Caroline and I are back to share the journey we have both been on since our last episode five months ago, a journey of self-awareness, reflection, diving into the psyche to find and reclaim our own power through transformation and initiation. We had so much fun discussing and sharing what that has looked like for each of us and want to also share with you some tools to reclaim that within yourself!

I am also so very excited to kick off and connect with an intimate group of women through reading and breathwork based around a book that has spoken so deeply to me and allowed me to reconnect and see myself in a new and beautiful way.
