Episode 4: Heart

In this episode we chat with Rachel about her family’s adoption journey and how God spoke to her, often laying particular desires or passions on her heart. We hear a beautiful, honest story revealing that following what we feel God is saying is a wonderful journey, but often isn’t without pain and struggle, and hearing how God is with us through it all.

Our first series on Honest Faith is Exploring God’s call. Over the next 6 episodes we will be hearing stories of how people have listened to God’s voice and tried to follow what they have heard. We’re thinking about so many different ways that God speaks to us and guides us so we might serve him, kicking off with thinking about what God’s big purpose is in the first place that we are all invited to be part of. We’re hearing stories of how God makes each of us unique and how we each have a different but significant role to play in making a difference in the world. Throughout this series we hope you will be inspired by what you hear and that it encourages you to make space to listen to what God is saying to you and inviting you to do.
