When enemies look organized and loud, the smartest move isn’t panic—it’s praise that turns into a plan. We open with Deuteronomy 28:7 and lean into a bold prayer: God confuses what comes against us, breaks mind warfare, and sends help we can’t always see. From the first hallelujah to the final amen, we trace a clear path—worship first, resist lies, and stand under the victory of the blood of Jesus.

We talk honestly about spiritual pressure, especially in seasons that feel darker, and reclaim ground with practical steps: close open doors in our homes, guard what our kids consume, and ask God to reroute our schedules to avoid ambush. You’ll hear language for targeted prayers—canceling interference, tearing down strongholds, and asking the “God of angel armies” to contend where we cannot. This isn’t hype; it’s covenant confidence. The promise is simple: even if trouble arrives as a united front, it will scatter in confusion.

We also make room for the pain of layoffs, lost benefits, and thin margins. Instead of wishful thinking, we claim Jesus’ command not to worry and ask for tangible provision—paid bills, full pantries, and unexpected help that lands on time. Peace of mind gets its own space: how to interrupt anxiety with praise, how to steady your thoughts with “The Lord is my shepherd,” and how to walk by faith when sight looks bleak. If you need language for the battle and hope for the day, this prayer-led journey will steady your heart and sharpen your focus.

Morning and welcome to morning prayer. Today is October 14th, 2025. Our prayer for this morning is Deuteronomy the 28th chapter, the seventh verse in the English standard version of the Bible. It reads, the Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. Amen. And our prayer point for this morning is that God will confuse our enemies. God will confuse our enemies. And we're going to go before the Lord in prayer. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. We begin our time of prayer praising you, God. We praise you. We praise you. You are the most high God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. We give you the highest praise, oh God. Hallelujah. We give you the highest praise. Hallelujah. Oh Lord, you are worthy of it. You're deserving of it. You're deserving of the praise. Hallelujah. We exalt your name. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Early in the morning will we seek you? Hallelujah. Oh God, we seek you because we thirst for you. God, we seek you because you are the only help that we know. We seek you, God. Hallelujah. We seek you. Hallelujah. We draw close to you, Lord. And we declare even now that you're drawing close to us. Hallelujah. We declare this morning. Hallelujah, that you are Emmanuel, your God that is with us. We declare this morning, hallelujah, that you are a friend that sticks closer than a brother. We declare this morning, hallelujah, that heaven and earth shall pass away before your word will return void. Oh God, we declare this morning, hallelujah, that you are with us even now. Hallelujah. You're the omnipresent God. You're everywhere at once, God. You're everywhere at once. We bless the name. Hallelujah. Oh glory to God. Oh God, we're coming into your presence, thanking you, praising you, hallelujah, exalting you, realizing how great you are. Hallelujah. And God, we're thanking you, Lord, for giving us this day. We're thanking you, God, for giving us this time of prayer. We're thanking you, God, for giving this breath in our lungs. We're thanking you, God, hallelujah, for being close to us now, God, and even hearing our prayer. Oh God, I pray that you'll guide us as we pray in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we come to you, Lord. You are our refuge. You're our strength, Lord, in times of weakness, in times of trouble. Oh God, you are our strength like none other. Oh Father God, I pray this morning. I pray that you'll strengthen us as we pray. I pray, oh God, hallelujah, that you'll grant us the words of prayer. Oh God, hallelujah. Grant us the words of prayer. Give us to pray in the spirit. Holy Spirit, Mama Soa, guide us as we're praying in the name of Jesus. Lord, I pray even now, and I cancel the assignment of the enemy in the name of Jesus. Oh, I cancel the assignment of the enemy that comes to run interference in our lives. In the name of Jesus. I canceled the assignment of the enemy that comes to cause confusion and distortion in our lives. In the name of Jesus. I cancel the assignment of the enemy that wages warfare on our minds. In the name of Jesus. Oh Babasia, Babasoya, Yezabasia. Oh God, even now, hallelujah, we cancel every hold of the enemy on our minds. We cancel every hold of the enemy on our lives in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we understand that the month of October is a very spiritual month. Hallelujah. Oh God, we understand. Oh God, that even in this month, there are human sacrifices that are being done. Oh God, we understand that in this month, oh God, that Satan is fast and prey. Oh, when they come against us, the forces of darkness wage war against the people of God. And we stand in a place of not just being on the defensive, but we stand in the place of being on the offense. Oh, we stand in the place, oh God, of coming against our enemies in the name of Jesus. Oh, we rebuke the enemy this morning. We bind the devil now. In the name of Jesus, we resist every plot. We resist every plan. We tear down every stronghold. Ayah Babasia, in the name of Jesus. Oh, the blood of Jesus. Prevail even now. Prevail even now. Prevail in the spirit. In the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus prevail even now. In the natural, in the name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord. Oh God, because you are God that confuses our enemies. Oh God, the book of Deuteronomy lets us know, God, in the 28th chapter, oh God, that our enemies may unite against us. They may come against us as a united front. They may come against us with a well-thought-out plan. They may come against us as allies. Oh God, but I thank you that you are the God that confuses our enemies. Oh God, you make them begin to fight one another. They come out against us one way. They flee before us seven ways. They come out against us with leaders. They come out against us. Hallelujah, having a plan of warfare. But I thank you, God, that not only do you confuse the enemy, but you cause the enemy to turn on each other, to turn on themselves. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, God, for being an awesome general in the time of battle. I thank you, God. Oh Lord, for your blood that prevails over every cauldron and incantation. I thank you for your blood that prevails all over all. Oh God, forms of wickedness and magic and incantations. Oh God, I thank you that the blood of Jesus, here, is everything that the child of God needs. I thank you that in your blood, that there is all power. I thank you that the blood symbolizes the redemption of our sins. Oh God, the blood, hallelujah, represents your victory at Calvary. The blood represents, God, your victory when you rose in that tomb. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, that the blood of Jesus signifies that you are the all-powerful God. Oh God, I thank you that the adversary and the enemy is already under our feet. They're under our feet, God. Oh Lord, because of what you have done. Oh God, not because, Lord, we're so powerful. Oh, we're so great. Oh God, but because you are great. Oh God, because you are all powerful. Because you are almighty. Oh Lord, I thank you today. I thank you, God. Oh God, that you, Lord, cause us, oh God, even when we look to be outnumbered, to triumph in your name. Oh God, I thank you. You are the God of angel armies. I thank you even now. Oh God, for dispatching your angels. Oh God, to war for us. Hallelujah. To fight even those battles that we cannot see. Even those things that we may not be able to address. I thank you, God. I thank you, Lord. Oh God, for loosing the bands of wickedness. In the name of Jesus, loose the bands of wickedness. In the name of Jesus, loose the bands of fear. In the name of Jesus. Oh Yaga Messiah. Oh, you don't give that spirit of fear. Oh, you don't give that timid spirit. Oh God, but you give us power. You give us love. You give us a sound mind. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. Oh God, for giving us to be bold, oh God. Bold soldiers for the Most High God. Oh, for giving us to be bold and not giving us to be timid in times when war is being waged on us. Oh God, your blood prevail, God, over our children. Your blood prevail, God. Keep them as they come and go. In the name of Jesus, we know that the enemy sometimes targets what is close to our heart. Sometimes Kaya Babasia targets our children. Oh God, and them being innocent don't always understand the implications of what they say, what they do. But even now, we close every open portal to the enemy, every open door that even our children might have opened. In the things that they're watching, in the things they're engaging in, in the things that they are doing. We close the door of us in the name of Jesus. Every open door in our homes, every open door, we close it now in the name of Jesus. And the blood of Jesus prevail. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray this morning that you'll cover our families in the name of Jesus. I thank you for your blood, Lord. Oh God, covering them as they go, as they leave our homes, as they go. Oh God, to school and to work. Oh God, as they go out into society, Lord. I thank you, God. I thank you for rerouting them, God, so that every ambushment of the enemy can be avoided. I thank you, God, for guiding us, God, in the name of Jesus. Oh, God, take control of our timetable. In the name of Jesus, you know our agenda. You know our plans. Oh God, but we submit to your divine timing. In the standard of ho. In the name of Jesus, we submit to your divine timing. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, if you want us to go early, God, we'll go early. If you need us to be a little delayed, oh God, we'll do that too. Oh God, whatever it is that you want us to do, God, we open our plans up to you in the name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord. I thank you, God, for the safety in the arms of Jesus. I thank you, Lord, for the safety in the ark of God. I thank you, Lord. Oh, God, because down through the pages of the book, down through the pages of the Bible, you've protected your people over and over again. Oh God, you've even shown us what it's like, God, when battle is waged against the people of God. Oh God, you've shown us, Lord, that you're a God that'll give us war plans. Oh God, you've shown us. Oh God, that you're a God, hallelujah, that intervenes when we're outnumbered. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. Oh God, that we may be outnumbered. Oh, it may seem that we're outnumbered. Oh, but those that are for us are greater than those that are against us. I thank you, God. Oh God, that you never slumber nor sleep. That we can lay our heads down at night in peace. Because you watch over us. Because you keep us. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you today. God, I pray, Lord, that you'll keep us, oh God, in perfect peace. In the name of Jesus, give our minds to be stayed on you. Oh God, the distractions of the day. Oh God, they're loud. Oh God, the distractions of the day. Oh God, they cause worry and fear. But God, I pray, I pray that you'll keep your people's minds. Oh God, give us to begin to praise you when we become fearful. When we feel fear coming, when we feel anxiety coming, when we feel worry coming, give us to lift our hands and to say, the Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. I shall not lack. I shall not beg. Oh God, give us, Lord, to lift up our voices to heaven and say you've kept me all down through the years. You've been faithful and you'll be faithful tomorrow. You'll be faithful evermore. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, for being a great provider. Oh God, someone may intercept this, hallelujah. They may come across this podcast and they may be dealing, oh God, with loss. Oh God, loss, Father, in the means of hallelujah, even their salary, God, even, oh God, their hallelujah, their provision. Oh God, people are becoming laid off. Oh God, people are being fired. Let go. Oh God, people are not receiving the benefits that they were counting on. Oh God, I speak, oh God. I speak this morning. Oh God, I speak. Hallelujah. Turn around and provision in the name of Jesus. I speak turnaround. I speak provision in the name of Jesus. Oh God, you told us to take no thought of what we should eat, drink, or wear. Oh God, that you would take care of those things for us. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you for providing for those. Oh God, I thank you. Oh God, for sending them the manna that they need. I thank you, God, for sending them the help, oh God, that they need. Oh God, I'm a witness. Oh God, that you don't allow us to go hungry. Oh God, I'm a witness. Oh God, that you supply our needs. Oh God, against the odds. Oh God, I pray. And I thank you that what you've done for one of us, you'll do for all of us. I thank you, God, that if I can testify that you are a deliverer, if I can testify that you are a provider. Oh God, if I can testify that you are a healer, what you've done for me, God, you will do for others. You'll do for the other people of God. Oh God, provide like never before. Oh God, I pray, God, that you'll provide in such a way, God, that they have more provision even in the midst of layoff than what they had before. Oh God, let their high-basah, let their refrigerators overflow, let their pantries overflow, let their bills be paid off and canceled. Oh God, son that of a ho. Oh God, show yourself to be all powerful. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, God, because even when it doesn't seem to make sense, God, oh Lord, you work out things. You work them out in a supernatural way, in a way that exceeds our understanding. I ask God that you'll do that for your people today. Whatever they stand in need of, God. Oh God, they've been turning that thing around in their minds over and over again, trying to figure it out, God. But God, I thank you that you don't need us to figure out anything. Oh God, that you already have a plan. You already have a way made. We thank you, God. We thank you, God, because the way is already made. Oh Father, you're so good. You're so good to us. You're so good to us. God, I thank you this morning. You're so good to us. I ask, Lord, that you'll allow us to walk by faith today and not by sight. Oh God, it may look bleak. It may look dark, but God, give our eyes to see through faith. Give our eyes to see you moving. Give us to feel in our spirit that things are turning. Hallelujah. Ayasandabuho. Give us to feel in our spirits that things are turning around for us in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I praise you and I thank you. I thank you for healing, for delivering, for keeping. I thank you, God, for lifting depression in the name of Jesus. I thank you for lifting grief in the name of Jesus. Oh God, ease every troubled mind. Ease every troubled heart, God. Even right now, under the sound of my voice, let faith go out and be increased in the name of Jesus. Let hope go out and be increased. I speak encouragement and peace, O God, over your people. In Jesus' name, thank God and amen. Hallelujah. Thank God and Amen. I thank God for prayer this morning. Hallelujah. I woke up this morning and began to ask the Lord what he would have us to pray about. Hallelujah. And it came as clear as day that we ought to pray this morning, that God will confuse our enemies. Hallelujah. We may be feeling, hallelujah, within ourselves that there's some opposition and some resistance that is happening in the spirit. We may feel it. Hallelujah. Some of us are very sensitive to those types of things. But I want you to understand and I want you to read Deuteronomy 28 and 7, that God will construct a plan that causes our enemies to come out together united, but will cause them to be separated and flee and turn on each other. Hallelujah. That's the Bible. That's the Bible. That's the type of thing that our God does. So in spite of how big and bad the enemy looks, hallelujah, there's always a David for Goliath. Amen. In spite of what it looks like. Hallelujah. Those that oppose the people of God will fall and will fail. Because God is the greatest power. Amen. Our description of our devotional today is when the enemy comes at you one way, God will make them flee seven ways. Let God fight your battles. He's the best strategist. Amen. He's the best strategist. Yes, he is. He's the best strategist. And so I thank the Lord for you this morning. I thank you for coming in, prayer, hanging with me this morning, praying with me. Thank God for you. One of us can chase a thousand, but two of us can chase ten thousand. And I thank you. I thank you that we have more than that. We have more than that. And so we have more than enough to put the enemy on the run. Amen. I thank the Lord for Pastor Mark Bayman Jr. I thank the Lord for the Healing Word family. Amen. And the rest of the devotional that I read the description to can be found on our Instagram page and on our Facebook page at Healing Words C O G I C. All right. I'm preparing to sign off, people of God. We will be back tomorrow if the Lord is willing. God bless you and have a beautiful day.
