Why I Failed: Low Carb Diets
In this new series of Women Wellness Q&A, I asked my female instagram followers why they failed their last attempt at a healthier lifestyle/losing weight. One of the responses was "I went on a low low carb diet, which wasn't sustainable. Lost weight, but after a few months it came back on." So this week, I will give my thoughts on diets, losing weight, and low carb diets.
