In this episode of Uncorked: The Welsh Wine Podcast, hosts Jamie, Sara, and Angela delve into the rich and surprising history of winemaking in Wales—beginning with the Romans (yes, really!). They trace the evolution of Welsh winemaking through the centuries, from the ancient vineyards planted by Roman settlers to the monasteries of the Middle Ages, the decline during the industrial era, and the remarkable resurgence in recent decades.
