LHAP is centered around the Urban Indigenous experience in NYC. We will talk about guests Homelands and How and Why they came to the big city. We will also cover culture and fashion as it is a big part of the Podcast Hosts' life. Being a fat, brown woman working in Fashion for over 20 years I've heard it all! Let's Have a Powwow is inspired by those cringe moments we've had in professional settings where someone has suggested "having a powwow" to discuss work stuff. We are reclaiming the word! So join in and enjoy indigenous excellence. Don't worry, everyone is invited, we will also feature some of my favorite Allies!

Ha.We Relatives! Welcome to the inaugural episode of Let's Have a Powwow Podcast! When I was creating this show I knew Immediately that I wanted Josie and Jayden as my first guests! They are best friends who create beautiful things together. I needed their energy with me as I figured out what the hell I was doing. Mercury was in Microwave(or at least felt like it) when we recorded this episode. New York was New Yorking Henny! This Ep is chaotic in the best way possible.
