Kito Shani Morris
Kito S. Morris is a carpenter, creative educator, and the founder of W.E.I.R.D. Learning (Where Everybody Is Really Dope), a hands-on learning initiative that teaches life skills, trades, fashion, and creative industry training.
Raised with brothers and often the only girl in male-dominated spaces, Kito learned early how to navigate environments where she was outnumbered. She later earned her CDL, worked in route-driving positions, and eventually followed her curiosity into carpentry, becoming the only woman and the oldest student in her class.
Today through W.E.I.R.D. Learning, she creates hands-on programs that teach carpentry, apparel production, and trades skills while helping people build confidence through practical experience.
Kito believes confidence in male-dominated fields isn’t about becoming less feminine — it’s about becoming fully yourself.
