on my foundation at home and through my career. My real focus has been business, self-employment, and it has taken a lot of pivoting. On some occasions, eating humble pie, loans which I didn't want to accept, jobs I didn't want to take, but we are here almost at the end of the year. I've managed to keep my home a roof over my head, I'd say my dignity, and I live on as I focus on creating this space that will offer not just nurturing and support but a real genuine platform to create and tap into strategies for growth. Growth in terms of transformation, an opportunity to look into our story, and to take forward the work I was excited about when I became a creator network manager. You know, I spent a couple of years actually promoting my alternative practice via social media. A lot of my work included life coaching and using tools like emotional freedom techniques, meditation to support my audience. It really took me a couple of years until I came to this year to find this opportunity of being a creator network manager. It wasn't something that was in my mind, but when I heard about the opportunity it seemed to fit quite well with what I wanted to achieve. The whole promotion was about being able to extend my reach, do more coaching, be a bit more strategic, and also to help others thrive in their own online careers. And it didn't take long to realise when backstage that a lot of the things that I had gone through and was still going through as a creator, platforms are very aware, and I suppose they're exercising their level of due diligence by creating hubs of support for the creators that need it. I became my very own creator network, which as you know is called Sovereign. Spelt S-O-V-R-E-N actually. I wanted Sovereign as a name, but apparently another creator network has it, and if you look online, there's another business with the name. Interestingly, there's another business with the name sovereign, but so far removed from what it is I am doing, which is great. I love the name sovereign actually. It is not the spelling but the meaning is all the same. It inspired me to really dig deep and focus on my strengths, my aspirations, and it has inspired me to build my own social media platform of sorts, one that offers real-time support. So yeah, it was in April that I signed the contract, April 2025, and I made the decision to quit the partnership in August. Lots of different reasons, primarily, let's just say, algorithm. So I found myself online quite a lot not being around the community that I was there to support and serve. But I did not quit building my creator network. At no point when I left did I think okay, that's the end of my creator network. It was always just the beginning. I realized from day one that I had something special to grow, to nurture, that was very much needed. And to be fair to the platform, they acknowledge what support is needed. It's just the way that it's channelled to as a way to give support that I think we can all take some, I suppose, knowledge from. So I continue my message focused on transformation, continue with empowerment diaries and sovereign what I've done. I'm using my own story, and I'm hoping to inspire others who are also interested in moving from a story of poverty, an environment with very little expectations, to attempting to create a life and a career where we can experience a feeling of wealth, living mostly on our own terms. I'd started a permanent diaries, now a trademarked entity and brand I actually own. Yes, yours truly. And I started it in February of this year. By 2025, I was more established with my ideas of how it should be pushed forward, and I will say that it was being on social media that inspired me to do podcasting because I found there were things I wanted to talk about and to share, and on some platforms items were being deleted or suppressed, and on others, hmm, not so much engagement. So I thought, well, why not go into the podcasting room? I'm used to now talking to myself, and this is my content that I can reflect on when needed. So, LinkedIn to that for whatever reason, when I try to put empowerment diaries on a platform to help promote it, for one reason or another, they declined my business application. I was very open and upfront when I opened the account, but they declined it. They gave me a free trial and then they declined it. But I think that was a blessing. They say every disappointment is a blessing. I moved forward with empowerment diaries, their decline did not stop me from investing my time in building my podcasting and creativity. What I noticed in the short time that I was on the platform, the type of people coming across my feed were more interesting, more intellectual, and more in line with the topics I'm interested in at 50. Not that age has any influence on the type of people that come to us, but in having certain topics at hand, I was attracting a certain audience. I was able to almost tap into my tribe. So that is what is bringing me to my crossroads today. The idea of being in the right space, connected to the right community. I still want to continue with Empowerment Diaries and my message of transformation, but I also want to focus on Sovereign Spotlight, which is to work with creators directly, not just to tap into and transform their story, but to use it as a space and a place to pivot, to showcase what it is they do whilst they're live streaming, focus on their story, the strengths, their weaknesses, their cycles, and really look at their overall career trajectory, thinking about their lifestyle and how they want to present and connect with the outside world. When we join social media, we don't realize the power of connection, especially someone like me that started off excitedly in places like MySpace, Facebook. In those days, it really was about tapping into who you knew, and you just stay in your little bubble sharing stories and photos. We have a cost of living crisis, we have people that are unemployed, and we have people that are struggling to shift in their careers, and this digital world that we are now in, we're no longer entering, when we are now in, we are all learning how to navigate it. Whilst the platforms have their geopolitical discussions and have to worry about barriers to entry because of who can trade with whom, as human beings, we still desire connection, moments of reflection, and the opportunity to extend our reach whether or not we leave our village, our town, island, or country. Right? So, what is sovereign spotlight? You may ask. Well, the whole idea of it is to have the space that I had backstage. Only we're dealing with real people in real settings, and we're not thinking about gifts, we're not thinking about those things that we cannot control. We're looking at focusing on developing and enhancing, bringing forward real talent. It's a one-to-one consultation and a platform for creators to showcase their work, their creativity, and even their story if they choose to. I will be using my own social media experience to do exactly what the platform I left was encouraging me to do, which was work with creators to enhance their brands, build their communities, and most importantly for me, legacy building. And legacy building, I'll jump forward to. Now, I do believe where I differ to what's on platforms as help and support is the fact that I will not be relying on tips or algorithms, and I will not be encouraging any creator I support to do so. What we're leaning into is strategy, we're leaning into real support. For a couple of years, I tried to tap into other creators that were on the platforms a lot longer than I. It took me a long time to understand how things worked, and it was with great sadness towards the end of times how I, you know, I saw people coming in really excited and joining the grow rooms and trying to be in spaces to get seen, all the things that I've done in the past, not acknowledging that that way of trying to grow was the fastest way to lose money rather than earn money. I'll be leaning to not just strategy but working with creators on their equipment, persona, brand, and community building. Community building would be one of my forte actually. The difference between having followers and actually checking in with others, checking in how they are, having some communication to find out about their background. Community building is an interesting one because there were many people I would message on a day-to-day basis. When I was leaving the platform, I did email one particular person that wanted to keep in touch, and to date I have not heard from them. I do know they had given me their telephone number, so it's not the case that they didn't want to be in touch. I just really wasn't ready to keep in touch by phone. And it is interesting how quickly one forgets who we are connected to online on a daily basis, supporting each other with posts, sharing, and comments, and all those other things that we do as markers to show that we are connected to our community. So it's about allowing spaces to build real rapport with others where we can actually meet and greet and support each other. So from Sovereign Spotlight, we set the foundation, and if creators want, they can if they'd like to tap into Sovereign Collective, which is also under the Sovereign Creator Network, a dedicated space where creators can come together, introduce themselves, like the traditional old school networking clubs that we all used to participate. I used to be in one couple, actually. We've stopped doing these things I think since Facebook or probably just after well Facebook really. Somehow we decided that it was easier to connect online and watch fake images on happiness and the family and connections, not realizing that there was a whole story going on behind the scenes. So Sovereign Collective is something that sovereign spotlight members can tap into, and we're talking about professional networking for creators so we understand what the requirements are online and offline to connect and to grow. Brands want us connected, right? That's the reality, and what I learned is that on social media you can get encouraged to have thousands of followers, and if you decide that you're now going to go and sell something or promote something, you could have a thousand followers. But if you don't have that relationship, that connection, that communication, you're likely not selling anything, right? So those that participate in Suffering Spotlight may choose to join Suffering Collective, it's not mandatory, but there's obviously a benefit in doing so. And as you can tell, I hope you're listening. I'm addressing the pain points that I experienced and observed being on the platform for a couple of years, working as a live streamer, doing the shop and all those kinds of things. I'm looking at plugging the holes or at least supporting creators so that they can finally build those areas that have been missing. Because let's be honest, even on social media, successful creators need to have an understanding of community. They need to have not just an understanding of community, they need to have a connected community because that's where the brand deals are linked into. There are brands looking online at live streams a lot of the time, and they're looking at the host and how they connect with the people that are in attendance. We've got a lot of work to do. How do we want to be seen whilst we're online, the topics that we discuss, or even the performances, what level of creativity creativity that we provide, how do we communicate with each other, and not just in a live stream, but how do we connect with each other after the live stream, if at all. Brands are looking for creators that understand community, and community is our strength, it's something that we've forgotten how to do. Pandemic probably didn't help, but we need to get back to that. Brands want hosts and live streamers who can connect in teams, supporting each other. And when I say supporting each other, if there's a live stream and you're wanting a bit of support to make it a bit more interesting until your audience arrives, having that person connected to your account that will be happy to partner with you and live stream with you on an occasion, and for then you to do the same. Doesn't have to be if someone gives you, you give to them, but for you to be available to others in your community to support them. Because the truth is, when you're scrolling down and you're moving through live streams, the audio, the sound is what draws you into that live stream. So if there's something that's interesting, usually people laughing or having a conversation, you're more likely to stop to see what is going on because we're nosy like that, right? We want to see okay, what's going on here, and there's this whole interest, and that's drawn just from the excitement created in that space, which could be just two people having a conversation, a laugh. It's about developing communities that can come together to bring forward that connection because really we want to do more than just scroll online, we want to feel as if we're part of a community that's part of us being human, right? So 2025, this is where we are after a couple of years and a bit on live streaming, not understanding fully how to build a great audience or how to go viral, because obviously that's the focus usually when you understand how much money you could make if you went viral, or how many followers you could have, that kind of thing. Not that I joined social media to go viral, in fact, I entered social media on my business account in the later days, so I never had a any benefit really of going viral, other than I suppose attracting followers. So I suppose that would be a perk. We need to focus on building our network, that's a start. And I've talked to you about sovereign collective, but even before then, we need to have our own focus, our own strategy. Because because before you can look to grow others, you need to have some kind of understanding as to what you're about, and you can uh you can enter social media and get swayed in all these directions post to follow a trend, which is one of them. Go to a grow room, and there are there are different things that we all do through various influences, like my new thing of wearing wigs 2025. I never wore wigs before, I always tried them when I didn't particularly like them. With my greying here due to age 50, I decided well, you know what? I was seeing so many wigs come on my um feed, I thought I'd try them. There are some things that we will pick up and we will benefit from, others probably we need to question a bit more. But my point is is that understanding what you stand for is the core of growth if you're looking to grow on or off social media. One of the things that didn't suit me was this idea that I had to post X amount of times a day at X amount or at X time a day, knowing that I have other responsibilities, I'm a self-supporter, I wasn't making money doing the live streaming, so I needed to earn elsewhere, so I didn't have enough time to do all those tick box items for posting and so on. So for me, connection happened usually outside of peak hours and going to live streams which encourage community, right? I am focused on sharing my skills and knowledge, which is raw experience. What I am not is a marketer or a media guru. You would need to go to those professions for those services. What I am about is what real people are looking for and what real people experience behind the curtain, behind backstage, and in front of everyone else that's watching live streams, right? Together we can share experience, learn new skills, make new friends, and have a silent agreement to support each other online and offline. So what we're going to say is going forward. I know my past experience of being in teams and groups put together with the focus of monetizing, whether it was in WhatsApp or on Discord. Often the conversation would come, we should support each other online to make the environment, the live session, more interesting. Selling would be better, I would hear, if we had ongoing conversations as people passing a live stream are more likely to attend a lively more than a quiet one. I've said it before. All going to the same marketplace and wanting to sell those items to each other, right? And having to live stream around the same peak times to interest an audience that's willing to buy. So you're not in a position to support each other. You're also not in a position to really branch out because you're being steered to live stream in a certain way. Worried that the algorithm will punish you for pivoting away. Sovereign Spotlight is here to help creators, people in business for themselves, artists to exit from that cycle. It is a paid for service, and the idea is it will take you, all of us, for the basics of building your very own personal brand or business presence. And again, I will tell you on and off social media one and one with myself, truly, yours truly. By the end of our time together, this is what I expect. I expect you'll understand. We all need tools to progress our business presence. This is not something that's just going to happen overnight. We all need tools like social media, and we need to acknowledge that they are tools, they're not our employers. They are not going to push us out because they look at us favorable favorably. It's all about money at the end of the day, right? We will come together to get centered on our skills, our talents, our creativity, and turn around and use the platform as tools to grow as was originally attended. We need to be centered on ourselves, our service, our product. We need to be centered on our goals, our objectives, and nothing and no one else. When we come together, we will be talking about the difference between a partnership, which is what I had and ended in August, and collaboration. I learned a hard lesson when I first opened my creator network this year. It was amazing to me that I had what sounded like a real and fantastic opportunity, and yet I was going to live streams feeling really unsupported. My intention is here to work with creators that understand time is money and the importance of building models that aren't reliant on just gifts or the goodwill of others. Yes, as a creator, I do believe in seed funding, sponsorship, but uh the model I've come from for me was not working. This model I'm creating from the ground up through websites. Oh my goodness, it's been a journey, and I'm almost at the end of it. This here is all new for me, but it's built on two years of being in the trenches, being on social media, attempting to build my own alternative practice online, and trying to understand why posts weren't being pushed out. Some were, some weren't. The craziest posts getting 22,000 likes, 13,000 likes, and what have you, and then my work suppressed and seeing the difference between viral content and content that builds community. That's a thing, huh? I will talk with you for the through the importance of live streaming, something I really enjoy, as a way of connecting and building community. It is far more important in my opinion than actually posting three and four times a day at peak. I've done that before. Had so many likes, so much buzz, so much excitement. See a note, oh you're getting interest now, go live now, go to a live stream. Hardly anyone's there if anyone is there. So let's look at the facts. Brands which form a huge part of many creators' income, they want connected influencers, they want people embedded in a community. So promotion is not selling, it needs to be something that we share with our friends, our family, our connections. Oh, do you know I'm drinking so-and-so? Have you tried it? We're not selling it, we're promoting it, yeah, and just a word often from someone that you trust is enough, right? We don't want promotion to be seen as selling, as many of us end up doing because we're trying to hit a number. Understand we are tapping into a community, a space together, where it's not even about us focusing on what we're selling, we're focusing on our energy and our offering. So even if with me, with through Sovereign Spotlight, you never sell a thing, you'll have more confidence going forward whilst you go on and build your brand. Now there's always going to be a space for those who just want to sell, but you know, Sovereign Spotlight is about tapping into your creativity, your strengths, and using that not just for now, but for a lifetime. When I got to the creator network, I had someone join my network, and to this day we have never met. I posted online to say that I was looking to work with creators to coach them so that they can do better on their live streams. At the time, it was advertised and mandatory advertised as a free service. The creator joined boldly, left a lovely message on my account how they would be really happy to join, even signed a contract to agree that they would be part of my creator network. But each time I tried to communicate, she didn't show up. She attempted to live stream, and when I finally made contact with her, she announced that she was shy. She had joined my creator network for coaching support on live streaming, which I was so happy to be in a position to give and to provide and to facilitate. But for one reason or another, no matter how much she wanted to tap into the support available, for one reason or another, shyness let's let us say, she did not step forward to get the coaching that was going to help her create a successful live stream, brand, career, maybe. She was not prepared to show up for the process. So Sovereign Spotlight is for those who are ready to show up. It's a paid-for service, and it is about having clear commitments as to how we will be supporting each other to progress. So it brings forward the mission of my creator network to work with creators to build careers and take it further as together we explore ways to build our brand presence, your brand presence beyond the whims of a moderator or an algorithm. For me, podcasting is one way, as is building community. And you know, whenever we think about business, if we go full circle, it always comes down to community. We think about the old school businesses, even the ones today, the most successful ones, know how to tap into community, even if you have no direct family or friend connections, we all need to learn and exercise our innate knowledge on how to connect with others and build community. I know it's not easy because life is always changing, right? So here we have this opportunity to get one-to-one coaching to strengthen your strengths, level out your weaknesses, and guide you on to building community whether you choose to join our sovereign collective or just take the ideas from our strategy sessions. And in our strategy sessions, I will also be as always tapping into time and season. I am returning to live stream. I haven't been live streaming since end of August. I did a test live stream about probably two weeks ago on YouTube. I will be resuming my live streaming. I will be hosting live streaming, and events will be geared towards community building, real people, professionals, private, as in paid for, so the commitment is there, and we'll be looking at training, connection, spotlighting. The whole point of it being sovereign spotlight is on a podcast like this, giving you, the creator, the opportunity to tell your story, to share your successes, your failures. We have to fail in order to succeed, right? To share your story and have an opportunity to spotlight what it is that you're achieving or has have achieved on the sovereign podcasts, and those clips can then be shared by myself or yourself. You'll have your own package to take with you to put on social media, your blogs, or wherever you choose to. Right? Training will be followed by a spotlight. So about the split, two podcasts. It started with Empowerment Diaries, Life Changed. I took my creator network with me. We now have two podcasts. I'm really stretching my tight, tight budget at this point because I need to pay for the split to happen comfortably, right? Sovereign Spotlight will act as a resource for creators to get hints and tips to progress their digital careers, and we're talking about real life, real people. As I've said, this is not a marketing company, this is not a media company, this is Lita with experience doing the work on the very platform that invited them to be a creator network manager. We're looking at launching careers, enhancing careers, tapping into dormant creativity. We're looking at those creators that want to launch or revamp, right? Any of you that sat there over the months, maybe years, wondering why not me, where's the support, what is it I'm not doing right? All of those things, those questions. We can come together to come to some kind of conclusion, find answers. We definitely will be reviewing key creator concerns. Often the ongoing one is about sessions on burnout. It persists because we have is it just the cost of living crisis that's causing it? Probably not, but it doesn't help. We're looking at how to encourage work-life balance, and I've spoken before in another podcast about pivoting, being in a position to pivot. Your skill, you may have the greatest skill, but in the environment that you're in, maybe not the best place. All of those things will be looked at. We're looking at your energy. Like attracts like, they say. I'm expecting the right creators to come forward for this opportunity. I'm not going to be for everyone, and it's to understand how energy works so that we will know how to lean into it. We're looking at building confidence, looking at our aesthetics. I tell you something, being on platforms where you can use filters to adjust the look of your face, put makeup on, and so gosh, it's so different to being on a podcast where you can change the background, but you cannot change how your face looks. It's interesting. So I've had to learn how to podcast using videos without real filters, and I suppose we're all learning how to adjust, you know, our views, how we look, how we dress, everything, and to be in a position to take whatever brand that we are creating or developing, enhancing with us wherever it is that we choose to go in the future. As I say, whether it's to another village, another town, another island, another country, careers are now portable. We are nomads, those that want to be successful in most cases. We want to be individual brands, we need to be individual brands so that we are in a position to accept the brand deals for the moment, but they always change, and we need to be in a position to change so that we're in a position that we'll always be able to feed, house, and clothe ourselves, right? We also need to be in a position whereby if a platform disappears, bans your account, cuts off your connections. I mean, I have seen that, and that really hurts the soul. An account that hasn't followed the rules has thousands of followers, and for one reason or another, they've always had great community. Yet they start going to live streams, and all of a sudden the community's not getting messages that they're a live streaming, so that's their income gone overnight. Imagine all that work building community, having a regular audience, and a platform can determine that okay, you're not quite in the category or the place that we'd like you to be, so we're going to stop sending your people to you. Or the intentional suppression of your content so that you will never progress beyond the space that you are in. We are the brand, right? And brands are out there ready to collaborate and they say partner with us. What can I tell you? One of the most vital things I learned as a creator network manager in that partnership was that social media isn't truly international. Due to geopat I can't speak, due to geopolitical reasons and UK trading laws that affected myself, I was restricted to working only with UK creators. Now, today with this creator network, I can offer my service to anyone, anywhere, without penalty. No longer will I need to hear of being penalized for connecting with people that don't have a type of an account or aren't in the location that I'm supposed to work with. I can offer my service to anyone that is suited to the service I'm offering. There are so many rules on platforms that we don't hear about, we don't know about until we're actually penalized for breaking them. It's not in the fine print. Like, for example, having one more than one account for platforms. There are some platforms that openly welcome other accounts, and then there are others that will penalize you through the back door. They advertise so long as you have a different telephone number, a different email address, you can open the account, but they will suppress your accounts accordingly and not tell you. If you had known, would you have gone ahead? Probably not. And then you'll find yourself working continuously wondering why is it your work is not getting pushed out, only to find that you've been suppressed in the background. Sovereign Spotlight is the place and space for creators to be spotlighted. People like to talk about themselves, they like to talk about what they're creating, and often we join social media to have the opportunity to talk about what we're doing, and we don't always get that chance to connect and share what it is we do with others, especially if you're on a platform that's more focused on trends and excitement rather than serious topics. The right soil to plant your seeds. So Sovereign Spotlight is the space for creators to be spotlighted. Now, until I get guests to show up, my vision for launching the second podcast Sovereign Spotlight, I will be showcasing real life creators and really just talking about what it is they do, in my opinion, and according to what online says, as to what they did to succeed from baby influencers to centenarians. Yes, believe it or not, there's a wave of grandparents, grand great grandparents entering platforms to create brands, make money, and gain life experience. This digital chapter that we've entered, age, race, culture is really no barrier except for the platforms that make it their mission to use those very characteristics to make money. So I don't necessarily think is the case that platforms are intending to be racist, but they've worked out if you put more of the same people together and keep them huddled together, there's more chance of monetizing from that community, not realizing the nuances between cultures, religions, I suppose even classes that still you know that are within communities, right? And yeah, some of them are just racist, or you know, let's not deny the fact, but I do think a lot of it is about ease. Let's put people that we know on our confident will have something that they can connect with together, be it music, food, entertainment, and for sure they will attend and gift and spend money. The fact that you've gone there to branch out, extend your connections elsewhere is of no consequence, which is why you kind of have to leave the environment to build. You know, years ago, I it's happened in many companies actually, but there was one specific company that was very clear this is not the space for you to grow up the ladder. If you want to grow up the ladder, you will need to leave, get the experience elsewhere, and come back. Have you ever had that kind of experience? Well, that is often how I see creators develop. If they're going to stick into the rules, they're doing the same thing continuously and mastering that to monetize. But if you're wanting a bit more, you do need to kind of step back and pivot. Create your own t-shirts, create your own products, your own services, go and seek brands elsewhere, relationships elsewhere, build your community. Those are the ones that's doing well, those that's not relying on the platform presenting opportunities to make money. You're out there using this as a tool only, and then creating your business, your structure all on your own, right? So, yes, there's a wave of grandparents and great grandparents entering platforms to create brands, make money, and gain more life experience, connect, build their community. I went past a live stream and saw a grandmother seated ask answering questions about life. Fantastic engagement, right? If anyone has real experience as an influencer, real experience, I will say to you, in the main, it isn't just about money. In fact, often money was not the driving force to be an influencer, it was the byproduct. Yes, there are people joining and they think, okay, let's what's the formula? So I can make money, this is what I need to do. But the I think the most successful ones are those that have a skill, have a talent, um, are creative, and they're tapping into their creativity. The question would be: if you had all the money in the world, would you do this? Would you live stream? Would you connect with others? For me personally, definitely. Without a doubt. So it's not about the money, the money is the byproduct, and often the successful influencers they're not getting a direct this is how you perform and this is how you'll be played. It's it doesn't happen in that way. What it is is about the opportunity to connect with a diverse set of people when platforms aren't when we're not allowing platforms to suppress our reach, and it's our opportunity to get involved with events, causes that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, right? How do people get to know us? We start making sure that we connect with more people and we build our influence by making sure we curate the people that we're connected to. They're not just connected to our account, we get to have a real relationship with them, be it regular communication, um, regular live streams where they are present, tapping in. Some people you're going to have the hello, good morning relationship, others you'll know, you'll start missing people. Oh, I haven't seen so-and-so for a while. So we're separating the podcast because I need to be in touch with my people and the people that want to be in touch with me. And I know with Empowerment Diaries, there will be people there that are not interested in having any kind of support in being a creator on or offline. We are all creators actually, we're creating our lives daily every moment, which is my belief. Here's a platform to support us all on that journey. And engagement is key. We hear about engagement, and on a platform, it means tapping into a post, comment, all that stuff. No, we're talking about real engagement, connecting so that we can get names to faces, voices even, supporting each other. And where it's not possible to support the whole community, being brave enough to come across other people in the suffering collective, in our suffering collective, and partner up, come together in groups so that you can feel supported. So, what can I tell you? I haven't done it up until now, really, due to financial reasons, and I'm really hoping this is the right time to do it because like finances are still very rocky, but it needs to be done. And as I'm now going to be live streaming, I don't want to confuse myself and podcast, and you know, if I'm confusing myself, I'm confusing my audience, I would say. But with faith, I move on, and hopefully, this is the best path to moving forward, and it will support my work and activity I've done online. I have my website leta goddessofgrowth.com, I have a personal uh website, goddessofgrowth.com, where I do more personal sharing. I've been doing a lot of work, it's not over it yet, but I think by the end of November I will be in a position to be live streaming more frequently and returning to social media if social media will have me. If not, I'll be building my community through my podcasts, of which there'll now be two. Do come in and support me. I have created links on Kofi, which not just uh for tips or anything like that, there's actually community building happening so. So I have my online sanctuary where I will be making myself available to anyone that pays as a form of one-off membership, and I can go on like a Saturday and do question and answers or just conversation. Online you'll see more about that. I've also created a sovereign Kofi to encourage people to try the membership for a month, they'll pay for it and come for a month. Even if you're just one person in the room, it means you'll have one-on-one support from me. But the more people, the better. And then I have empowerment diaries on Kofi. Again, I'm hoping to encourage membership, a fan base, and you know, support in that. I've got Patreon, I believe, that I need to open. Like there's still a long to-do list. I've done a lot, but there's still a lot to do to get everything ready so that when people join, there's a space for them. I have Discord up and running as well, which I need to test out. Better prices are being used at the moment or beta prices. The idea being£75 for the membership of Sovereign Collective, and you'll see the links for Kofi. Yeah, thank you so much for being here. I do hope I'll be able to connect with real people eventually. You've been listening to Lita. I am Lita, goddess of growth, and I'm on a continuous growth journey. Thank you.
