Your ears are spiritual gateways—portals through which information and influence enter your mind and spirit. Who has access to these gateways in your life? Many believers receive clear direction from God only to have it undermined by well-meaning but misguided voices that "talk us out of what God is trying to talk us into." This sobering reality calls us to carefully evaluate our inner circle.
The prayer service takes us through a powerful journey of spiritual warfare, emphasizing the importance of putting on the full armor of God—the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith. We're reminded that we're engaged in spiritual battles whether we're dressed for them or not. Victory isn't always instantaneous; some battles require persistence and strategic spiritual advancement.
What should we seek in spiritual advisors? Look for people who pray consistently, who fast, who remain deeply connected to God, and whose wisdom aligns with scripture. These individuals become spiritual allies who reinforce God's voice rather than contradicting it. If such people aren't currently in your life, make it a matter of earnest prayer that God would bring godly counselors into your circle.

Good morning, God bless you. Today is September 18th. But in an abundance of counselors there is safety. That's Proverbs 11, 14, the English Standard Version of the Bible. I'm going to read it one more time. I'm going to read it one more time when there is no guidance, a people falls. But in an abundance of counselors there is safety. Amen. We thank God for that wisdom this morning and we're going to pray for the safety of wise counsel today.
Speaker 1Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Lord, have your way, Lord have your way, yes, Lord, yes, Lord, have your way. We praise you, we exalt you Hallelujah, Hallelujah, we speak of your goodness, Hallelujah, we speak well of you, mighty Father, Hallelujah, we speak well of you, merciful one, we speak well of you. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, we give you the highest praise today. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Lord, we praise you, Hallelujah, Hallelujah you. Every hallelujah, every word of praise, God, you're worthy of it. Hallelujah, God, we thank you for waking us up. Thank you, God, for giving us a new day. Oh God, I pray even now, God, that you would allow your spirit, Lord, to guide us as we're praying, to guide us, hallelujah, into your will. In the name of Jesus.

Oh God, some are carrying sickness. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you for being a prayer answering God. I thank you for being the rewarder of those who diligently seek you. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, Lord, because you are strong enough, oh God. Your power, your might is great enough, Lord, oh God, to resolve any issue that we may be experiencing, issue that we may be experiencing. God, I pray for your people this morning that their hearts would be encouraged. I pray, God, for a supernatural breakthrough this morning.

Victory Through Christ's Blood
Speaker 1In the name of Jesus, we cancel the assignment of the enemy this morning. In the name of Jesus, oh God, the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus cover us, the blood of Jesus destroy every yoke, every trap and every snare of the enemy. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we thank you. We thank you, Lord Hallelujah, For the power, oh God, of your blood. We thank you. We thank you for the power. In the name of Jesus, we call on Jesus, oh Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, oh Jesus, agabasso. Oh, even as we call on the name of Jesus, oh, demonic influences are being destroyed. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus this morning.
Speaker 1In the name of Jesus, oh God, we thank you for the freedom, oh God, that you've given your people to walk in, Lord, oh God, regardless of what is going on, regardless of the trial or the situation that we are going through, oh God, I thank you for giving your people to walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding. In the name of Jesus, oh, thank you, Holy Ghost, Guard our hearts and our minds through Christ Jesus. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we're on a battlefield whether we're dressed for it or not, oh God, but I pray this morning that you'll give us to be clothed in the full armor of God, In the name of Jesus. Oh God, having the preparation of the gospel of peace, God, give us to be fully clothed in the armor of God, the whole armor of God, not just a piece of it, Lord, but God, help us to be dressed and ready for the battle that is taking place in our lives. Oh Lord, Hallelujah, You've been leading us this week to pray and talk about victory and being victorious, and, God, we thank you.

Godly Counsel and Connections

We thank you, God, oh Lord, for walking in supernatural power. God, oh God, power, Lord, that when we speak a thing, it comes to pass. Oh God, power, Lord, oh, for the sick body to become well. God Power, Lord, Hallelujah, oh God, to preach and teach and declare the gospel of Jesus Christ.

God, in the name of Jesus, oh God, and give us to even stop, oh God, allowing those voices to speak into our lives. In the name of Jesus, oh God, I pray that you will surround us, Lord, Surround us with leaders, Lord, and those that have, Lord, the Spirit of God, those, Lord, hallelujah, that will speak for you, Lord. Oh God, give us, Lord, to have voices of wisdom, Lord, that begin to speak to us and even pour into us and speak into our situation. In the name of Jesus, oh God, I thank you, Lord. I thank you, Lord, for giving us, Lord hallelujah, who to collaborate with in this season.
Speaker 1Oh God, who, Lord hallelujah, to become close to in this season? I thank you, God, as you're showing us who to be close to and who to collaborate with. That you'll give us the strength, God, oh Lord, to phase out ungodly connections. In the name of Jesus, oh God, to phase out, Lord, those that keep us in the cycle that causes us to not get what we need from you.
Speaker 1God, In the name of Jesus, oh God, give us how to let go of ungodly friendships. Give us how to let go of ungodly friendships. Give us how to let go of ungodly romances and relationships. Oh God, give us how to let go. Give us the strength, God, the strength to trust you that if we let go of a thing, Lord, oh God, that you will give it back to us. Lord, oh God, that you will give it back to us. Lord, oh God, that you'll give us something that will bless our lives.

Praying for Loved Ones
Speaker 1We're still blessing your name for victory, oh God. We're still blessing your name for victory, oh Ramanda, we're still blessing your name for victory, Lord, oh God, we even take a moment to pray for our loved ones and those that are around us, God, those that you're laying on our hearts right now. Oh, go ahead and call out that loved one's name, Call out that friend's name, Call out that one that the Spirit of God is placing on your heart, Call out their name in this atmosphere, oh God, oh Lord, as we speak their names, God, as we speak them into the atmosphere, God, as we speak them and we lay them on the altar. God, oh Lord, we're praying. We're praying, God, for their strength. We're praying for their deliverance. We're praying for their healing. We're praying, oh God, for them to go further. In you, God, In the name of Jesus, Lord, we're praying against the opposition that they're experiencing. Oh God, we're praying for a visitation, a divine visitation, Lord, oh, some need for you to speak a word of direction, oh God, we thank you for doing that, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Oh, there might be one that we're praying for that's laid up in the hospital. Oh God, we thank you for being Dr Jesus, oh God, and for going by and for touching and healing and delivering them.
Speaker 1In the name of Jesus, oh God, we're thanking you, Lord, for setting free those, oh God, that we're praying for, that are encountering mental issues, oh God. Mental breakdowns, oh God. Mental disorders, oh God, mental breakdowns. Oh God, mental disorders. Oh God, addictions. Oh God, we're praying that you'll break the back of the enemy in the name of Jesus. Break the back of the enemy, God, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we're asking that you'll set them free. In the name of Jesus, Lord, we're asking that you'll set them free In the name of Jesus, oh God, not only setting them free, but placing their feet on the solid rock. In the name of Jesus, giving them to walk in the stability, oh God, of believing you and becoming a follower of Christ. God of believing you and becoming a follower of Christ.
Speaker 1In the name of Jesus, oh God, we're praying this morning and we're thanking you, Lord. We're thanking you for our children, for our grandchildren, oh God, we speak over their lives. Oh, we speak abundance over their lives. We speak open doors over their lives. Oh, we speak that you'll close the door of every demonic influence, in the name of Jesus. Oh, we speak in the name of Jesus that they'll prosper in their studies. We speak in the name of Jesus that they'll prosper on their jobs. Oh, we speak in the name of Jesus that they'll prosper and be in good health, even as their souls shall prosper.
Speaker 1We cancel the assignment of the enemy in the name of Jesus. Every plot to kill, steal and destroy Jesus, every plot to kill, steal and destroy, we bind in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we thank you that, even though the enemy goes about as the roaring lion, Lord, you are the lion of Judah. Oh God, you are all-powerful, almighty and God, hallelujah, we put you up against our enemy any day, knowing that in you we triumph, God, and we thank you, Lord, for triumphing in our children's lives, God, oh Lord, in our loved ones' lives, in our grandchildren's lives, God, we pray even now, God, that you'll save and deliver them, that you'll set them free in the name of Jesus, that you'll fill them with the gift of the Holy Ghost, God, we speak, that this generation coming up will be led by you, called by your name, hallelujah, and that they shall do greater works than what has been done thus far. In the name of Jesus, oh God, we thank you even now. We thank you for this time of prayer, and we're asking all of these things in Jesus' mighty name. Thank God and amen, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.
Protecting Our Spiritual Gateways
Speaker 1I thank God for prayer this morning. I make no apologies for the flow of prayer, Hallelujah, Because we ask, even as we're praying, that God will lead us, that, as the Holy Spirit leads us, hallelujah, we walk into blessing, we walk into breakthrough, we walk into what it is that God would have us to have and what God would have us to do, amen. So I believe that that there's a blessing in today's prayer, as God has led us, as he led us All right, and so our devotional description today. It reads the safety of wise counsel. Wisdom was never meant to be a solo journey. Proverbs 11 and 14 reminds us real safety comes in godly counsel. Who are you listening to? Choose voices that lead you closer to God, not further from him. Amen. Choose voices that lead you closer to God and not further away from God, People of God.
Speaker 1We have to be so careful who we allow to speak into our ears, who we talk to, how much access they have to us, Because it's very possible for people, even though they may not know or intend to, to begin to pollute the thing that God is doing in us. You know, we pray and God leads us in a certain direction. You share it with another individual and then they begin to talk you out of what God is trying to talk you into. So we have to be so careful about those, those that we allow our ear gate. All right, Our ears are a gate, a gateway to the mind, a gateway to the spirit are our souls. We have to be careful with what we're listening to, even with what we're watching on TV, what we're allowing into our spirit. Man, we have to be careful how much of that stuff we allow to saturate us. Hallelujah. When we want to be used by God, when we want to be sensitive to the Spirit, we have to be careful about those things and not allow an excess of those. All right.
Speaker 1So that's my tidbit regarding today's devotional. We want to make sure that we have wise counsel, those that are people of God, those that are attached to God, those that are. You want praying friends, you want people in your lives that will fast. You want those type of individuals to be in your life and if you don't have that, then we are praying and you are praying that God will send that to you. Amen, All right. So we're preparing to leave this morning. I thank you all for being on the line this morning. Thank God for those that will listen to the podcast later on.
