We start with an apology that we were unfortunately unable to release an episode of the podcast last week as Mike was unwell and unable to get all the knob twiddling and production work done. However, we're pleased to say he's back to health in time to release this episode in which we have an interview with Joe Thomas who will be telling us about the self defence classes he will be starting at Wells Maltings at the beginning of June. Also, purely by chance Sir Prizes popped into the Maltings Matters studio while Simon was recording and tells us a little about this week's Bingo Star session on Wednesday.
