What if the only thing standing between you and the life you were meant to live is the story you keep telling yourself? This week, I sit down with the incredible Jeff Griffin, a world-renowned motivational speaker who travels the globe teaching people how to shift their mindset, reclaim their dreams, and step into the life they were built for.

Jeff's story is one of the most powerful I have ever heard. After a 40-foot fall from scaffolding shattered his spine and left him paralyzed from the waist down, Jeff was told by doctors that he would never walk, never stand, and never move his legs again. But Jeff had other plans. Through the power of mindset, visualization, and what he calls dream-weaving, Jeff not only rebuilt his life, he built a movement. And at the end of every keynote, he gets up out of his wheelchair and walks across the stage.

In this episode, we talk about his revolutionary dream-weaving technique, the three lies we all tell ourselves that keep us stuck, and what it really means to take radical responsibility for your life. If you have ever felt like your best days are behind you, or like your dreams are too big or too far out of reach, this conversation is going to change the way you see yourself and what is possible.

What You'll Learn

  • How to shift from living in the gray and into living in full 4K by reconnecting with your dreams
  • The dream-weaving technique and how to flip what you don't want into a powerful, clear vision of what you do want
  • The three main lies we tell ourselves that keep us paralyzed, and how to break free from each one
  • Why the word "I can't" is one of the most poisonous phrases you can say to yourself (and what to say instead)
  • How to develop a desire that is desperate, deliberate, and real enough to carry you through the doubt and the dips
  • The three D's framework: Dream, Desire, and Do, and why all three are non-negotiable
  • Why DIYing your growth will only take you so far, and how the right coach or community can crack open what you can't see on your own
  • How to use visualization so powerfully that you physically feel it in your body
  • What hope actually means and why hopeful people are the grittiest people in the room
