Tisha Grant is the founder & CEO of The ContractHer Design Studio & Academy, where she teaches everyday women how to fix, build, and create with their own hands. After leaving her dream home with only $2,000, she rebuilt her entire house using Google, YouTube, grit, and faith.

A licensed general contractor and longtime social worker, Tisha teaches electrical basics, plumbing, drywall repair, woodworking, epoxy, and how to safely use power tools. Her bubblegum-pink pickup truck has become a symbol of representation; little girls literally stop and stare because they see a woman doing work they’ve been told isn’t for them.

Today, she leads sold-out workshops, a thriving community, and an annual retreat at Beomi Farms. Her message: Women can build anything, including their confidence.
