The NBA Finals begin tonight with the New York Knicks on the road against the San Antonio Spurs.
Despite the fact that the Knicks are on a dominant 11-0 playoff run, their detractors will tell you that they didn't face strong teams.
We're not buying what the detractors are selling, especially not after how the Knicks buried their three postseason opponents in the final game of each series and ON THE ROAD!
And with the MLB trade deadline coming in about 8 weeks, the Mets still don't know if they will be buyers or sellers.
What is complicating their decision-making process is trying to figure out who is compiling the roster and who is evaluating the talent.
Hint - if it's David Stearns, the Mets will probably NOT make the right decisions come August.
