The Power Era with Andie Thueson: Human Design, Astrology, and Identity for Women Over 40
Your 40s are not a crisis. They are your power era.
This is a podcast for women who have done the work, checked the boxes, and still feel like something is off. If you have spent decades being the responsible one, the capable one, the one who figured it out, and you are quietly wondering when it gets to be your turn, you are in the right place.
Through Human Design, Astrology, and Gene Keys, host Andie Thueson gives you a practical map back to yourself and the tools to start making decisions from clarity instead of conditioning.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you are and finally choosing to lead from that place.
Each week: honest conversations, Human Design and astrology deep dives, and the things most coaches are too polished to say.
Hosted by Andie Thueson, Human Design analyst and identity coach.

Healing From the Inside Out: Breathwork, Neurotrauma Therapy, and Coming Back to Self with Rachel Ellenani
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
If you have been doing everything "right" and still feel like something is off in your body, this one is for you. I sat down with my dear friend Rachel Ellenani, a holistic health practitioner who works at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. She uses hair analysis, genetic and epigenetic testing, and neurotrauma therapy to help people get to the actual root of what is going on, not just the surface symptoms.
We went deep on breathwork, including what holotropic breathwork actually is and why it is so different from every other breathwork modality out there. We talked about the trauma piece that most facilitators skip right over, why integration matters more than people realize, and what it truly means to be trauma-informed before you hold space for others.
Rachel is also launching two exciting new offerings: a six to twelve-month deep dive healing program that blends genetic testing with neurotrauma therapy, and an instructional course to help wellness practitioners properly incorporate breathwork and sound into their work. This conversation is one I know so many of you have been waiting for.
What You'll Learn
- What holotropic breathwork actually is and how it differs from other breathwork modalities
- Why the DMT response happens and what it actually feels like in your body
- Why integration and trauma-informed facilitation are the most critical parts of any breathwork experience
- What to look for in a breathwork facilitator and the red flags that signal someone is not ready to hold space
- How neurotrauma therapy works and what a session actually looks like
- The difference between genetic testing and epigenetic hair analysis, and why Rachel uses both
- Why your body does not lie, even when your mind will
- How the passive brain versus active brain distinction in Human Design affects what you absorb from media and your environment
- Why we need both healthy masculine and feminine energy, and what that actually looks like
- Rachel's new six to twelve month healing program and breathwork facilitator course, and how to work with her
