We welcome you to morning prayer as we honor the Lord and thank Him for giving us the blessing of another day, remembering that each new day is a gift from God rather than something we're entitled to.
• Acknowledging Psalm 118:24 – "This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it"
• Choosing to see the day as a blessing rather than a burden of responsibilities
• Thanking God for both closed doors (protection) and open doors (opportunities)
• Finding strength to worship through difficulties, following Job's example
• Recognizing God's resurrection power to bring dead situations back to life
• Declaring that God created this day and we will rejoice in whatever it brings
• Trusting that today's circumstances are preparing us for our future
Go today, conquer your day and walk in grace.

Good morning, welcome to morning prayer, honoring the Lord and thanking him for giving us the blessing of another day. Amen. It's God that woke me up this morning, not my alarm clock. Literally, literally. So I thank the Lord that he meant for me to be here this morning, otherwise I would still be sleeping. That he meant for me to be here this morning, otherwise I would still be sleeping. I thank the Lord because not only is it a new day, but we thank the Lord that it is the start of a new week.
Speaker 1:Psalm 118 and 24, I feel, is fitting this morning. This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Amen, psalm 118 and 24. This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Hallelujah, and we will go into morning prayer.
Speaker 1:Holy Father, we're thanking you, we're thanking you for the gift of another day, lord, we're thanking you. We're thanking you, lord. We're thanking you, god. Oh, glory to God, glory to your name. You've been kind, lord. Oh God. You kept us, lord, as we slumber. Lord, that kept us while we slept and allowed our eyes to open into a new day. Lord, we thank you, father. We thank you, lord, hallelujah. We thank you, god, hallelujah, oh God, we thank you. We're nothing without you, lord, we're lost without you. Lord, hallelujah, jesus, oh God. We lack direction without you, lord, hallelujah, jesus, oh God. We lack direction without you. Father, oh Jesus, hallelujah, we thank you, we thank you, we thank you, oh God. We express our gratitude today, lord, we express our gratitude and we say thank you for this day that your hand has made for us. Lord, oh God, we thank you, lord, hallelujah, oh God. I'm asking, father, that you'll shift our minds this morning, that you'll shift our minds, father, in the name of Jesus. Shift our minds to the things of God, shift our minds to the things that you have done for us. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we're asking, father, that you'll forgive us of our sins and of our iniquities. In the name of Jesus, oh God, break every habit, lord. Break every fetter, lord. Break every chain. Destroy every yoke of the enemy over our lives, lord, we don't want the enemy to have any influence over us, any rule or reign over us, lord, but, god, we want to be holy and completely yours, oh God, completely yours, lord, oh God. We thank you, lord, hallelujah, we thank you, god, give us to rejoice in another day, oh God.
Speaker 1:Many of us wake up and immediately think about all the things that we have to do in a day. We begin to see the day as a burden. We begin to see the day as obligation. We begin to see the day as a day full of responsibility. But, god, I thank you, lord. We choose to rejoice in this day. We choose to rejoice in this day, father, and we're rejoicing, lord, because we realize that you are in control of this day. You're in control of this next 24 hours, lord. You're in control of it, lord and God, if you're in control.
Speaker 1:The Bible declares that you are a good God, hallelujah. The Bible declares that you are a good God, hallelujah. The Bible declares that your thoughts towards us are good. The Bible declares, hallelujah, that you have a desire for us to be winners, god, a desire for us to be conquerors, father. So, god, we thank you for today. We thank you, god, hallelujah, for this life-changing day. We thank you for this life-altering day, oh God. We thank you for good today. Oh God, good things coming to us, good things coming to us, lord, oh God, hallelujah, breakthrough coming to us, father, oh Jesus, the things that we've been waiting for and praying for, and asking for and crying for being realized even today, father. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we thank you and we raise our expectation today. We raise our expectation and believe that we will receive good from a good God today. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we thank you, lord, hallelujah.
Speaker 1:In spite of what the enemy tries to do, lord, we thank you, lord, that you give us to be resilient. We thank you, lord, that you give us, lord, to continue to walk. Oh God, to continue to press forward, oh God, I thank you, lord. I thank you, god, hallelujah. Oh God, the way does get hard, the way does get tedious, but, god, we thank you that we have an ally that not everybody else has. You are our ally, lord, oh God.
Speaker 1:When we get too tired, lord, you carry us through. We get too tired, lord, you carry us through. Oh God, when our feet don't want to move anymore, oh God, you carry us through it, oh God, and I thank you that we don't have to go it alone in this life. But, god, we thank you that you're with us, god, wherever we go, whatever we do, god, you're there with us, father, and you're guiding us, lord. You're guiding us, lord, to the good plan that you have for us.
Speaker 1:Lord, oh God. I thank you, Lord, oh God, even if disappointment shall meet us today, god, I thank you for giving us the strength and the resilience, hallelujah, to believe God. Hallelujah to believe. Believe God, to believe your goodness towards us, hallelujah, your sentiment toward us, oh God, even if something doesn't go the way that we want it to go, give us to be well, give us to be well, lord, with whatever it is that you decide for us.
Speaker 1:Lord, in the name of Jesus, oh God, give us to lift our hands in worship, even as Job worshiped Lord. In a time where he lost everything, the time where he lost family, he worshiped Hallelujah. The time when he lost his livelihood, he worshipped hallelujah. When he lost his health, he worshipped, oh God. I thank you, lord, hallelujah.
Speaker 1:The very things that we hold dear, lord, the very things, lord, hallelujah, that we seem to feel that we cannot live without God. Oh God, you showed us in your word, you showed us how to have our stance. You wanted us to take the stance of worship. Oh God, give us to worship our way through the day In the name of Jesus. Oh God, no matter what happens, oh God, give our resolve to be Lord. I love you, hallelujah. No matter what happens, give our resolve to be Lord. I thank you.
Speaker 1:Oh God, regardless of what happens, help us to say Lord, you're wise. Oh God, give us to worship Lord all through the day and to believe your God, to believe your word, lord. Oh God, there's great things that you have in store for us, oh God, great things, lord, great things, lord, great things that we're walking into, great things that we're walking out of. Oh God, I thank you, lord, hallelujah, that you're giving us to walk out of things, lord, that keep us from the great things. Oh God, I thank you, lord Hallelujah, that you're giving us to walk out of things, lord, that keep us from the great things. Oh God, I thank you, lord, that you're closing doors, Lord. You're closing doors, lord, oh God, closing doors that don't need to be open.
Speaker 1:Oh God, I thank you for every closed door, for how you lead us, how you keep us, how you keep us from bad decisions, how you keep us from calamity. Oh God, I thank you. Oh, how you love us. Oh, just like a good father that keeps their child from danger, just like a good father that prevents a child from falling, oh God, if they see it coming, oh, they run to the child. They make sure that the child doesn't hurt themselves. Oh God, you're a good father.
Speaker 1:Thank you for every closed door, oh God. Thank you, lord. We thank you, jesus, oh God, for even every door that you're open for us, father, oh God, we thank you, lord, that when you open a door that no man can shut it. We thank you, god, that when you open a door, no enemy can block it. Oh God, we thank you that when you open a door, ah God, that the enemy cannot close it on us. But because you've opened it, god, because you opened it and your mighty arm is extended there, god, oh God, nothing can close the door until you're ready to close it.
Speaker 1:Oh God, we thank you for the doors that you're holding open for us, for the doors that you're holding open for us. Oh God, lord, we thank you. Hallelujah, oh God, we thank you, jesus. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you, god, oh God, we thank you, lord, hallelujah. Oh, my heart says thank you. Oh, my heart says thank you, oh, my heart says thank you. Oh, my heart says thank you, lord.
Speaker 1:We worship you here, we worship you at Healing Word. We thank you, lord, hallelujah, we thank you for our strength coming back today, we're not entering a day depleted, but we're entering a day with joy of the Lord. We're entering a day knowing, Lord, that this joy that you have in us, lord, this joy that you gave us, god, that the world can take it, and we won't put our joy down today, we won't dim our light, father, but God will go through the day, hallelujah, remembering that they're all around us. Hallelujah, remembering, hallelujah, that, whatever they say that they are not God, they are not you. You have the final say, you have the last say.
Speaker 1:We thank you because you are the God that is called the resurrection. You are the resurrection Lord. Oh God, you have resurrection power. God, there's nothing that is dead, lord, that you cannot call back to life. Oh God. We thank you, god, oh God. Even if it be something in our health, lord, if you call it to be well, god, if you call it back to life, God, it has no choice but to do what you said.
Speaker 1:God, because you are God, and we thank you, hallelujah. We thank you, god. We serve a mighty God. We serve a mighty God. We serve a mighty God. We serve you, mighty God. Oh, yes God, oh yes God, oh yes God, oh yes God, oh yes God, your God, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Speaker 1:In spite of what the enemy says, in spite of a negative report, your God and your report says that we're healed, that we're filled, that we're free, that we have victory. God, lord, we thank you, hallelujah. Yes, thank you for your presence. I feel your presence. I feel your presence. I feel your priceless presence.
