In this episode, I discuss one of my absolute favorite topics—human design—and how it can totally transform the way we parent. I’m talking about those lightbulb moments when everything clicks, and you finally understand why your kid does what they do (and no, it’s not just to test your patience).
We explore how understanding your child’s energetic type—whether they’re a Reflector, Manifestor, Projector, Manifesting Generator, or Generator—can be a total game-changer. Each type has its own little magic; once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Reflectors? They’re like little mirrors, soaking in your energy, so give them space to just be.
Manifestors need room to roam and dream big—they’re your wild spirits.
Projectors? They crave recognition and those “I see you” moments.
Manifesting Generators are your energy ping-pong balls—let them pivot and explore!
Generators light up when they’re doing what excites them—follow that sparkle!
And then, we get into the juicy stuff: profile lines. Think of them as secret clues to what really makes your kid tick. We chat about how you can turn daily tasks into games, make room for individuality, and even—get this—start to break some of those generational parenting patterns we didn’t even know we had.
