L.A. Aguayo Season 1 Episode 2

Send us a text

The Hemolife Podcast returns with renewed purpose and powerful vision. This relaunch episode brings together LA Aguayo and fellow hemophilia advocates as they share their journey back to creating content that balances raw truth with accessibility.

What sets this podcast apart is the hosts' unique perspective as "the professionals" – individuals who navigate rare disorders daily and have accumulated wisdom beyond clinical knowledge. They've discovered that living with hemophilia demands becoming "elite humans" in every aspect of life, developing systems that build resilience and enable growth even through the toughest challenges.

The conversation explores fascinating territory around mind-body connection, with one host sharing his experiences using meditation, breathing techniques, and consciousness work to potentially influence physical healing at a cellular level. Meanwhile, the team doesn't shy away from discussing cutting-edge treatments like testosterone replacement therapy and healing peptides that could benefit the hemophilia community.

At its core, this episode reveals a powerful philosophy for anyone facing adversity: the "Uno reverse" mentality that transforms setbacks into opportunities. Rather than asking "why me?" these veterans of health challenges have learned to immediately seek the growth potential in every difficult situation.

More than just inspiration, the Hemolife Podcast promises actionable insights, practical steps, and a supportive community for those navigating rare disorders. Subscribe to join a group of extraordinary achievers who refuse to be defined or limited by their conditions, but instead use them as catalysts for becoming their strongest selves.

Speaker 2:

I don't know the word to use, but I guess sometimes people can't handle the raw truth, but it's really cool. So, like I like, if you guys look at the, I kept the HEMA life page alive. So it's been alive but it's been dormant, you know, nothing's been on it. But it's kind of cool to reflect and go back down and see all the posts. I mean, chad, you're a big part of that, jay, you're on there as well. And I remember like one thing that was really cool was when Chad went to a camp for kids and like all of them wore the shirts, the Hemo Life shirts, and they were supporting it. I thought that was really cool too. Like that's a picture that I will always like stick with me, you know, just because it was like, wow, dude, like what we did is like it's reaching people. Yeah, yeah, exactly. So that's kind of like what I want, you know this like rebirth of the podcast to be is back to that unfiltered truth. But you know, I do realize you know now I think one of the lessons I learned was there is some red tape out there. You know you do have to tread lightly. It's not our. Message isn't going to be accepted by everyone. It's not. Our message isn't going to be accepted by everyone You're going to.

Speaker 2:

What I saw is that we got a lot of fans, but then we also had a lot of people who didn't like the path that we're on. And I think it's important to try to be able to reach everyone and be raw and unfiltered, but kind of tone it down just a little bit enough. Just, you know, the goal is to reach people and to actually help people. You know it's, I think before, when I was doing it, I kind of had like a chip on my shoulder and I had some anger and stuff. Like, you know, I got to prove, I got something to prove. That's not, that's not really it. You know the goal anymore. The goal is to actually find a way to change people's lives.

Speaker 2:

And so, like, what I want to do with the rebirth of the HEMA live podcast is, you know, I want to tell stories and obviously everyone has a story and I believe that we are the professionals. You know, like we, we go through this day in and day out, you know, and we figure out ways to overcome. So not only do I just want to tell that, not only do I want to share stories. I mean, that happens all the time. But you have to dig deeper and ask the right questions and be able to, at the end of each episode, give people real, actionable steps that they can take in order to change their lives. You know, a lot of times we hear like cool stories and we're we feel so motivated and inspired, but then after that what happens? You know, it's just kind of like okay, cool, I was inspired for a day, but like what? You know how? How can I, how can I ask the right questions where you know when people leave, you know change can actually happen. So you know, that's the goal with everything.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so my theory is, like, you know the doctors, they have a certain amount of education and they have to protect themselves, right, they don't have to live our lives, but they have to protect their reputation, and so it's easier to lean on the other side of being safe. Right, just tell us what we can't do things, so that you know if they were like, if doctors were like hey, you know what, go play football, go be an MMA fighter, and then all of a sudden you're dead with a brain bleed then, but you know, then it looked terrible, you know, like, so I do get it right. They have to err on the safe side. But we're the professionals, you know, and like there was this one, this one guy studied and he said something around the lines of you know, you become a pro with 10 years experience or a hundred thousand hours, and we have that. You know we all have that and and all of our journeys are different, and so we can all offer this like unique perspective.

Speaker 2:

And I know Chad, I mean not just hemophilia, but cancer survivor, you know all that stuff like it's still affecting you, you know, and that's, and what's really cool is that you're, you're here right now, like you're, like you know what dude I'm I'll be honest, like I'm not doing good, but you still want to help people, you still want to find purpose through what you're going through, to not only build yourself up but to lift others up too, because for sure there's other people like you going through this exact situation. That's exactly how I feel about this podcast, and a lot of times you'll actually hear me start changing my wording and I'll start using the word just rare conditions. If you're suffering from a rare condition, a chronic, so this doesn't have to be just for a bleeding disorder. I'm sure there's so much we can learn from each other, no matter what. What do you think?

Speaker 2:

What do you think Jay? What kind of crosses your mind you know, here in Chad, open up a little bit about his struggles and stuff. I know you and I have these personal conversations too. Right, same exact type of stuff finding devices and having relationship problems. What is there anything that you you know looking at his story? Is there something that you could like tell him that could kind of help out, give him some hope?

Speaker 3:

Us being men, not just us being men, but being stubborn. He hemophilia patients, patients and I mean more patients than you've ever thought you you could ever reached. Patients. It'll come talk about that. We lack the most patience because when we get a bleed, we take our shots, the bleed. We still don't get that instant gratification. Where they're, where it's just magically gone and the problems are just mad. Where it's just magically gone and the problems are just mad, magically gone Wade mud trench, knee, waist, deep trench of mud Dread. Yeah, and patience and love will be the two strong in it together.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I agree. I agree. Patience. Patience is huge. The only thing I would add to the patience is intentionality Waking up every day with an intention, I think a lot of people I forgot what the statistic is, but something around where you have, like Jay, you probably know like 60,000 or something like that 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are all the same exact.

Speaker 2:

I forgot the exact number, to be honest, but it's like it's a big number like that and it's like, and they just repeat the same over and over. So it's like how do you wake up with an intent, with a new intention, and have the capability to stop those subconscious thoughts or connect with those subconscious thoughts and then have a pattern, interrupt there somewhere, right? So I know that that's something that I work on a lot, and you can't get to that position by using vices like alcohol, drugs. You actually have to face the demon head on, accept it, understand where you're at and deal with it. You can't be drowning it with even watching movies too much, playing video games, all down out those voices that we truly need to address. When you're looking for help, look to help others, and you know, I feel like that's so true. A lot of times we get so fixated on our own problems, our own struggles, our own issues and, like, once you just put your, take yourself, put yourself to the side for a minute and just focus on what you have that can help other people, then, for some reason, this like new cycle starts to happen in your life and so maybe Chad, by being active with us and being a part of this new relaunch of Hemo life. I'm sure there's lots of stuff we can all do together. I mean, me and Jay had been talking about this for a while and I know this has given Jay some hope as well and encouragement of you know he's got a powerful message that he wants to deliver and basically all we're doing is fine tuning that message so that other people it could be widespread and more acceptable, and kind of breaking it down into like little baby steps instead of just giving everyone so much information, just kind of doing it in a fun, in a raw and entertaining way, educational way, and it's just a win-win situation for everyone. And so I just want to say I have open arms for you, chad, here, and we can get in a group chat and just hold each other accountable over these next few months and see where we can take this all.

Speaker 2:

I personally took a break for quite a while myself. I had a lot of mental setbacks. Took a break for quite a while myself. I had a lot of mental setbacks, physical setbacks, career setbacks, reputation setbacks, things that really, really hurt me. I dug deep, I put that pain. It hurt. I'm pretty resilient. I'm really good at just getting back up and I told myself that I needed some time away to grow and then, when I was ready, I would come back a much better person, able to help other people. And I just think we got to keep that mindset, because that's what got me to where I was in the first place was when I hit rock bottom after my hep C treatment.

Speaker 2:

Whenever I felt like crap, I decided that if I could live for other people and help other people, then that would be worth living for. And now we have kids and our families. And I didn't even know, I didn't even know that I was going to have a family. You know, I, when I, when I hit rock bottom, I didn't even care. I didn't care about a family. I was like I have one purpose, one purpose only. And all of a sudden I started getting older, ill relationships, learn these other skills now. So I can kind of put it all together because just helping people, where, like where are these people for me when I need them, you know? And so I started going through that process. I was like maybe I have done good, but I've got nobody in my corner like to fight for me and to help me. So I think we got.

Speaker 2:

I think it'd be nice to get back together with you guys and I feel like we can offer so much. We've gone through so much adversity and we're the professionals of what we've gone through. So I'm excited, guys. Segments that we're gonna be doing and hot topics that we'll be talking about on the show is gonna be physical health as well, and I truly believe in that. I truly believe that if we can learn how to build muscle properly, we can help have a more fulfilling life mentally, physically, less bleeds because we have more muscle around our joints, and I get so many messages of people who try to do it but they just fail, they, they, they're not doing the right thing and so they're having these bleeds and then they give up. So I really want to push that, as you know, along with the mental health stuff. So if you're up for that, you know we can. We can dig deeper into that as well.

Speaker 2:

Have you heard the intro, jay, to the HEMO life podcast? Oh, you got to listen to it. That's on. It's on Spotify, now it's on Apple. I actually I've uploaded our first episode to like 10 different platforms, but I hired a guy with a, a deep voice, you know it sounds really good and gave him a script and so he's, he's got our intro and outro. But there's a guy that there's a guy that I work with, um in the community. His name is, uh, gilbert russell, and he's got like he wants to do. He wants to do voiceovers. And so I told him, you know, if you can, if you can do the voiceover for me, I'll swap it out, just so we can. You know, the whole show will be connected to you know, yeah, yeah, staying in the community and stuff. And then I had a guy recently reach out to me on Instagram I wish I had my phone on me to to get his, his name. But he's going to be doing all the reels for us Because a lot of times, like, some people want to listen to the long form of the audio, but some people just want clips to the kind of highlights of what's going on and people have short attention spans these days.

Speaker 2:

So clips and reels, those are, those are what's really gonna, you know, get their attention and then have them tune into the full, full-length show. So but it's really cool. It's just like. It's weird how it's just all coming together right, like we got the editor, and then you know us, you know coming back, and then I've got a list I think 15 people who want to be on the show already. So we're off to a good start. Off to a good start. We have almost a hundred downloads already from the first episode. There was a thousand a thousand views on Facebook for the first one. So we're off to a good start.

Speaker 2:

Yes, this is my main, this is one of my main beliefs. For someone living with a rare disorder hemophilia, with the cards that were dealt, we have no choice but to become elite humans in every aspect. I feel like if we are not at the top of our game mentally, physically, spiritually, all these things if we're not taking all those actions every day, we can easily go downhill. We have too many things stacked up against us, too many setbacks, and if you don't have these behaviors in place, what happens is you'll go right back to the bottom really quick, and when you do get to the bottom, you have to already be equipped with the skills and knowledge to get right back. And I think that's what I've been able to do and I feel like that's one of my superpowers is that, no matter how hard you knock me down, I now have a system in place. I'm gonna come back. You're gonna see me again. I'm not down for I'll, I'll be down. It could be whatever and I've experienced it. All that you guys have, maybe not to the degree alcohol, drugs, everything, anything you can think of. Dude, anything you can think of, I Dude anything you can think of. I've already done it.

Speaker 2:

Jail I haven't been in jail as long as Chad, but I've had my things that have happened.

Speaker 2:

And listen, I'm not that hard. I've gotten myself into some bad situations with relationships. Things happen and and so I understand, you know, and what I, what I, whenever those things happen to me. I always thought that was just one more thing, one more thing that God has put in my life so that I can overcome and and tell people how to do it, share that with people. I've always kept my head up, you know, and I never, I, never I did used to, but I stopped asking myself why is this happening to me? And you know, like the book that I wrote, diversity never I did used to, but I stopped asking myself why is this happening to me? And like the book that I wrote, diversity Equals Opportunity. No matter what happens to me, anymore you can't do anything else to me Unless you shoot me. You can't do anything else to me that I haven't already gone through, and that's where my power comes from, that's where my confidence comes from. I will find a way we can can find the answers, you know you can't beat me.

Speaker 2:

Can't, you just can't do it, you can't beat me.

Speaker 2:

And if you do something else to me, my mindset is going to go right to where's the opportunity? Where's the opportunity in this? Because you know what. There is one, there is one and I'll reverse it Uno, reverse. Whatever you give me, uno, reverse. Yep, you can't beat me, don't even try. But I want to pass that kind of mindset on to people. You know, like. I think that's where we need to get to.

Speaker 2:

I've been documenting my journey. Oh, you're good. I've been documenting, uh, my journey through a journal process, because anytime anything ever happens to me, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna step by step, document this part so that when I overcome it, I'm going to know what the game plan was. And if that game plan failed, then I just tried a different game plan and try to see where that led me. Dude, we have all the power players, man With you and your messaging. Just real quick, now that it's just me and you kind of give people who are tuned in right now not too much. Don't go too into detail. Tell them what your mission is with what you've learned and what you've gone through.

Speaker 3:

Essentially, I've learned that through the power of emotions, the power of your thoughts, the power of your consciousness, down to a cellular level. Down to a cellular level, you obtain much control to where you can reprogram your genetic code by your Sounds nuts. That's essentially. That's what it all talks about. It concretely shows that we have the ability to do and how it is so what concretely shows that we have the ability to do and how it is, so what? And I have just heard something emotionally here that I want to share.

Speaker 2:

No, I'm just like curious, like what was the first, what was the first piece of content or whatever it was that you saw.

Speaker 1:

That was like I like it spoke to what what?

Speaker 2:

what happened that? Spoke to you about that. When you're like, oh my god, like this could be, this could be it for me if I'm correct.

Speaker 3:

Uh, the first, the first thing I saw, stuck covid, shut down the the. It was a tom interview with doc dr joseph and I watched the entire thing. All about how to use your mind to heal you, the do's, the don'ts, the how's, the what's, you know questions. It's all right here.

Speaker 2:

So I just dug into it more and more and more, bought this guy's book, started applying the talks in into my life and within the last five years I've just my entire health is just like to a level so something was said, it spoke to you and during that time frame were you having a lot of bleeds, were you struggling with, you know, hemophilia and just feeling like you couldn't do the things that you wanted to do, like you weren't living a fulfilling life at that time you call it an extreme idea, covid, shut down the the world.

Speaker 3:

My mind, as you know, somebody who has grown up dependent on what a bit, um what. What happens if big pharma fails and everything clashes entirely. The hemophiliacs no longer have access to pharma. What are we? What's new solution for us Then? That's kind of the okay.

Speaker 3:

That makes sense. They base basis of where my mind goes. You know, if big ph fails work, yeah, we're just all yeah, what to do. So I wanted to find a solution, one that went me, took me down the road. Nobody else had the guts to go down because you know, it's just it impossible. I've discovered it's now not quite impossible, yeah.

Speaker 2:

So, like you know, I'm really trying to break it down for people because I've I know, you know, I've known you for a long time and I saw you get really passionate about this topic and then I saw a lot of your content being created on social media changing based around all of your learnings and, you know, I do feel like it's such a revolutionary type of thinking that it's hard for people to wrap their heads around it. So I was really, you know, my goal with you and on this on the show was to really try to break things down so people can understand. And, like, one thing for me is like what are some of those first steps after you learn what you learn? What steps did you have to take to start implementing it before you started getting results and truly started backing up these teachings?

Speaker 3:

You have to pay attention to every second of every day, every thought you have, because, as you mentioned before, we think 60 to 70,000 thoughts in a day and all of those thoughts are relatively the same. We're in a programmed emotional loop every single day. So we're trying to go against that, to create a new version of ourselves. And it's real hard to go up against that programming every single day.

Speaker 3:

You have to step back from that and go oh crap, I'm doing that one thing I said I wasn't going to do. You know, because you keep doing it and you're like I'm. You know, each day you're saying I'm going to change this one thing, I'm going to change this one thing, I'm going to change this one thing. And as the days go on, you see you haven't changed that one thing. But then that one thing happens and you're just like I said, I was going to change that, I haven't. Yet I need to stop now. See where that loop is. I'm in. Stop that loop. What's causing that loop? Or what emotional loop is causing all this? Because we respond and react to everything in our life. A gram in our head for how we're going to do it. We have to teach that program so we can essentially change how we think, change how we feed our experience with reality.

Speaker 2:

I'm sure that takes some practice. Did you have to start off with certain types of meditation practices, or how did you start being able to recognize those thoughts?

Speaker 3:

Essentially meditation and the Wim Hof thing. I started to do one without the other and I discovered well, wait, if breathing exercises first and then go into a deep meditation, I'm going to have a more of a inner experience. So I started to do the wim hof first. Uh, dr joe says doc, dr joe has this, this, this, uh, we breath, that essentially brings synovial spine, spinal fluid from your butt straight up your spine, up into your pineal gland, right into your brain. That actually induces fray experiences, which is where people have to obtain how to control conscious control Wow, that's amazing. To obtain how to control conscious control Wow, that's amazing. So I add both together and that's just. It's been a wild ride.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's been really interesting to follow you, and one thing that really stands out to me is your physical transformation. You know you're not I'm a bodybuilder, chad's a bodybuilder. You know we're used to understanding what that process looks like in order to get into peak shape. And I've watched you. I don't even know if you've gone to the gym at all, but I've watched your entire body. You know your physique change based off of your, your, your practices, that you're doing. I mean, I've seen, I've seen you do.

Speaker 3:

I've seen you do finger push-ups but like finger to put it, I just that's all I do now it's like it's wild chad.

Speaker 2:

I'm telling you like I see him doing this. He's, he's ripped, though his body looks really good, and I've, I've seen it happen, like right in front of my eyes. Like dude, like he doesn't go to the gym, what, what are your?

Speaker 3:

I don't live. Yeah, it's crazy. It's just most of what I do is. It is in my yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I know you struggle a lot with your, with your. You don't have a Chad, doesn't have a stomach, right, your stomach was removed, correct, and so yeah, yeah, yeah, what about you, jay, when it comes to nutrition? Did you have to change something with that in order to look this way? Or did did everything about your life change when you started practicing everything that you do? Uh, it.

Speaker 3:

It took a while but eventually, once I started, started to find fine-tuned the work that I was doing, to to my curtail it all with who, who, who I am and do I want want to be. It took a few few years but after after I reached that point, things began to change. Yeah, it was just once. You know. You know when your body, just body, and your, your reality, follow.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, that's awesome.

Speaker 2:

And it's like, you know, I, I talk, the way I kind of look at you, jay too, is like when you like say somebody just gets, gets baptized or something, they just find God for the first time, you know, and and all of a sudden their life changes, they want to share it with everyone.

Speaker 2:

Right, when something good happens to you, you want to tell the world. And I see that in you and the passion that you give off about this subject is incredible and I just want to be here to be an encouragement to you and to build you up along that journey, you know, and see what can come out of it. You know I totally support thought leaders and it takes one to know one Right, and and I see that in you, I've always seen that in you and we. That's why we've been friends for so long, because whenever you have, you know it could be a lonely path for such a long time and you just have to endure so much. But when you truly believe in it, you might get knocked down, but you're going to come back up.

Speaker 3:

I have been knocked down so many times, but the reason I haven't stopped is just experiencing things that keep support what I'm doing, and experiencing a reality that's supposed to be impossible but yet clearly not impossible. My mind and belief tends to go where I'm physically experiencing, which just allows more unique things to happen. As I be, it's possible, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Well, awesome man.

Speaker 3:

That's really cool.

Speaker 2:

I know I know we won't go deep Like we're going to have, you know, many, many sessions with you know I'm going to have a lot of common guests on where you know, some ideas that you and I had were to do like reaction videos. So, whatever you may be, you know Dr Joe dispenses, he posts something with a scientific study and we we watch it, we listen to it, we review it and then we we make reactions on that, that video. I think that'd be really cool, an entertaining way to to get that word out.

Speaker 3:

So well, yeah, we're gonna have a lot of stuff going together I've had to fine-tune this work, specifically in regards to he hemophilia, and I found that that, that right, that right spot, that spot that needed to be found, yeah, what were you saying Chad?

Speaker 2:

Oh, okay, but no, I mean, for me personally, when my nutrition's off, my supplementation's off, when I'm not in the gym, if I start failing on any of these aspects, if I'm spiritually not connected, my life is just hard. It is so hard, man, and so every day, I have to tell myself that I need to be an elite human and that there's people out there that depend on me and they need me to show up at my best every single day my daughters, my kids, the community, my girlfriend, everyone, everyone. They need you, the world needs you, man, you have to show up, and the second that you start using other vices or deciding you don't want to wake up with purpose and intentionality, I mean, you're letting people down, man, and I hope that we can all come together moving forward after this episode. We're already kind of at the 45-minute mark, but I'm going to get us in a group and we can start collab. Let's collaborate on ideas, man, I'll share the topics that I have already, because there's so many topics, when you start thinking about it, of what we can deep dive into. One Chad that I want to kind of give a sneak peek of now. Crazy, I'll share the article with you.

Speaker 2:

A doctor did a study on a hemophilia B patient and they were giving him testosterone. Trt, trt's becoming huge. It's a steroid. You use the word steroid, people start to freak out. It's funny, real. Side note I was googling. I googled my name because I was looking for publications. I was updating my linkedin profile. I saw there was a reddit forum and I don't use reddit so I don't really know what they call it, but something on reddit and people are talking about steroids and my name was mentioned in there. They're like oh, you want to talk about a hemophiliac on steroids? It's this guy, la guayo, you got to go follow him. Like. So listen, I'm not going to lie. I've been on TRT. I've done stuff to have enhancements so that I can perform at a high level. When I compete in a bodybuilding stage on the national level, everyone is you can't compete with them if you don't.

Speaker 2:

Back to the study, the study the doctor did on the study he documented putting that patient. Well, no, that patient was already on it. The patient was on TRT and basically his levels, his factor levels, went up throughout his entire time on TRT. Then he took the patient, I guess, off of TRT and his levels went back down. For a hemophilia B patient that's wild. So his levels improved and it's a real study Like I'll show you, like it's in a team. I'll send it to both of you guys.

Speaker 2:

But insane man and I honestly in my heart I need to get it backed up. But I think that that's going to be something for people. I mean other aging adult males are going to TRT clinics all around the world. There's so many where I live now because they have low energy, they're depressed, they're having trouble losing weight, they're having trouble putting muscle on all these things, but it's normal now. We can talk about that now because it's normal. You can get prescribed to you.

Speaker 2:

But then now there's going to be this thing of well, why can't a hemophiliac do that? And I did a bunch of research as well and there is absolutely no risk to a hemophiliac as far as messing up with the clotting cascade. The only risk that I found was the actual puncture of the needle into it's a, it's an intramuscular injection, so that that itself, the injection itself, could cause a bleed. But I see a huge possibility. I would rather live enhanced and live in my best life, man, I and then, and taking every like I said, our cards are sacked against us. I'm going to use everything out there to put me back back ahead. Back, you know, back on a normal path, living the best life possible. So I think there's going to be a future there and that's gonna be a topic to discuss.

Yeah, and what about BP? Bpc one, five, seven, that peptide, that's a healing peptide. People are taking this peptide and it's like they're having like really injured, you know, joints or muscles, whatever it is like, because bodybuilders push themselves too far. Then you take BPC-157, it's a healing agent. All of a sudden they're like holy cow, I have no pain, I feel nothing. Now, like it's incredible. So there's so many medical advances out there and I just don't want to be scared to talk about it, you know, scared to bring it to light, because people like us who are suffering from all these things, I think we can take it. You know, we should be able to take advantage of everything that's out there.

And one of the one guest that I want to bring on his name's Dr Joe Molesky. He's a severe hemophiliac and he actually just opened up his own clinic selling a semi-glutide trizepatide I think it's what it's called, some kind of the weight loss drugs, trt as well, and the whole spectrum of stuff. So I think he would be a good guest to have on interview with him. Chad, you can join us on that episode, since you have a lot of experience. Chad actually taught me a bunch. I knew nothing. Chad taught me all of it whenever I was getting into bodybuilding and wanting to compete at a high level. So I have him to thank for as far as I got man, and I appreciate that.

I know we've separated ways, but this is the comeback. Yeah, yes, sir, exactly. All right, boys. Well, we could talk, we could talk forever, forever, but we got so many episodes, so much cool stuff to do. I'm going to put us all in a group chat after this and we'll just keep the communication alive. And I could use your help too, guys. I really can. All this stuff, the production, the editing, the topics getting organized it's really hard actually, and you know, I think the more help the merrier. Yeah, we'll figure it out. All right, gentlemen, have a good night. Talk soon, see you. Love you, brother, bye.
