Jesus describes the Kingdom of Heaven as a wedding banquet — a celebration prepared by God Himself. The invitation has already been sent, the price has already been paid, and the table is ready.
This episode confronts the tragedy of refusal — not because the invitation is unclear, but because surrender costs something. Salvation isn’t earned or cleaned up first; it’s received through belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
The question isn’t whether God wants you in His Kingdom.
The question is whether you will say yes.
Reflection Question:
What has been holding you back from fully surrendering to Jesus?
Challenge:
If you’ve never said yes — make today the day. If you already believe, extend the invitation to someone else. Don’t keep the banquet quiet.
Prayer:
“Lord, thank You for inviting me into Your Kingdom through Jesus. I say yes to Your grace, Your forgiveness, and Your leadership in my life. Teach me to live as a man who belongs to You. Amen.”
