Speaker 1:

Good morning, welcome to morning prayer, honoring the Lord, thanking him for April 23rd 2025. Thanking God for this gift of life, another day. Our scripture this morning is Matthew 11, 28-30. Come to me all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens. I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, For I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Speaker 1:

Father, we thank you, o God, we honor your name, we love your name, hallelujah. Your name is holy, your name is righteous. We thank you, jesus, hallelujah. We thank you, god, because you are everything that we need and more. Father, we bless your name. Father, we give your name praise. Father, we give your name praise, hallelujah, hallelujah. I declare your greatness here, on this line. I declare your power here. I declare your awesomeness here. Lord, hallelujah, you are awesome in this place. You are awesome in this place. You are awesome in this place. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.

Speaker 1:

We give way to the Holy Spirit this morning. Holy Spirit, have your way, have your way here. Give us the words of prayer, give us to pray in the spirit, give us to pray hallelujah in the word of God in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, god, and even now I'm asking that you'll forgive us of our sins and of our in spirit within us. Lord, help us, father, help us, god, in the name of Jesus, help us, lord, help us and empower us to move past the things that are not pleasing to you. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, help us to recognize where our lifestyle is not pleasing to you. God, the words, the deeds, the thoughts that we have. God, I pray, lord, that you'll help us to see, oh God, to see our lifestyle. In the word of God, you are holy and you are righteous. God, clean us up, father, lord, clean us up and help us, lord, to not be a reproach before you.

Speaker 1:

God, in the name of Jesus, lord, I'm asking this morning that you'll touch us, god. Touch that person that feels burdened down today. Touch that person that feels the weight of the world on their shoulders. Touch that person that feels stressed out today. In the name of Jesus. Lord, you never wanted us to carry our own burdens, lord, you never wanted us to do this all by ourselves. But, lord, you said to come to you, lord, when we're weary, come to you when we're heavy burdened, oh God, oh God, that you would give us rest, lord, that you would show us how to do things, lord. So, father, we pray your word today. We ask, father, that you move us from a place of stress to a place of trust, in the name of Jesus, god. Move us from being stressed, god, to a place where we are casting our burdens on you.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus, lord, I pray that you'll help us, that you'll teach us today, that you'll teach us, even this morning, how to give it over to you, lord, in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, we're trying to solve all of our own problems, lord, we're trying to do things all by ourselves and, god, we're stressed out, because you never intended for us to carry these burdens by ourselves. But, god, I ask this morning that you'll help us. Help us, lord, to bring every burden to you, every problem to you. Oh God, you said that you wanted us to cast our cares upon you. God, the things that we care about, father, the things that cause us to have sleepless nights, those things, father, that move our hearts, god, father, you want us to bring those things to you. God, I ask, father, that you'll give us to be better about that, father, about being honest with you, telling you what it is that we need, telling you what it is that scares us, telling you what it is that we need your help with Father.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, god, for moving on us, moving on our relationship with you. Lord, oh, in the name of Jesus, help us to trust you like we've never trusted you before. Oh God, even those of us that have trust issues. Lord, help us, help us to start a new leaf with you. Oh God, help us to turn a page with you and hallelujah, and begin to trust you more. God, help us to begin to give the little things to you and to watch you work, father, and to watch you exceed our expectation.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus, god, I'm asking that you'll reconcile us to you. Reconcile us to you, father. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you because we know that you don't do everything that we want you to do, god, but, god, you do the things that need to be done. Oh God, you do the things that need to be done because you know, father, you know what we truly need God. You know what truly is in our best interest. Lord, help us to trust you when things don't go the way that we want them to go. But, god, help us to say hallelujah. Nevertheless, god is good. Nevertheless, god is wise. Nevertheless, I will bless the Lord at all times and his praise shall continually be in our mouths. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, father Hallelujah, for guiding us on this walk, on this journey of life.

Speaker 1:

Guiding us, father, oh God, I ask that you'll guide us, lord, in our jobs, father. Guide us, lord, in how we show up in our homes, lord. Guide us, father, in how we show up with our families. Oh God, guide us, guide us, lord, hallelujah. Oh God, guide us in our relationship with you, father. Oh God, help us to not become lax. Help us to appreciate having relationship with you. Help us to appreciate having relationship with you. Help us to appreciate spending time with you. Help us to appreciate spending time in your word. Oh God, life gets in the way, hallelujah. Oh God.

Speaker 1:

There's different things that come and try to claim our attention, but, god, I ask, father, that you'll steer us back to being where we put you first. Lord, in the name of Jesus, lord, you said seek ye first, the kingdom of heaven and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you, oh God. We thank you, god, for a mentality where we seek you first, where we seek you being pleased first. God, help us to not be people pleasers, but God, help us to be God pleasers. Help us to be God pleasers. Help us to do what is good and pleasing to you, father, in the name of Jesus, oh God, help us to seek that first.

Speaker 1:

Father, in the name of Jesus, lord, we're asking that you'll touch us. Touch our minds today. Touch our minds today. Touch our minds today. Give our minds to be stable. Give our minds to be stable, father.

Speaker 1:

You said that, oh God, a double-minded man, hallelujah, is unstable in all of his ways. You said, father, that we have to put our mind, that we have to set our mind in one direction, father, oh God, and that you would, hallelujah, allow us to have stability of mind. Oh God, I thank you for stability in our minds. I thank you for wholeness in our minds.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus, oh God, I pray that you'll bind stress, anxiety, bind fear. God, in the name of Jesus, oh God, bind PTSD. In the name of Jesus, oh God, bind depression. In the name of Jesus, oh God, I ask, hallelujah, that you'll move on our minds, lord, in the name of Jesus, that you'll make us whole. Oh God, that you'll get rid of negative thoughts. Father, in the name of Jesus, that you'll make us whole. Oh God, that you'll get rid of negative thoughts. Father, in the name of Jesus, oh God, the thoughts that the enemy implants in our minds, the suggestions that he gives us, oh God, the lies of the enemy, we bind those today, in the name of Jesus, we cast all these into dry places.

Speaker 1:

In the name of Jesus, oh God, oh God, give us to begin to speak your word, to think your word. In the name of Jesus, oh God, help us, lord, to think on the goodness of God. Oh, help us to think on what you did before, god, help us to think on how mighty you've been. Oh God, at that point, we were in trouble and we couldn't see our way out. At one point, we were in trouble and there were no solutions. At one point, hallelujah, we were a wretch, undone, hallelujah, and salvation was not on our mind.

Speaker 1:

But, god, I thank you because you have given us, lord, the victory over situations time and time again. Help us to remember how you gave us victory. Help us to not discount the issue, father, but help us to remember how worried we were, how perplexed we were, how ashamed we were. Oh God, give us to recall to our minds, hallelujah, the depth that you brought us out of. Oh God, that we may, god, that we may remember, that we may remember, father, hallelujah, the greatness of our God, the power of our God, the awesomeness of our God.

Speaker 1:

Oh Lord, I thank you, hallelujah, because you continue to bless us, you continue to make ways for us, you continue to keep us in spite of us. God, you continue to love us in spite of us. God, oh, shia B'Hoha, god, you continue to be faithful to us. Lord, in spite of our inconsistencies and unfaithfulness, god, you continue to be merciful to us. Lord, even when we don't want to show mercy to others, god, you continue to strive with us, lord. Oh God, to put up with us in our ways that are displeasing.

Speaker 1:

Oh God, help us, lord. Help us to realize that we're not doing these things all by ourselves, that our godly nature and our godly character is not just because we are good, but it's because you are good that you have empowered us to live this life. Lord, oh God, I thank you. I thank you, god, for a turning of our minds, a turning of our hearts to you.

Speaker 1:

Lord, in the name of Jesus, god, send revival. Send revival here on the earth, oh God. Send revival that causes men and women to come running. What must I do to be saved? God, send revival that turns our hearts from current issues and the news and the things that are going on in the world. Revival, hallelujah, that causes our minds to be upon God, to be upon what you want for us and how you want things to be for us. Lord, send revival in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we want you, god, oh God, we want you. Oh God, though we may not realize at times that we want you. But God, hallelujah. Oh God, the peace that we search for in other things, lord, it really is us seeking after you. Oh God, help us, lord, to seek you more earnestly.

Speaker 1:

Father, in the name of Jesus, god, I thank you, lord, for covering us under your blood, even as we go through this day. We cancel the assignment of the enemy in the name of Jesus. Oh, the environment to kill, steal and destroy, we cast it into dry places. In the name of Jesus, oh God, I thank you for covering us, for covering loved ones, our children, our grandchildren. Oh God, I thank you for covering our friends and our families. Lord, under your blood, in the name of Jesus.

Speaker 1:

Oh God, took that one that's in the hospital bed today. Oh God, you're able to raise them up, you're able to give them strength. Lord, you're able, god, to change the doctor's report. Oh God, you've done it before. You'll do it again, father. We thank you, lord, for moving on that one. Oh God, moving on that one that feels like they let you down yesterday. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you for giving them, to give the issue to you, father, and to start anew.

Speaker 1:

Today, in the name of Jesus, we bind condemnation. We bind condemnation in the name of Jesus and we walk in the victory of Christ, the victory that you paid so dearly for. Oh God, we walk in your victory today, god. I ask, lord, that you'll have your way in us all throughout the day. Lead us our hand. In Jesus' name, we pray, thank God and amen, amen.

Speaker 1:

Our scripture is Matthew, the 11th chapter, verses 28 through 30. Come to me all that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens. I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble. Our declaration for today is Hallelujah. The Bible gives us an opportunity, a chance to learn from the master and creator of all things, hallelujah. As we bring our burdens to Jesus, not only are we getting that weight off of our shoulders, but we are also allowing God an opportunity to teach us and to show us what to do. And so we cast our burdens on Jesus today. We cast our weariness upon Jesus today, and we want him to have full control of it and to teach us the way that we should go in the matter.

Speaker 1:
