The lat pulldown is a go-to back exercise, but many people unknowingly might be holding back (get it lol) their back gains. From letting your biceps and traps take over to engaging your shoulders and wrists unnecessarily, these small mistakes can seriously limit your gains. And let’s not forget the classic error: lifting too heavy without proper form. Remember, it’s not about the weight — it’s about controlled, effective muscle activation.
