Storming The Gates Podcast Episode with Bishop Eugene Taylor
Storming the Gates with Episode 7 Lady Tracey Cooper
Lady Tracey Cooper's spiritual journey spans multiple cities, denominations, and revelations—starting as a 12-year-old saved in Delaware before finding her true spiritual footing through Holy Ghost baptism on her 20th birthday. Her powerful testimony reveals how early exposure to witchcraft and demonic activity, though traumatic, uniquely equipped her to become a formidable force in deliverance ministry.
Throughout our conversation, Pastor Cooper articulates the critical distinction between prayer and spiritual warfare that many believers miss. "Prayer goes to God, but warfare goes to the enemy," she explains, highlighting how Jesus gave us authority to directly confront demonic forces rather than merely asking God to handle them for us. This misunderstanding keeps countless Christians locked in cycles of defeat.
Well, god bless you. You have joined the Storming the Gates podcast with Bishop Eugene Taylor. I'm so blessed to have you with us on another Monday night. It's the Storming the Gates, where we're teaching God's people to walk on the victory that God has for their life against every attack of the enemy. And I'm so blessed on tonight to have a special guest, a powerful woman of God. She's gracing us on tonight and she has a lot of history and background in ministry we're going to talk about that in a moment but I love her and her husband. They are dear and close to my heart. I appreciate their ministry. I've known her husband oh, my gracious. Well, it's been more than 30 years. I've known him over 30 years and he married a beautiful wife. When I say beautiful, I'm talking about inside and out and she's a powerful woman of God by the name of Lady Tracy Cooper. God bless you, lady Tracy Cooper.
Speaker 2:I'm blessed to have you on this show, god bless you?
Speaker 1:How are things going?
Speaker 2:They are going well, all is well, god is good, and I'm just excited to be here. I've been watching the podcast and it's been awesome, so I'm just glad to be a part of it. Thanks for having me, and.
Speaker 1:I'm talking about. You blessed the house, you blessed the house, you blessed the house and I think after that that was just a connection. I said there's something special that's on their life. Like I said, I've loved your husband for many, many years, but over the last few years my wife and I we've just grown to love you all and appreciate you together as a couple. But that's my wife and I, and even my church, my church, loved you, but these people that are on tonight, they don't know who Lady Tracy Cooper is, so we're going to fix that in a moment. I do want to say this now Now you were born in Delaware and you know that grabs my attention because I was born and raised in Baltimore, maryland, and you know you have to be from that area to understand crab cakes, that's right, that's right, and my husband is from Camden, New Jersey, so we're all we going straight up Baltimore.
Speaker 1:Delaware, jersey. I was talking to one of my bishops I ought to call his name out, but I'm not going to call his name out but he was telling me. He said, bishop, I've never had. He said, well, I've had a crab cake. He said, but the only crab cake I've ever had was some Captain D's. I said, bishop, you've never had a crab cake. I said you've never had a crab cake one day in your life. I said that's not a crab cake. But you were born in Delaware and then you transitioned on down to Charlotte, north Carolina, and you've been in ministry for many years and you've been operating. You serve as pastor. You pastor right along with your husband. But I want you to just tell us a little bit who is Tracy Cooper.
Speaker 2:Well, it's been a journey. I am the youngest of nine siblings, born and raised in Wilmington, delaware, I. The thing about it is, even though I was born and raised in Delaware, I traveled in my early adulthood, early adulthood. So I have is Wilmington, delaware, by way of Chicago, by way of California, by way of Texas, connecticut, new York and finally landing here in Atlanta Been saved since I was 12 years old but really didn't understand who Jesus was as my Lord until my latter years, and that's been a journey in and of itself. I've had great opportunities to sit under great leadership as I begin to grow in ministry. So I'm a child of God, I love the Lord and a newlywed now, and and God, and I'm still you know what Bishop I'm still, even in my, in my latter years, I'm still discovering who Tracy Cooper is, because I wasn't the one that that came up the altar. You know, god snatched me out.
Speaker 1:Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 2:He literally snatched me out when he saved me and it's still unfolding all the great things that he had in store for my life, even at a young age. So I'm just excited about it. I'm excited about where he's taking me.
Speaker 1:You know, when you ministered at our church I noticed the apostolic flow that was flowing from your ministry and that's when I asked your husband. I said, now, what are some of the ministries that she's sat under? And you begin to tell me. And you told me about Bishop Weeks, and you know it's funny how you sit under different ministries and each one places a deposit in you and you become the compository of those ministries that you sit under. Tell me some of the functionalities that you've had in ministry down through the years.
Speaker 2:Well, when I, when I first left Wilmington let me let me stop there when I, when I rededicated myself back to the Lord on that night, I could hear the Lord very clear and he said you're going to preach and teach my word to my people. I didn't understand it at the time, but I held on to that. But I knew from where he snatched me out of. I knew that it was going to take some power to keep me out and at the time I was in a church of God. I came up in church of God, but over at Bishop Weeks church at the time, those were the Holy Ghost filled people. You know, they were tongue talkers and and and I was exposed to that as a young age because my mother was Holy Ghost filled and I remember I, even at that time I was like I need, I need something else. I need something more than what I've had. I'm glad that I'm saved, but I need more. Because, because of the influences that was surrounding me, and I started going over there and hearing that word and and began to sit under that apostolic teaching, um, and I think what, what it was doing was already cultivating what was in me and um, I remember it so clearly.
Speaker 2:It was on my birthday. I was 20 years old at the time and I walked up to Bishop Weeks at the time and I said listen, I'm saved, but I need to be filled with the Holy Ghost. And at that time they just took me downstairs. You know, you didn't have to wait. They took me downstairs and it was my birthday and I said God's going to give me a gift for my birthday and I'll never forget it, bishop, when they had tilted me back to lay me down and baptize me under the name of Jesus. When I came back up, I was speaking in tongues and I was filled with the Holy Ghost and that fire had.
Speaker 2:It was just going. And I think two weeks later after that, my brother came and got me from Charlotte, north Carolina, and that's technically where that word that was spoken over my life that night began to flourish, because I begin to sit under Bishop Jim Wright at the time and I begin teaching. I was teaching in the streets, I was teaching at college campuses and and I didn't know really what I was doing, but it was just like I never, I never really understood how it got there. I just knew it was there. It was as if God had downloaded word in me and I just begin to teach and and, uh, read the Bible and study the Bible day in and day out. I locked myself in the room. I was staying with my brother at the time and I remember he would just come and just slide the plate to the door and I just stayed in scripture for months and when he, when he, released me, I just began to teach and people started listening and it was listening to the point where it got back to my, to my pastor at the time, pastor Jim Wright, and he said all right, if you're doing it out there. You need to do it in house. And that's when I begin to develop what I know now as my gift area.
Speaker 2:This was before I was preaching, I was teaching, and I was one of the youngest Sunday school teachers in our church. At that time I was just a babe, but I was just filled with the word of God and and people would listen to me and they would be like, where did this girl come from? But, um, it was just. It was just what God had put on my life. And from there, that's when I got um make a long story short I got licensed there as a minister, I got ordained there as an elder. Um, and then God began to transition me to different areas.
Speaker 2:Uh, my, through the marketplace, because I was a, I'm a project manager and I would go to different states. And as I would go to different states, I went to California. I went to Bishop Noel Jones's church. I just sat under the ministry and just learned. I wasn't active there, but I just learned what ministry was about. I wasn't active there, but I just learned what ministry was about. And then I had went to, I got connected somehow with the late Bishop Ann Hartman and she ended up. Long story short, she ended up ordaining me as a pastor. So I, just I had, I had great opportunities to sit under great leadership, opportunities to sit under great leadership and finally, through her, I actually founded a church in Rutherford, north Carolina, called Dominion, and I did that for about a year and a half. It was a flourishing ministry and then God moved me to Atlanta where I met and now, with my husband, helping him pastor at the power church Now.
Speaker 1:If I were to ask you what is the focus now? I'm not talking about the church now what is the focus of your specific?
Speaker 2:ministry? What is the focus of your ministry? It's definitely deliverance, a deliverance ministry because, um, even as a young, even as a young girl, I was exposed to um, to witchcraft and and satanic activities at a young age, from the age of six, um and and um, and this was through throughout my family. We were, as a family, exposed to that. Um, my mother at the time and I've learned this later in life Again, I'm the youngest my brothers and sisters would tell me at the time my mother was at a church and did not know that the church that they were in was satanic. So at a young age I was exposed to demonic spirits. I was exposed to demons and things of that nature. And when I got saved, you know, and I began to operate in ministry, I could pick up so much and I was exposed to so much that I knew that that was part of my calling.
Speaker 2:I knew that that was part of my calling and God began to use me in many ways in that aspect of of casting out demons and, um, you know, speaking and seeing into the spirit realm, um, but he, he cultivated it more in my latter years and now it's, it's like firsthand knowledge. You know, paul said I wish in the church which is my favorite book Ephesians. He said I wish that God would grant you the spirit of wisdom and understanding by the knowledge of Christ, that the eyes of your understanding may be enlightened, that you may know the hope of his calling. And that actually happened in my life, because I couldn't understand at the time why I could see certain things and why I could hear certain things and why revelation came so easy to me. But that's what God was doing. He was cultivating that gift. He was cultivated and it is serves as it's, so it's so instrumental in my ministry now.
Speaker 1:You know, I heard you say casting out devils. Jesus said not the 16th chapter, he said and these signs will follow them to believe. He said my name, their cat. Now he goes to a whole list but the first thing he says they're cast out devils. You know, we live in a culture where a lot of people don't like to talk about deliverance ministry, they don't like to talk about casting out devils and people don't understand that casting out devils is a part of establishing the kingdom of God, absolutely the culture that we live in.
Speaker 1:Many times I'll reference Mark 1 and 23. I'll reference this a lot the first time you see a demon speak out in the scriptures Mark 1 and 23, and what he says is he says let us alone. That's the first time we see him speak, because that is the posture of the kingdom of darkness Just leave us alone, don't pay us any attention, just let us wreak havoc. That's what the enemy wants to do. But I'd like for you to just to talk a little more about the importance of deliverance ministry in the aspect of casting out devils.
Speaker 2:It is very important because and just to piggyback to what you were saying that let us alone statement One of the things that the devil loves the most is when we ignore him. We feel like we don't have to bother with him, we don't have to deal with him. God already got him handled. But you have to understand you have an adversary and and he will come after you, whether or not you you acknowledge that he's there or not. You know he, he does that and it's a sad thing, it's a sad commentary for believers not to be able to be equipped in how to handle him, because if you ignore him, it doesn't mean he stops.
Speaker 2:And a lot of times we are attacked and we don't even, we can't even recognize it, simply because we are, we have ignored the tools, we have ignored the things that God has given to us to fight. Yes, the Lord, he is the Lord of Heaven's army. God can, he defeats the adversary. But if you don't know that, how do you fight? How do you fight? And war against? The scripture tells us in Ephesians 6 and 1 and 2, I believe it says, or 12, I believe it says for we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Well, who are we wrestling against? We're wrestling against principalities. We're wrestling against spiritual wickedness. We're wrestling against a host of evil workings and spirits in heavenly places.
Speaker 2:Yes, yes, yes, absolutely so if you don't know how to tap in, if you don't know how to recognize, you're not going to be able to fight. And let me, let me let me digress, not fight wrestle. Yes, there's a difference. You know when. When you're fighting something, you are combating, you are striking, but when you are wrestling with something you are, it's strategic. You have to pin it down because you're trying to obtain a position.
Speaker 2:And a lot of times the enemy's job is to get you out of position and if you're trying to fight, if you're trying to strike, you know then you're not going to hit it. When you need to pin down, you need to pin down, you need to cast down. And a lot of times we do ourselves a disservice when we are, when we ignore the enemy, when we act like as if he's not there because he will try to pin you down, irregardless of whether you want to pin him down or not.
Speaker 1:Absolutely, absolutely. And you know, like you said, it's grappling. That's what you're doing, you're wrestling is is a close contact. Um, he said well, if you bind in earth would be bound in heaven. You've got to bind him, you got to understand, uh, the inner workings of deliverance.
Speaker 1:One of the things that I stress when I teach about deliverance that there's a difference between prayer and warfare. Prayer goes to God, warfare goes to the enemy. I was teaching some of our ministers a class on deliverance about two months ago and I told them it's unscriptural when you're praying and you're saying God cast out this devil. Scriptural when you're praying and you're saying God cast out this devil. I said, listen to me, nothing's going to happen. He said I give you power over all the power of the enemy. I cast out devils. He said you heal the sick. You do it in my name, but you do it. And many times we've not understood the difference between prayer and warfare and the enemy loves for us to operate in ignorance, because if we operate in ignorance, we're going to operate in defeat, absolutely.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Absolutely so. I want to talk about this. Let's talk about persistence in prayer, and I want to say that when I say persistence of prayer, my mind always thinks about Luke, the 18th chapter, where the woman was knocking on the door knock, knock, knock, knock, knock and she didn't get an answer. And we learn a lesson from Luke as he's writing the Theophilus, about the importance of being persistent in prayer. You know, the Bible said that we will reap if we think. Not A lot of people when it comes to prayer. They give up right when they're at the point, when they're at the precipice of a breakthrough, but the enemy works for them to give up. I did an article a few years ago go talking about warfare at the gates, when I referenced the gates. The gates is an entry point. I've learned something, woman of God that most of the time when you're coming into an entry point, the enemy will work in strategically to cause you to give up. I want you to talk a little bit about the importance of being persistent when it comes to prayer.
Speaker 2:It goes. It goes right back to grappling. It goes right back to that. He wants you to tap out. You know, when a when a wrestler is wrestling with someone, the main thing is to get them to quit to tap out. And that's what he does. He tries to get you to the point where you stop praying, where you stop using the word of God, and as long as we're there, we can't grow. We don't have to live a defeated life, but you'll find yourself living a defeated life simply because you won't engage. Yes, one of the things I love. One of the things I love about David. When David defeated Goliath, the scripture says he ran to him.
Speaker 2:A lot of times as Christians, as saints, we wait for the enemy to bring it to us, but sometimes you got to combat that thing before it even gets to you. If he gives you insight to see your enemy afar off, that doesn't mean that you wait for them to come to you. Sometimes you engage and a lot of times we want to disengage and we don't have to, because if I've given you authority to tread over all the power of the enemy, I didn't give it to you for you to wait and sit and not use it when it's appropriate. You've got to use it at all times. You've got to be ready to engage.
Speaker 2:I just recently went through a situation where I was attacked and I knew I was being attacked. A situation where I was attacked and I knew I was being attacked and I said you know what, god, I'm? Just I could feel myself getting frustrated. And I knew that I was frustrated. I could feel it and I could see where the enemy was, but I didn't say anything. I didn't say I kept praying. I kept praying, god, I thank you, I know you're going to fix it. I thank you, I know you're going to work it out.
Speaker 2:And I was sitting here and the more I kept praying, the more frustrated I got, until I heard get up and fight, right, right. And when I got up and I started engaging and I started reminding my adversary you already defeated. Let me remind you of your position. Yes, at that time I simply got into the ring to wrestle. And as I begin to speak, sometimes our breakthrough is and I just said this this week sometimes our breakthrough is in our mouth it's right in your mouth, it's right in what you say, it's right in what you begin to speak, what God has spoken over your life.
Speaker 2:If we know the promises of God, it's good to know them, but it's also good to speak them Because, again, we're not fighting against flesh and blood, we're fighting against principalities. We're fighting against an adversary that goes up and down, that goes and accuses you before God. He's an accuser of the brethren. Where does he does it? He does it in heavenly ramps.
Speaker 2:He does it in places that we also have access to, but we won't go to. Yes, we won't go to. And that's the difference between just praying God. I thank you for another day, as opposed to. I come before the throne of grace boldly, and when I come before the throne of grace boldly, and when I come before the throne of grace boldly, I come speaking what your promises said about me. I come speaking against my adversary. I come speaking, I engage, I go into the enemy's camp, I subdue, I take down, I cast out. That's warfare. You are warring against those principalities. You're warring against evil spirits, evil things in heavenly places.
Speaker 2:The scripture tells us in Ephesians this is why it's my favorite book it tells us how to engage. It tells us that we're blessed with spiritual blessings in heavenly places. Every spiritual blessing, everything that you need is in that realm. But if you never go there, then what are you expecting God to do? He says he will do exceedingly and abundantly. Above all that you could ask or think, but it's according to the power that works in you. What power is working in you when you don't engage? It's like having muscles and not exercising. How do you do that? You've got to exercise it, you've got to exercise it, and you don't exercise demons. You don't take time to exercise demons. You speak to them, but your speaking is your exercise. Get to the point, you've got to get to the point, and I learned this early on. I've got to the point in my ministry where demons recognize me.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:They see you coming. Yes, and it's a sad commentary that they see us coming and we can't see them.
Speaker 1:Yes, yes, you know, you said Ephesians. Paul says something in Ephesians. He said beware of the wiles of the devil the wiles that's a Greek word. Methodea is where we get our English word method. He's saying beware of the methods that the enemy uses. This is why it is important.
Speaker 1:I've been doing deliverance for many years, but one of the things that I've gotten into in these years is, many times when I'm doing deliverance with someone, I make sure I take the time to talk with them about how the doors got open, because we've got to understand his methods. You just said something that stuck out with me about using our mouth. The Bible says in Romans, the 10th chapter, verse nine, is that we confess with our mouth and we believe in our heart. It's something about when our heart and our mouth comes into alignment, a door comes open. Listen to what I'm saying. A door comes open when our heart and mouth come into alignment. Well, a door comes open when our heart and mouth come into alignment, even if it's negatively, when we begin to say things like this. You know what I knew. This is how this was going to turn out. Listen, god needs something to come into agreement with one, but Satan needs something to come into agreement with.
Speaker 1:So when you make comments like this. Every time I try to do this. If I take one step forward, I wind up getting two steps back, but the enemy comes into agreement with those words that come out of your mouth. The Bible said we're snared by the very words of our mouth. So that was a powerful statement that you said, because sometimes we can be on a winning track, but our mouth is the thing that cancels out our miracle.
Speaker 2:Absolutely, absolutely. And a lot of times, you know, bishop, a lot of times we miss opportunities simply because we speak negativity. Yes, we miss opportunities when we don't study the word and when we don't know the word.
Speaker 1:Absolutely.
Speaker 2:It's so very vital for us to know what God has said about us. He's a revealer, he likes to reveal, he likes for us to be learned, he likes for us to have knowledge. This is a requirement, especially if you are a believer.
Speaker 1:And.
Speaker 2:I think, and it just goes back to us ignoring the principle thing. You know he's a teacher. The Holy Ghost teaches us, the Holy Ghost shows us things to come and that's why a lot of times we find ourselves with opening those doors that we should not open, that we violate, simply because we won't do it the way he laid it out. And going back to those wiles, those wiles of the devil are schemes, those are schemes.
Speaker 2:Those are diabolical schemes to get strategy. So the enemy is working his strategy. He's sending out his monitoring spirits. He's listening for you to speak. He's fighting against your thoughts. He's doing all of this so that you can speak what you think. Yes, but if you've got the word of God in you and the word is in your heart, what's in you, when the pressure is applied, going to come out?
Speaker 1:Whatever's in you, you can speak what you think, because he does not know what you think. He's not omniscient, so he sits back and watches you and when you finally say you know what, I don't believe this stuff is going to work out. The devil didn't know you were thinking that, because he doesn't know what's in your mind. But out of the mouth, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. Go ahead, you take it. Excuse me, you got me stirred up, that's all it is.
Speaker 2:To your point. He, I think a lot of times, bishop, we we put the devil right here with God. He's not equal. No, he's not. I'm not present. He has to go when he has to go. In Job it says when, when the sons of God will come together and go. Before God, satan came too. He wasn't already there. He goes in and out, he comes back and forth. He said where you been, I've been going to and fro. So he doesn't have the ability that we always give him credit for, but a lot of times we give him information, we download him with information about us, simply by what we speak, by what we speak, and when you start speaking stuff, if he's not there, then he has a demonic person or demonic or demonic spirit, a disembodied spirit that's listening.
Speaker 1:Monitoring.
Speaker 2:Yes, they're monitoring.
Speaker 1:Yes, that's what a familiar spirit monitors. A familiar spirit monitors you Absolutely.
Speaker 2:Yes, and what it does and it takes, and you start speaking that stuff and next thing, you know, you start believing that stuff. You start believing and then we get mad at god because we don't see the manifestation, because a lot of times you you spoke it, you you forfeited it. You, paul said I don't fight like one that beats at the air. You should be able to know your target. You should be. If I'm gonna, if I'm gonna fight, going to connect, it is my responsibility to connect why I have the tools that I need. I know what to say. I know my opponent.
Speaker 2:A lot of times we fight in spiritual realms and we don't even know who we fight Exactly. We don't even know who we fight in. I identify. Okay, what kind of spirit is this that's coming up against me? This is spirit of doubt and unbelief. So how do I combat it? How do I fight against the spirit of doubt and unbelief? I start speaking those scriptures that are relative to faith and what God has done and how he is the faithful witness. God, you are the faithful witness, you're the writer of my faith. So you got the pen, god. So I thank you. I thank you for writing where I am right now. I overcome by the word of my, of my mouth and the word of my testimony. That's how you combat. You know, a lot of times we say, well, we take up the whole armor of God. Okay, so that's not a physical armor. It's not a physical armor, it's a spiritual armor. Because if it was a physical armor, why would you need physical armor to fight spiritual wickedness and heavenly rams?
Speaker 1:Yes, ma'am, yes ma'am.
Speaker 2:That's like David putting on Saul's garments. You know exactly. You got you. You got it. You got to get to that place, believer. You got to get to that place where this is spiritual.
Speaker 2:My armor, our weapons, our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through God. They are mighty, but a lot of times we don't. We tap out and we don't use it. We don't use the shield of faith, we don't use that word, that sword that cuts. That word cuts us under. It discerns things for us. That's what the word of God does.
Speaker 2:But if we don't use it, if we don't war with the word of God, you know Jesus was in a battle when he was going against Satan. You know, when Satan was speaking to him after he was hungry, he attacked him in a vulnerable place, after he was hungry. He attacked him in a vulnerable place, but it was the word of God, because, more than our tears, more than us throwing tantrum, god honors his word. Yes, he moves on his word. And if you don't know the word of God, that's why it's so important to have revelation of, of who Jesus is, who he is, who he was as Savior, who he is as Lord. And now I'm discovering him through revelation, as the risen Messiah. He's different. He's in different garments.
Speaker 2:Now and now, when I'm battling and I call unto the Lord, god Almighty, I don't say God, I thank you for being my Savior. I thank you that you are dressed in your high priest garments. That means you are over us. I tap into that and he honors that. I'm thankful that you're seated at the hand of God. You're making intercession, as he accuses me. You're interceding on my behalf. I know now what his position is. I know I can tackle him. I can pin him down. I can cast out vain imaginations because you are my high priest. I can come to you. There's no, there's no wall of petition now. I thank you God. You're dressed in your priestly role. Your judgment is with you now. Therefore, I defeat him by the word of the lamb, by the blood. That's how I fight. I defeat him by the word of the lamb, by the blood. That's how.
Speaker 1:I fight.
Speaker 2:That's how I tap in. But if we don't know that, then we're still saying God, please save us, please help us, god, please come through for us. No, he's given you ability to tread over serpents and over scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. But we've got to access that. We have access to it, but we got to utilize that access.
Speaker 1:And see the thing about it when you pray those prayers. One of the things when I teach intercessing prayer boys, I tell them I said you must increase your word life because the more you increase your word life is going to make your prayer life much stronger. The Bible says in Isaiah 46,. He says put me in remembrance. Put me in remembrance. It's not that God has forgotten what he says, but he responds to his word. So when you begin to call him, you begin to call him according to his word, says he responds, and many times he responds quick, fast and in the hearing I want to say two words to you and I want you to take those two words and I want you to talk about it. It's called Breakthrough Prayer. What does Breakthrough Prayer look like?
Speaker 2:Breakthrough Prayer, one of the things that you said. He responds to his word and his word has to. The scripture says that my word shall not come back unto me, void. Well, how does it come back? It comes back by what you speak. And when it comes back, it doesn't just come back to him, but it must accomplish something. It must accomplish. So you speak the word of god. It has to break something. Something has to break when you start speaking. It has to break through. It has to break through a door. It has to break through a window. It has to break through a corridor. It has to break something. But if it has to break through a window, it has to break through a corridor. It has to break something. But if you don't speak it, then it just it hurt. It hovers over you. It hovers over you. It doesn't, it doesn't come back.
Speaker 2:Boy, every time you speak the word of God, God responds. He said my ear is attentive, I'm listening for my word, I'm watching over my word to see to it that it is performed. When God's reputation is on the line, he's going to make sure that he keeps his track record. He's going to make sure that. But if we don't, if we don't have, if we don't know the word, if we don't get that word in us, it says that the word shall not leave you. It shall stay right in you, but out of your bellies shall flow rivers of living water. You know that's what that living water is. That's what that manna is. Jesus even said it the same we don't live by bread alone, but we live by what proceeds out of the mouth of God. Well, how do you live by that when you eat something and it comes out of you, whatever you are, what they say, whatever you eat, that's what you become. Whatever you eat, when you eat the word of God, you become this living word. This is what falls out of you, and that's when you start praying prayers that are that are word based, prayers that are that, that, that spew out the word of God. He responds, he sees it, he knows it. You're putting him in remembrance, not that, like you said, not that he needs to remember, but the God loves to hear that you know what he said about you. He loves to hear that you have studied the scriptures. That's why in the book of Revelation it says blessed that he that studies this word, that keeps this word Hallelujah, you become a pupil of God. And that's where the blessing lies. When you study and you keep it, and it's kept by regurgitating that word and it coming out, and then you just keep on spewing it out of you. God honors his word.
Speaker 2:It is the reason why Jesus couldn't do many mighty works in that place, because they weren't in in the posture of believing and knowing who he is spiritually. Spiritually, you know, they were still caught up on, you know. You know the carpenter's boy. Yes, that's not who he is in this season. He's different. He's different than he was when Isaiah saw him, and he's different now. He has ascended, he has given gifts unto men, he has caused us, given us everything that we need. So now he's waiting. He's waiting for that moment where God says it's time and he's given us the things that are essential to get us ready, to keep us flowing. He said occupy until I come. Jesus would never tell us to occupy if we weren't ready to occupy.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:But we got to be able to tap in and ignite and use those breakthrough prayers to break us out of situations that break us out of circumstances that breaks us out of all of the dysfunctions and the wiles of the adversary, you know, and if we do that, we'll see that we are much more productive and we're flowing in the things of God and walking in the will, the will, the perfect will of him, as opposed to just skimming by until he returns. There's a work that we got to do and we are equipped for it. We are equipped for it, but you got to use the equipment.
Speaker 1:I want to do this. Listen, listen. You got a word in your belly. This is what I'm going to do. I want to do it right here. I'm going to pull myself out of the screen and I want you to release. You're full of the Holy Ghost on the day. I want you to release whatever the Lord has. I want you to speak. Somebody's listening to this podcast on the day and somebody's at the point of giving up. They become weary and you know the enemy uses all types of attacks to prevent people from coming to the destiny that God has for their life. I want you, I listen, the grace is on you. I want you to speak into their life. I want you to encourage their heart. I want you to speak a word that will cause them to hold on through every circumstance and every trial. I'm going to pull myself out of it. Speak to the people. Woman of God.
Speaker 2:Absolutely. And if you are going through situations that you do not understand, the best way to approach it is not to focus on the situation, but to focus on what God has said about you situation, and we let the situation speak to us instead of speaking to it. But I encourage you today to know your worth, and your worth is far more than your circumstance. The scripture says let God arise and his enemies be scattered. We don't have to be fearful of the enemy. Our job is to trust the Lord. Our responsibility is to trust him, even in adversity, so that your faith shall fail. Not your faith doesn't have to fail. What you're going through and I've been through many things in life that it looked like it wasn't going to end up. If I looked at it from my vision, if I looked at it from my vision, it looked like I was going to be defeated. But we don't live by what we see. We live by the word of God. That just shall live by faith. Faith in what? Faith? In the word of God. And if you know the word of God, and even if you're not a Bible student, you can get in the word of God and ask the Holy ghost. The Holy ghost said need not that any man should teach you, I'll show you. The Holy Ghost will show you what to do. His job is to show us the things to come. You don't have to seek out other sources. You don't have to tap into witchcraft. You don't have to tap into sorcery. You don't have to tap into to go seek a word from different people. The Holy Spirit is there to guide us and lead us into all truth. But you got to rely on the spirit. You got to rely on the spirit of the living God because again you have an adversary that is spirit, and if you don't walk in the spirit then you will live a defeated life. But I tell you today, and I speak into your circumstance today, that greater is he that is in you that he that is in this world. And you have tools that have equipped you for the journey. You have tools that have equipped you to be able to defeat the enemy and to overcome. But you got to speak it. You got to start speaking what God has said the enemy is a defeated foe. He's already defeated. His life has all I mean, his spirit has already been marked. It's already been decided where he's going to be. But you have a decision to make. You have a right to decide and that's why he's so mad.
Speaker 2:The Lord said to choose who you're going to serve. You're going to serve me, you're going to trust me, you're going to believe in me and start believing in what I said about you, start quoting, start believing that Bible, hallelujah and the God of the Bible, the one who is able to save your soul. You ain't got to be in no situation where you're stuck, because even if you're stuck, even if you have a little doubt and you even have a little bit of unbelief, god still is faithful. He's faithful and just and you believe and know that what he said about you. He called you, he justified you, hallelujah, he sanctified you, he will glorify you. He who has begun a good work in you will continue to perform it. So get, if you are going through and you don't understand and you don't know how to fight, it is the Lord of heaven's armies that will fight on your behalf. But while you're fighting, while he's fighting on your behalf, begin to praise him, begin to give him glory for who he is.
Speaker 2:I just went through something on this week that I had to speak my way out of and I spoke, the peace of God over my life. I said, god, you said that if I believe you, if I cast my cares upon you, you will give me rest. You said that your word is your name, is a strong tower. I can run to your name. So, in the name of Jesus, I run to you. I can hide in you. If I need to hide, you'll be my shade if I need you to be my shade, hallelujah. So I encourage you today to tap deeper into who God is. Tap deeper into what Jesus done for you, hallelujah.
Speaker 2:Don't be fooled by what the enemy's trying to paint in front of you, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you can prove this will, so that you can prove that God will do what he said he's going to do, so that you can prove it. How do I prove it? By speaking what I know. You can't prove something if you don't ever speak about it. You can't prove something if you ain't never been there.
Speaker 2:I've been in heavenly places with him and I never left my physical body, but I went by way of the spirit, by way of the spirit, left my physical body, but I went by way of the spirit. By way of the spirit, you have a journey, and your journey is to walk as children of God. God is a spirit. So therefore I walk by the spirit. I'm not turned tossed to and fro by winds of doctrines, by by things that I don't understand. I don't have to be in the dark, hallelujah. I can be in the know. I can be in the revealing, and God is a revealer, hallelujah.
Speaker 2:He said if you lack wisdom, just ask me. But I don't ask you in the natural, I ask you in the spirit. I ask you in the spirit, by way of your word. You don't want me ignorant to the enemy's devices. So therefore, I receive your wisdom, the hidden wisdom, the wisdom that Satan didn't know, cause had he knew it, he would have never crucified Christ. Hallelujah, that's how I talk to him, that's how I bat Hallelujah. So I encourage you today to do just that and watch God move in your life Like he's never moved before.
Speaker 1:My Lord, my Lord, my Lord, I tell you what I was so blessed. Listen, I'm blessed because you said, yes, I really am. I thank God for your ministry. You have a powerful, powerful, powerful grace on your life. You used the word early in the interview and you were talking about authority, and I love that because one of the things that I've been sharing with people. It's wonderful to have the anointing, but this is a time for us to walk in the authority that God has given us. The anointing is wonderful, but the anointing is not enough. The enemy is intimidated by the authority that we carry as a believer. And when we understand our authority, I said we're going to see the fullness of God as a believer. And when we understand our authority, I said we're going to see the fullness of God. Now, if I want to contact Lady Tracy Cooper, if I want to know more about Lady Tracy Cooper, if I want some more of this good word and this experience, what do I need to do?
Speaker 2:I am on Facebook. I am on Instagram, my Facebook page. I didn't put Lady Cooper because I wasn't Lady Cooper when I had my page. It's T Cooper, but I am currently I'm glad you said that, bishop because I'm currently working on a study of revelations. We're taking it verse by verse.
Speaker 2:I have created a YouTube channel that will be up the first week in May. I started doing a teaching via Zoom, but I got a lot of feedback and it said hey, you need to get this out here. So I've already put up the page. I just haven't published it yet to where people can come in, because I'm still working on my content. But if you want to be a part of that and when I tell you, I think we had like five or six people to reach out to me in regards to it If you want to be a part of that, we are going through the book of Revelation verse by verse, and it has been awesome and I'm putting together this study for as long as it goes. That's how long we're going to have it, and you can find that on YouTube.
Speaker 2:If you contact me on my Facebook page, I will be putting that information out shortly, but exclusively to you all now. Hit me on my Facebook and I will respond. I can also be reached at Solocoop S-O-L-O-C-O-O-P, as in Paul 328, at gmailcom. You can reach me there and I can. I'm going to start sending out my email blast and my my links so that people can be a part of this new community that I'm trying to build. And then you can always reach me at the power church. I'm there every Sunday. I'm there and we're doing ministry there as well.
Speaker 2:So any of those platforms preach up, and we are on 3 am, I mean 3 pm on Sundays at the Power Church, so you can leave the normal service time and come on over to the Power Church at 3 o'clock where we get started promptly and we in and out and we have church.
Speaker 1:I'm talking about y'all doing some showing up church and over the power church.
Speaker 2:Yes, we love to praise the Lord, but we have. Pastor Cooper has a dynamic word and I really believe that, along with you, bishop, he is raising up this remnant that's going to take us in and get us ready and catapult us to the next phase in our walk, and I'm just, I'm grateful that to be a part of it.
Speaker 1:Praise the Lord. Listen, I want to say I thank you so much for being with me on today. I've been blessed. I appreciate this interview. I'm so excited about what the Lord is doing. I appreciate you and your husband. I love you dearly. The power church and listen, we're going to stick together in the kingdom of God. We're going to get the glory out of this.
Speaker 2:He's going to get the glory. Hallelujah, I'm so grateful, thank you, and please. I love your wife. I fell in love with her when I first came to the church and she has such a sweet spirit. I love her and I just, I really adore you all and I look up to you guys. You know I'm on your prayer call in the mornings and I love it. It's, you know, one of the things you said that stood out. You said somebody got on there and said y'all, y'all, y'all. Second language must be English, cause we always speaking it, we always give it.
Speaker 2:God's glory and speaking in tongues and encouraging one another. It's phenomenal, and I love the oil that's on you all's life. I love the Lord's house. We love you guys, and thank you so much for having us and I know we'll see you soon.
Speaker 1:Yes, ma'am.
