And we said, hey. How do we double down on this? So my"},{"startTime":270.91999999999996,"endTime":274.76,"body":"husband built a pop up that is on catch my party. If you go"},{"startTime":274.76,"endTime":278.6,"body":"right now, you'll see it. And it just says super simple, follow us on"},{"startTime":278.6,"endTime":282.375,"body":"Pinterest. It's populated with our most recent pins, and"},{"startTime":282.375,"endTime":285.895,"body":"it worked. And right now, I think we have over close to 2,000,000"},{"startTime":285.895,"endTime":289.335,"body":"followers on Pinterest. I haven't looked recently. Anyway, we did it all"},{"startTime":289.335,"endTime":293.17499999999995,"body":"organically. And we said, hey. If this works for us, maybe we could roll"},{"startTime":293.17499999999995,"endTime":296.79999999999995,"body":"this out for other bloggers, other content creators who wanna grow their"},{"startTime":296.79999999999995,"endTime":300.64,"body":"social media followers on Pinterest. And it worked for them too."},{"startTime":300.64,"endTime":304.0,"body":"And then they said, what about Instagram? What about YouTube? What about"},{"startTime":304.0,"endTime":307.84000000000003,"body":"Facebook? What about TikTok? What about growing my email list?"},{"startTime":307.84000000000003,"endTime":311.435,"body":"And so what we did was we've built out our pop up to do all"},{"startTime":311.435,"endTime":315.055,"body":"of this. And what problem everybody now"},{"startTime":315.115,"endTime":318.79499999999996,"body":"talks in terms of the problem they solve. I don't care what anybody says."},{"startTime":326.93,"endTime":330.69,"body":"It is hard, and it's hard for everybody. And it worked. And it does work if you have traffic to your"},{"startTime":348.695,"endTime":352.215,"body":"site. Then during the pandemic, I was hosting a"},{"startTime":352.215,"endTime":355.97499999999997,"body":"group because I was lonely. And what I noticed was a bunch of"},{"startTime":355.97499999999997,"endTime":359.78,"body":"bloggers had built big communities. Like, they had big"},{"startTime":359.78,"endTime":363.4,"body":"Facebook groups or they had big newsletters or email lists,"},{"startTime":363.7,"endTime":367.54,"body":"but they didn't know how to monetize their groups. And"},{"startTime":367.54,"endTime":371.38,"body":"so I said, just randomly, hey. Let me see if I could they wanted to"},{"startTime":371.38,"endTime":374.97499999999997,"body":"start a membership. So David and I, my husband and I went"},{"startTime":374.97499999999997,"endTime":378.735,"body":"off, and we started to, like, go ahead. We put this software with"},{"startTime":378.735,"endTime":382.495,"body":"this software. It was so hard. And I turned"},{"startTime":382.495,"endTime":386.12,"body":"to David, and I said, could we build this? Could we make it easier for"},{"startTime":386.12,"endTime":389.419,"body":"people? Could we make the decisions on our side"},{"startTime":390.12,"endTime":393.579,"body":"that would work for 95 of our users,"},{"startTime":394.44,"endTime":398.06,"body":"and then they don't have to do this? Could we do this? If you go back through my old Pinterest courses, which"},{"startTime":525.7149999999999,"endTime":529.48,"body":"are not published anymore, I recommend it MiloTree and it"},{"startTime":529.48,"endTime":533.3199999999999,"body":"worked and it grew. My redefining mom following, I still get sales"},{"startTime":533.3199999999999,"endTime":535.64,"body":"because I grew the following. And part of the reason I grew the following was"},{"startTime":535.64,"endTime":538.5999999999999,"body":"from your pop up. So I was like, no doubt that works. And when I'm"},{"startTime":538.5999999999999,"endTime":541.98,"body":"listening to you talk, I think the what we could equate"},{"startTime":542.155,"endTime":545.835,"body":"people in my audience might understand is you're offering"},{"startTime":545.835,"endTime":549.535,"body":"a solution that I deem similar to Gumroad or SendOwl."},{"startTime":550.075,"endTime":553.435,"body":"Correct? Yep. Or ThriveCart. Or ThriveCart. I can't be clicking everywhere."},{"startTime":616.0699999999999,"endTime":619.45,"body":"And what I realized was I wasn't really using it."},{"startTime":620.23,"endTime":624.01,"body":"So we looked and did a search, and we found an unbelievably"},{"startTime":624.79,"endTime":628.2549999999999,"body":"simple free chatbot that is"},{"startTime":628.5550000000001,"endTime":632.395,"body":"stripped down, that we could install easily, that I"},{"startTime":632.395,"endTime":636.155,"body":"can turn on easily. And guess what? I use it, and"},{"startTime":636.155,"endTime":639.99,"body":"I upgrade it. And I said to myself,"},{"startTime":640.29,"endTime":643.97,"body":"this is exactly what MiloTree is. Great. Have you gotten any feedback? Have you talked to people"},{"startTime":830.9849999999999,"endTime":834.585,"body":"and said, what exactly are you struggling with? Could it make somebody money or save somebody"},{"startTime":845.8,"endTime":849.565,"body":"money or save somebody time or move somebody toward"},{"startTime":849.565,"endTime":853.2449999999999,"body":"happiness, move them away from pain, raise their social"},{"startTime":853.2449999999999,"endTime":856.925,"body":"status. Like, you've got to market that way so that"},{"startTime":856.925,"endTime":860.685,"body":"somebody goes, oh, this is really gonna change my life. I"},{"startTime":860.685,"endTime":864.529,"body":"will take out my credit card. I will purchase this. And said, okay. You don't like this? Try this. And,"},{"startTime":875.6099999999999,"endTime":878.6700000000001,"body":"essentially, what you're telling me because trust me, I've"},{"startTime":879.0450000000001,"endTime":882.825,"body":"taught thousands of people how to create digital products,"},{"startTime":883.2850000000001,"endTime":887.0450000000001,"body":"and I've heard those exact same things. Oh, I launched a digital product."},{"startTime":887.0450000000001,"endTime":889.7650000000001,"body":"No one wants to buy a digital product from me, and I go through the"},{"startTime":889.7650000000001,"endTime":893.5,"body":"same exact stuff You just said, we're making it easy"},{"startTime":893.5,"endTime":896.54,"body":"for you to try all these different things. We're making it easy for you to"},{"startTime":896.54,"endTime":900.06,"body":"do the trial and error because you are 100% right. The amount of times I"},{"startTime":900.06,"endTime":903.4200000000001,"body":"have to kick my students' butt to just put it up. I had to learn a decade ago, essentially."},{"startTime":907.115,"endTime":910.635,"body":"I have to move way faster in my business than I wanna move. Yes. I"},{"startTime":910.635,"endTime":914.094,"body":"wanted everything to be we're all perfectionists. Most entrepreneurs are,"},{"startTime":914.5550000000001,"endTime":918.395,"body":"but we're also scrappy.
