A common myth in fitness is that more protein automatically means more muscle. But the truth is, your protein needs depend on your lean body mass, not just your scale weight. And even more importantly than protein is having an effective training session. Most people think they are not growing muscle because they are not getting enough protein when it really comes from their ineffective training.
