I am so excited. On tonight I've got a special guest. Woo woo. I'm going to say that one more time. Woo woo, I got a powerhouse here tonight.

Speaker 1:

And this woman of God. I've been blessed to know this woman of God almost 25 years and she's a powerful woman of God. She came into our holy convocation and I mean the Lord used her and we've been putting up these little clips of the service she's done and I'm talking about. These clips are being shared all around the country of this woman of God. The Lord just met us in such a wonderful way.

Speaker 1:

Her name is Apostle Vanessa Thomas. She's a powerful woman of God. I'm going to let her talk to you about her. She has a powerful church, a prayer temple, right out in Mableton, georgia. Um, some years ago I was introduced to her and she came and she was doing uh, um, uh, some layovers and some of you you. You don't know about layovers and shut ends, you just know about Sunday morning service, but she would have layovers and the ministry was called before the breaking of day. And I'm talking about you'd see breakthrough miracles, you would see people release. She would prophesy people are going to be released from jail and they will be released from jail prophesy. It was just powerful but I'm blessed to have on today. I'm not going to talk a whole lot because you won't get a chance to hear. God bless you and welcome Apostle Vanessa Thomas.

Speaker 2:

Thank you, thank you, thank you. It's good to be here.

Speaker 1:

I'm glad to have you. I'm glad to have you. You were one of our speakers in our KFAI convocation on that Wednesday night and, I'll tell you, the Lord moved in such a way we did not leave the same. I've been blessed to know you almost 25 years, but the people tonight, they don't know you. So I'm going to ask a simple question. Instead of me reading a bio, I'm going to ask you who is Apostle Vanessa Thomas?

Speaker 2:

Apostle Vanessa Thomas is a woman of God, a mother, praise God, a grandmother, a woman that loved God and loved the people of God and loves to pray, praise God. And a woman, praise God, that just don't mind waiting on the Lord and enjoying Jesus. I'm a woman that praise God. I don't meet strangers. I love people, I love fellowshipping and glory to God. Hallelujah. My best praise God posture is prayer, Praise God. If anybody know me, it's prayer.

Speaker 1:

Praise.

Speaker 2:

God, I will pray anywhere, anytime. Praise God. If it's needed, I'm available and it's good to be on the podcast today, the Stormy Cast podcast, and to meet everyone that is viewing and that glory to God that is listening. I pray that God imparting to you on this Monday night.

Speaker 1:

Now I heard you say your best posture is prayer. Let me ask you a question why prayer? Why pray?

Speaker 2:

Why? Why? And then I will come back with an answer to you. Why not? After all, we've been through and anything we need If the earth is the Lord and the fullness thereof. He said you have not because you ask not, and the place to ask him is in prayer. Praise God. When Jesus came on the face of the earth, praise God. His example was to show us that we could commune with God just as he did. Praise God, and in the midst of communing with Jesus, praise God, the Lord, God, amen. There's no good thing that he would withhold from us. Praise God. And why pray? Praise God. I'd rather pray than talk. I'd rather pray than augur. I'd rather pray than just wait on you to say what you're going to do, when God would do it for us If we just look to him, that is able to keep us from falling.

Speaker 1:

Now I heard you use the comment. I heard you use the phrase wait on the Lord. Now I want you to realize everybody doesn't understand what that means. Talk to me a little more about that. What do you mean when you say wait on the Lord?

Speaker 2:

When I say W-A-I-T, I'm saying pray, not the W-E-I-G-H-T but, the W-A-I-T mean pray as well. Pray that those in the word said they that wait upon the Lord, isaiah said this he shall renew your strength.

Speaker 3:

And.

Speaker 2:

I've learned and I've seen it done If you wait on the Lord and be of good courage, don't wait in anger, don't wait in bitterness. Don't wait. Praise God, mad, don't wait, don't wait in a rush, but wait on God and he will bring you through or carry you through If you wait on him. Everybody don't understand. Well, I pray and I pray five minutes. I pray this and I said a prayer today. You got to understand there's time in the Lord. And then he told us seek the old path and walk there. And if we understand those that went and were enslaved for us, they waited on God out in the fields picking cotton. Praise God, glory to God, building a garden. Praise God being a maid. Praise God being a slave. They didn't know nothing to do but seek God, seeking while he may be found, call upon him while he's near.

Speaker 1:

And let me ask you something the early Vanessa Thomas, when you gave your life to the Lord and you ended into ministry. Talk to me about that, because you've got a strong mantle on you and I like to know where do people come from? Where do people come? Sometimes people ask me about my prayer ministry and my prayer ministry, my great-grandmother prayer. I don't know what I mean, but I wasn't praying. I wasn't praying, I wasn't interested in praying, wasn't interested in being saved. But I love my great grandmother and she was a powerful prayer warrior and I just got a chance to observe it and when she passed and went on to be with the Lord, those things that she deposited in me they came alive. The Bible's the train of a child and the way he should go, and when he gets old he won't depart. Tell me about some of the early years of Vanessa Thomas.

Speaker 2:

Some of the early years I first. I was born in Fort Lauderdale, florida, and in the midst of going there, in 1970, I came to Georgia with my family, with my family, and when I got here I didn't know that my mother mother was a pastor. And uh, when I came a week after them, uh, she said that's the one I'm waiting on. My grandmother pointed at me and, uh, she said that's the one that would carry my mantle. And then that I uh began to follow her. I got in Georgia on a Tuesday night and she was going to Tuesday night prayer and I said, grandmama, you can't leave me, I want to go with you. And I've been on the field ever since, going with her, listening to the elders and different ones have prayer meetings. And then I was already. I had a vision of seeing and dreaming and in the midst of that I stayed under her. She wouldn't let me play too long, be outside too long. She really observed me and kept me ready for the ministry and at the age, I want to say, of what 12, she started having me lead prayer, having me speak, and I would say, grandma, why? But I would tell her when I would get out of school.

Speaker 2:

I remember I was in the seventh grade and I would have visions and I would call her and tell her and she would pray over me a lot. And one night I wanted to hear her. So I stood by her door and I was listening to her pray and I said, Lord, she prayed every single night. To her pray and I said, lord, she prayed every single night. And then she get up and early in the morning she's praying, and then it grabbed me that I never been afraid to pray, never been afraid to go forth. And then going forth her name was Louise Rice and praise God with her prayer and saying if Jesus can't fix it, vanessa, nobody can. She said, hold to his hand. She said, remember, you got to hold to his hand because you may let his go, but if he hold yours he'll never let you down. And that stayed with me and just going, and even with my family, from generation to generation, it's like everybody knows that the mantle is on me and I thank God.

Speaker 2:

And there were other mentors that poured into me. I always was with older ladies and there was something that I needed from each one of them that I was with and I thank God and I bless them for a while. Pastor Maddox, arnella Maddox she mentored me when I first started ministry, I thank God. Mother Rosalie Hayes was my pastor when I was in high school. She was a praying woman and I thank God for just praying, not knowing at that time it was going to be me praying. I had plans to be an actor. I had performed with Spike Lee. I was getting ready to go. I went to Spelman. I said drama, vocal was my major.

Speaker 1:

I didn't think I would be in church live in a season now where people really don't many don't value the necessity and the importance of prayer. Prayer has to become the core of everything that we do. Yes, jesus said men ought to always pray. Paul says that we'll pray without ceasing, and I'm not just talking about the act of prayer, but a prayerful spirit. I hear you. I hear you when you were talking about how your grandmother raised you.

Speaker 1:

You know, this is a time where it's important, particularly for leaders, to have a consecrated life. Yes, when your life is consecrated, there's certain things that you can't do, that others may be able to do, but it's only because of your consecration before the Lord. So years ago the Lord called me in to pray. He told me he said I want you to be a spiritual Nazarite and I had to look that up. And the Nazarite didn't cut his hair, didn't drink any strong drink and wasn't around any dead things. And the Holy Ghost spoke to me and told me he said these things are not sin, but because of the consecration on his life, he had to go the extra mile. I want to talk with you a moment for a moment, about a consecrated life.

Speaker 2:

Wow, yeah, that's a great question. A consecrated life for me brings me to a place to forsake all to follow him. And I remember saying this back in the late 90s, 1995, 96, 97, when I said, god, all I have is you. What do you want me to go, what do you want me to do? And I say, if it is you that is talking to me and giving me instructions, I'll do just that. And beginning to pray every day, I started off every day. I started on a 21-day fast.

Speaker 2:

And on that 21-day fast, the Lord actually met me. Praise God. 21 day fast, the Lord actually met me. Praise God. And in the midst of him meeting me, what was very consecrated to me I felt genuine that he would come to me at four or five o'clock in the morning and actually give me instruction and tell me what to do and then tell me what was going to happen in that day. I would send me somewhere while I was on the consecration prayer and on that fast and I would meet someone in the store in the Walmart and he said you are here for her and I will walk up to her. She would say praise the Lord. And when she said praise the Lord, that door opened and I would minister right there to her and I say I say my name, she would say hers and the Lord would move right then.

Speaker 2:

So the consecration is you and God. That's an intimate place to be with him. That God, it's only you, from the rising of the sun to the going down of the saints. It's only you, jesus, it's only you. Nobody but you, god, nobody. God can do me like you do, nobody can hold me like you do, and when I was saying that and just pray. It's like he would just come and just kneel by me on the inside of me, and I begin to tell him God, I love you, I praise you, I glorify you, I lift your name above all others, and in that consecration, god will give you a way of escape that people will be trying to get to you but guess what?

Speaker 2:

He is? A jealous God. Yes, that's what he said. He would have no other God before him.

Speaker 2:

And in the midst of that consecration, coming off and trying to come up, you telling God, I don't want to leave, but I know I'm of the flesh, but I just want to be with you, god. And in the midst of that being on consecration and praying, what he would give you in the word, it will manifest. Somebody else would say it, but your deliverance would be different. But it will manifest with the same thing that they were saying, if that makes sense. And you knew that it was God, because first he sent you there and then, where he sent you, they was waiting for you. And that has really what to do in a place of consecration that I have decided to follow Jesus.

Speaker 2:

No, turning back. No, turning back. And to me some people don't know the old songs, but those songs has meaning. And in the midst, when he said seek the old path and walk there in, I always tell him, god, I'm looking for it. I seek not to be bound, but I'm looking for who you are and what you did on the face of the earth. And you told me if you did it, so can I. And to me that's a place even when the church and I call consecration and I give 10 day fast. One month I did 30 days and the Lord told me he said if you lay before me 30 days, he said I will reverse death and I knew who he was getting ready to pluck. And I did 30 days, me and two other people, and in the midst on that 30th day that person walked in the church and told me somebody else dropped dead. So I know what consecrated, intimate prayer is.

Speaker 1:

My Lord, my Lord.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes you and I met through layover. And you know the people that are listening, they don't know what a layover is. I'm going to give you a chance to tell them what a layover is. But we met because you were doing a layover and I heard about the layover. But we met because you were doing a layover and I heard about the layover and someone said, well, why don't you allow her to bring the layover to your church? And I said, well, certainly, it's a powerful move of God. And you came and you started doing some of the layovers at my church when I was on Glenwood. Tell me, how did the layover, how did that whole thing? Because that layover was a movement. How did that layover, how did that whole thing? Because that layover was a movement, how did that layover just start? Talk to me about the layover in the layover. Do you still do layovers? Yes, sir, I know that. See, the people that are listening, they don't realize.

Speaker 1:

Apostle Thomas came and ministered in my convocation. She and I hadn't talked probably about definitely 12 or 13 years. Yeah, when we got through we were in the office talking and her son, st Clair, came in and said Mom, come on now. But I told her. I said listen, man, we have talked. We haven't talked in a lot of years. Just leave us alone. But tell them how the layover started and tell them about that. I saw a lot of things happen in the layover. Tell the people to listen tonight about the layover.

Speaker 2:

Praise the Lord, the layover started in the year of 1995. We were on 5 am prayer and the Lord instructed me. He said where you go, I will make a way for you to lay in different churches. He said where they call morning. 6 am, 5 am. He said one minute after midnight is morning. He said I need you to go and get sheeps and let them lay in my presence. He said the midnight is 3 am in the heavens. He said can you meet me there? And I just started telling different ones, whatever you need, just laying his presence, laying his presence, laying his presence. I said it's a layover. If God say one night, if he say stay, we would do a layover mean friday to saturday morning, or we would do thursday to sunday morning, before a day. And then the layover, different ones bringing their pillows, their covers. But he didn't tell me we was going to sleep and we were going to lay in his presence. Whatever he wanted to do, whoever he wanted to heal, whoever needed a miracle glory to god, whoever needed deliverance, they were going to get it. Praise God, because after midnight, from midnight until two-third or quarter to three, I got you ready.

Speaker 2:

I taught what prayer is. I taught how to pray. I taught how to lay in his presence and one of the things the Holy Ghost said when you lay up, he said. When you're on your belly, he said that's as low as you can get being alive. He said because when you are dead you are six feet under. And he said I can't hear you. He said but on your belly you can tell me anything and everything about your situation. He said and do know that your neighbor and nobody else will know what you're going through. He said but when I tell you to get up, do know that guess what? Everything that you took on your belly, guess what? I delivered you out of it and I began to see so many people get delivered, get healed. As you said before, I will be led to pray for incarceration, intensive care, sicu and one of the nights at your church, cornerstone of Faith.

Speaker 2:

At that time, praise God. I heard God said I'm opening the jail doors at midnight and he said I'm going to prove to you that I opened the door and man couldn't open it. And we were praying that night and a young man walked in and sat on the front row and I said young man, what brings you here? We're about to leave. He said, ma'am, I just got out of prison. I said what do you mean? He said well, the guards say that the head man told them to open the door and however many get out that's how many get out. And I thank God that when he said it, we lost it. We went back into prayer again.

Speaker 2:

But what really excited me in the layover was praise God. I trusted God. One of the greatest things for a prayer warrior or intercessor is your faith and the word said according to your faith, be it unto you. There was a man, praise God, that had 50 years without parole and I wasn't afraid to pray, I wasn't afraid to just intercede for that young man and me and his mother, we prayed until God told me to release her and we started on one side of the room and ended up on another side. But, bishop, I want you to know, that was in the month of November, ok, and when the Lord said that I'm going to release your son before the year is out, and I had some doubters in the room, but I say God, in spite of the doubters, me and her going to believe that her son will be home this year, and in praying and we prayed, we prayed, we prayed. I was singing hymns. I prayed more than I sung and I want you to know Christmas of that year 2001.

Speaker 2:

I was led to call her at 5 am for the morning prayer and I got her and I asked her how was she doing? She said I'm great. And we prayed, the Lord moved. And in the midst of moving I say somebody has a testimony and she said woman of God, I have a testimony. She said my baby, praise God. She said I was called December the 15th to come and get my baby. She said my baby's upstairs in the bed and I just screamed. She said all charges are dropped that the judge had to tell him.

Speaker 2:

I don't know why I had to go to the file and pull your files. He said but young man, somebody really prayed for you. He said I'm erasing every charge off your file. He said turn around and look back. He said but, young man, somebody really prayed for you. He said I'm erasing every charge off your file. He said turn around and look back. He said what do you see? He said I see double doors. He said I want you to get out and don't look back. That man right now is in California living his life and has a business, and to me that's what a layover is all about, when you choose God, not a club, not your bed, but you don't mind waiting in his presence all night long.

Speaker 1:

Lord, have mercy. This is what I'm talking about right here. Listen, I'm going to use a word, I'm going to say a phrase, and after I say the phrase, I'm going to just let you have it, because people need to understand what it is. I'm going to say one phrase and I'm going to stop talking. Okay, okay, okay. You ready, I'm ready, you promise you're ready.

Speaker 2:

I promise I'm ready.

Speaker 1:

Deliverance ministry.

Speaker 2:

Deliverance ministry, praise God. I will say it's not easy. It's a consistent prayer life and in deliverance you never know who's going to walk in the door and who needs deliverance. Praise God. Deliverance is like a 911 emergency room. When you get there, don't look to leave the way you came, praise God. Not man medication, but guess what? A healing from a hat. Praise God. In deliverance you don't have to tell nobody what's going on with you, just show up and let God do it. And when the atmosphere is set for deliverance not one, not two, not three, everybody that needs a deliverance. If you don't grab it, you missed it. But deliverance is here and when, guess what? When I holler, the Redeemer is here. Praise God. You better reach and grab what you want.

Speaker 2:

Praise God Because the woman that had the issue of blood, praise God. She said glory to God, I have spent all that I got, praise God. And if I may touch the hem of his garment, that wasn't the main purpose of her word of deliverance. The word was I have seen every physician and not one could give me a miracle, not one could give me medicine that will stop this issue of blood. But she said, when I saw and touched the great physician, him, it dried up instantly.

Speaker 2:

And that's where you know deliverance shows up. You can come in and say oh my God, hallelujah, I need this, I need that. You might need three or four things, according to your faith. You might need with two, you might need with one, but glory to God, you can't hurry God. And after some I say no, you got to wait, you got to trust him and give him time, no matter how long it takes. He's a God that you can't hurry, he'll be there, don't you worry. He may not come when you want him, but he's on time.

Speaker 2:

And in the midst of deliverance there have been people came in the deliverance service and wouldn't say it, but would tell me after the service I had a knot, two knots in one breast and I can't find them. Knots. That's deliverance, praise God. Then somebody comes say my stomach was this Guess what? And it's not that. Now, that's deliverance, praise God. I came in here and I was with it up in the hand and guess what? God touched me and guess what? Look at my hand is moving. A lot of us don't know how to celebrate when the deliverance take place. We sit like zombies and look okay, well, whatever. No, it's not you, it's not your son, it's not your brother, it's not your sister. But one day you're going to have a challenge and that you're going to need God to deliver you out of something. All deliverance is not seen.

Speaker 2:

One of the greatest things that I deal with now is the battle of the mind. So many people sit in the midst of the service and they're battling in the mind. Some are battling, uh, I don't want to do this, I don't want to live like this. Or they are saying, guess what? I just need to kill myself. And when God began to speak to them, they start screaming and hollering praise God. But that's when you really get up on them and tell them praise God, I need you to. You know, speak out where it's at what's taking place. And you will have people say I don't want to live. What reason do I have to live? It's my job being to really I don't care who over there over there, guess what your soul matters and guess what you are sheep and guess what I'm going to lay with you and labor with you until God change things. And the songwriter say I pray for you and you pray for me. Watch God change things. Guess what? I've seen God do things over and over again. I've seen deliverance happen.

Speaker 2:

We were doing the physician one year in June. It was all about healing and we talked about nameless. We talked about the woman issue of blood. We talked about the woman with the spirit of affirmative. We talked about our glory to God, the woman of many sins, and I told him no matter who you are, when Jesus shows up in the village, prepare yourself that when he leave, I won't be the same.

Speaker 1:

You know, in my book. I just wrote a book, the Technology of Prayer, and I'm working on a second book, the Technology of Spiritual Warfare. But one of the scriptures that I write is 1 Thessalonians 5 and 23, which says may the God of peace sanctify your Holy Spirit, soul and body. A lot of people don't understand because they're saved. They think that I don't have to worry about demons. That's a lie. I'm saved, but they don't understand demonic spirits. They don't have access to your spirit, but they can have access to your soul, which is your mind, your will and your emotions and whatever term you want to use, possessed, harassed, whatever term you want to use. Nevertheless, the demons are operating.

Speaker 1:

Apostle Thomas, if you think about this, the first time we see a demon speak out in the scripture, chronologically, is in Mark 1 and 23. And that demon says, while the man is in the synagogue let us alone. That is the posture of the kingdom of darkness. Leave us alone, Don't bother us, Don't pay us no attention, Because if you don't pay us no attention, we're going to wreak havoc in your life. So you got people that are demonically in bondage. They're operating in church, operating in ministry and, because they say this, the trick of the enemy that the Bible said beware the wiles of the devil. Because they say they don't think that they should look for deliverance ministry, but deliverance is the. They don't think that they should look for deliverance ministry, but deliverance is the children's bread, and that's something that we must, must, understand. Listen, I want to ask you something else. I want to ask you something else because I'm going to turn you loose in a moment.

Speaker 1:

What is the greatest miracle you ever seen? Now let me tell you where this comes from. You know I've had many healing crusades, but I remember one service and this was 20 something years ago and I was fasting before the Lord and we had a healing crusade and every person in the service got healed. The Holy Ghost spoke to me before we got in the service. He said everyone's going to be healed tonight. That's only happened one time in my life.

Speaker 1:

One time when the Lord told me every person, when I say healed, we saw people with strokes. We saw the strokes, the reverse of the strokes. One young man was deaf in one of his ears. His ears came open. One lady had brain cancer and she could not see out of one of her eyes, and that day will never, ever leave me. I've seen many miracles since then, but that one day really stays with me. When I talk about miracle ministry and one of the strongest miracles you've ever seen, tell me what comes to your mind.

Speaker 2:

When you talk about strong miracles.

Speaker 2:

I have a member, this one. She had to go back and forth into another state and there were two knots in one breath and the doctor said they were spreading and the Lord told me to tell her. As often as you come to prayer temple, I need you to get in the water and dance. I said you will not have surgery, I say, by man, but you will have surgery without a knife. I said but I need you to know that God is able, that he can do anything. I said, according to your faith, be it unto you. There's no way you can dance and flow in the spirit and ask God to heal you and give you a miracle, and I'm praying for you and he not give you that miracle. And she came to me one Sunday night and she said I have to go back and see the doctor.

Speaker 2:

I said go and get the report that there's no lumps in your breast and that God did it. And she came back, bishop. And when she came back she ran to the floor and she was just dancing and screaming. And when I got on the floor, what she said? They can't find the knife. I said, did not I tell you that? God said he would do surgery without a knife and he did it. But I'm one of the miracle people that, glory to God. In 2003, I had a thyroid storm in a shut-in and, glory to God, they had to rush me to the hospital, praise God. And when they got me there they said do not expect her to live because my thyroid blew up in me. And they say one out of a billion live, praise God, and I love Jesus.

Speaker 2:

I love him with all my heart, with all my mind, with all my spirit. Because guess what had he took me? I was ready that day, praise God. But I looked up to the ceiling and said I'm yours Everything, I got everything. I'm not God.

Speaker 2:

The cardiologist here. The endocrinologist here. The neurologist here, god, I bless your name, I glorify you. The lung specialist here, praise God. And he looked at me and said ma'am, you are not going to live.

Speaker 2:

I believe the report of the Lord, the God that I've served. Why would he allow the enemy to touch me in a shut-in if he don't have another miracle or work for me to do? I looked at him. I said whatever you say, but I'm going to look at God. But one believed with me and that was the cardiologist. He said you're in the right place at the right time. You are out of the hand of us. So guess what the almighty God has to do, what he wants to do.

Speaker 2:

And I remember telling them praise God. Can I go shower? She looked at me and said can you what? I said I want to go shower. She said, ma'am, you can't walk. I said you say give me that IV pole. I got a shower, praise God. If I could just get to the water. And when I got to the water, praise God, bishop. I called water the blood, praise God, and I began to say it's only you, jesus, you would allow me to pour myself in here. I need you to wash me in your blood. I need you to reverse everything that they say that I've shut down in my body. I want you to do it for me, God. They got a walker, they got a wheelchair Glory to God. They got the wheelchair. Glory to God and the walker that pushed. Two are one. But I want you to know I left without none of them, praise God. And they had me on the bed of steel, saying don't move for a month. Whatever you do, just go to the bathroom because you're still at a death place. I say you believe that.

Speaker 2:

I got home and I got on my knees in my family room and I began, god, telling God. I said if you was going to allow the enemy to have me, he could have had me back in SICU. I said so. Apparently, god, you are not done with me. What is your will for my life? Where do you want me to go? God? I surrender all. I forsake all. Once more and again and again. Just give me the strength. God, just allow me to get up. And God gave me the strength and I want you to know that very next month I was at the end of July I went and did a revival in Minnesota. Okay, just getting off a deathbed.

Speaker 1:

Apostle Thomas, let me say something. You're not supposed to be on here preaching. It's a podcast. You don't know. You're not supposed to be on here preaching. You can't help it, can you? You just got the oil all on. You Listen, since you preach it. Good, you done got me all stirred up on the podcast. I'm going to do something because there's somebody that's listening to this podcast and their heart needs to be encouraged. And while the oil is on you and while you're ministering like this, I want you to look into this camera. One thing about a podcast I want you to think about it. It goes on and on. It's going to be on Spotify. People are going to hear it now. Some of them hear it from the years to come.

Speaker 1:

The words that you're getting ready to say, they're going to speak into somebody's life. You, I'm not ready to talk about that. You have a grace on you to break that spirit of suicide. Do you hear what I say? Yes, sir, I see that thing. You have a grace on you that suicide is a demon. Yes, and that spirit has to be broken. And there's some people that are going to listen to this podcast and their hearts need to be carried. Have you ever preached out of the country?

Speaker 2:

No, sir, only on Facebook.

Speaker 1:

You will, you will. Your feet are going to touch foreign lands. Your feet are going to touch foreign lands. The Lord's going to open doors for your feet to touch foreign lands. You have a powerful anointing on you. You got a powerful weight on you and recently the Lord is waking something back up in you. Did you hear what I said? Something's being revived Like you preach revivals, but a revival is taking place inside of you.

Speaker 1:

He's reviving something in you. You have something that the people need and one of the things that people don't understand. When people carry an anointing like you, they have to go through something. Yes, their life has to go through something. They have to go through the fire and they've got to be purified, and that's where they come to the place they are. You carry a weight, a weight that is really a hidden treasure. But I want to say this right here your will is get ready to turn again, and that hidden treasure is get ready to be revealed. You'll get ready to see one of the greatest seasons that you've ever seen in your life. But let me pull myself out of here, because you've done all this preaching and all this kind of stuff right here. I'm going to pull myself out of here and I want you to speak into that camera and I want you to minister to somebody that carries your heart and let them know that God can and God will.

That was a time when everybody's attention was on the mega church, but now the move of God is breathing in the local church where hands can be laid and the people can touch the pastor and some of the old things that we moved away from. You know some people don't like tarry service because you know what they say. They say God didn't, we don't have to tarry. I know we may not have to tarry, but I've seen more done in the tarry service than I've seen in some of these other things. So I've been blessed tonight. I want to thank you for being my special guest and I want to say to you that are listening on tonight you have joined us again on the Storming the Gates podcast, where we're called to storm the gates and show God's people how to walk in the victory that he has for your life. Listen, please remember that a new episode is being released every Monday night at 8 pm. I want you to tell a friend and tell a neighbor. Say that we are storming the gates.
