Healing Prayer
When Fear Knocks, Faith Answers And Worry Leaves
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Ever notice how quickly a headline can hijack your mood? We start before the news does, anchoring the morning in Ephesians 6:12 and a clear reminder that our struggle isn’t with people. That single shift—naming the real battlefield—changes the weapons we choose and the way we move through a hard week. Instead of resentment, we reach for prayer. Instead of rumor, we hold to truth. Instead of pride, we practice love that refuses to demonize flesh and blood.
From there we put on praise like a coat, especially as the cold months stir seasonal heaviness. Gratitude isn’t a gloss over real pain; it’s a deliberate stance that reorders our thoughts and opens space for steady action. We speak life to weary souls, bless the day before it proves itself, and ask God to cover our minds, our households, and our going out and coming in. This is spiritual warfare on the ground level of routines and reactions—where fear is evicted and faith is invited to settle.
We also face economic uncertainty head-on. With a government shutdown threatening benefits and income, we pray for full tables, paid rent, debt relief, and favor that doesn’t make sense on paper. For small business owners, we ask for creative strategies and sustaining customers. Manna in the wilderness and streams in deserts aren’t just stories to admire; they are patterns of provision we expect God to repeat in surprising ways. And we challenge ourselves to “walk what we talk,” aligning stewardship and choices with the confidence we confess.
If you need a reset for your mindset, courage for your finances, or clarity for your relationships, settle into this prayerful, practical journey. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs strength today, and leave a review to help more listeners find hope and direction. What part of your day will you hand over to God first?

Standing Against Fear With Faith
SPEAKER_00Good morning. Welcome to Morning Prayer. Today is October 22nd, 2025. We're here this morning. To start our day off with the Lord. To start our day off with prayer. Uh the scripture for this morning that we are looking at uh Ephesians 6 and 12. For our struggles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms. Amen. And we are praying this morning, we're still continuing uh looking toward spiritual warfare in this time of uh where we are on a a battlefield where we are engaging in spiritual warfare daily, whether we are dressed and ready for it or not. So let us go before the Lord in prayer. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, we praise your name, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, we praise your name, hallelujah, hallelujah, we lift up the name of Jesus, we lift up the name of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, we lift up your name, Jesus, hallelujah, we adore your name. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Hallelujah. Jesus, we welcome you, hallelujah, we welcome you in, we welcome you in. We welcome you in. Have your way, Lord. Have your way, Jesus. Have your way, have your way, have your way, have your way, Holy Spirit, hallelujah, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Come on, let's give the Lord praise this morning. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Oh, glory to God. When we think of your mercy, we say thank you, Jesus. When we think of your faithfulness, we say thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You are our strength like none other. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you for the strength, God. Lord, to rise and pray this morning. We thank you for the strength, Lord, to seek your faith while it may be found. Oh God, I pray, Father, that you'll be in this time of prayer, that you'll guide us as we pray. God, I thank you, Lord, for not only guiding us as we pray, but God, we thank you for hearing our prayer. Oh God, even in real time, hearing our prayer. We thank you, God, for hearing every groan, oh God. We thank you, Lord. Oh Father, my prayer this morning is that you'll allow your anointing to come in and to have your way, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, hallelujah. We thank you. We thank you. We declare, God, that this is the day that the Lord has made. Oh God, we shall rejoice and be glad in it. Oh Father, regardless of what the weather is like where we are, regardless of if it's a bright and sunny day, regardless of if it's a dreary day. Oh God, we thank you, Father. We thank you for giving us another day. God, we thank you, Lord. Hallelujah, for the opportunity that is in this day. God, we thank you. Hallelujah. Oh God, for miracle signs, and wonders that follow us today. We declare that this is the day that you have made, Father. God, we didn't make this day or this opportunity for ourselves, but God, you have given it to us. God, you've given us this day. Oh God, you've given this day to your children. And God, for that we tell you thank you. Oh God, thank you for this day which you have made. Oh God, I pray even now, Lord, oh God, where our minds have already begun to think negatively of the day, thinking about what needs to get done, what we feel we will be able to do, what we feel we can't do. Oh God, where our minds are thinking about where we're feeling weak in our bodies, where we feel that we are not capable of conquering the day. Oh God, I pray even now that you'll turn our minds towards you, turn our thoughts towards you. Help us to turn our minds, oh God, to the promise of the word of God. Oh God, the promise that the people of God walk in. Oh God, help us to turn our mind, Lord. Oh God, to the scriptures, Lord. Help us to turn on faith, God, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, help us to make today a good day. Oh God, help us, God, to have a mindset, Lord, that regardless of what might be laid out on our schedule to do, oh God, that we will make this a day that we enjoy, that we will rejoice and be glad in it. Oh God, we thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. Oh God, for being the lifter of our heads. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, for being our protection, for being our provider. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you, God. You've been good to us. Oh God, the very fact that we're up this morning, the very fact, oh God, that we have a mind to pray this morning. God, you've been good to us. Oh God, I ask, Lord, that you'll help us. Help us to approach this day with gratefulness. Help us to approach this day with thankfulness. Help us to approach this day believing, Lord. Oh, believing for open doors. Believing, oh God, for provision and ways being made. Oh God, help us, Lord, to approach this day, knowing that today can be a day where our breakthrough is assigned to us. Oh God, knowing that today is a day. Oh God, where we may see turnaround in our situations that we have been waiting for. Oh God, some of us have been faithfully waiting, patiently waiting for years. Oh God, for the salvation of loved ones. Oh God, some of us have been waiting for years, oh God. Oh God, for turnaround, God, to occur in our lives. Oh God, I thank you that today is an acceptable day for that to happen, oh God. Oh God, we thank you that today, Lord, oh God, that your promises, Lord, are lining up, Lord, that you'll do what you said, God. Oh God, that you'll exceed our expectation today. Oh Lord, we thank you, Lord. Oh God, I pray now, Lord, that even as we're entering into these fall months, even as we're entering into these colder months, oh God, some people deal with depression seasonally. Some people are already having a hard time. Oh God, just wanting to get out of bed. Oh God, some are having a hard time. Oh God, finding motivation to live. Oh God, I speak life to them in the name of Jesus. Ayara. Oh, I speak life to them. Live man, live woman, live boy, live girl, live today. In the name of Jesus. Oh, we thank you because you came that we might have life. Oh God, and that we might have it more abundantly. Oh God, one of the translations of the Bible says that you came that we might have life, oh God, and have life even unto the full. Oh God, a full life, God. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. I thank you, Lord, for giving us to not leave any opportunity on the table. Oh God, even times, oh God, where we should be sad, give us, Lord, to put on a garment of praise and to rejoice. Oh God, help us to put on praise, oh God. Put on praise, Father. Oh God, like we put on a coat when we're going outside and it's cold. Oh God, help us, Lord, to put on praise. Oh God, to put it on, Father, to put that garment of praise on in spite of what's happening, in spite of how we are affected by the day and the time that we're living in. Help us to put on a garment of praise. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you for praise being the weapon of our choice. Oh God, complaining not being the weapon of our choice. But God, praise being the weapon of choice for the children of God. Oh God, we thank you. We thank you that you never fail. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, that you, Lord, make paths in the wilderness, that you make streams in the desert. Oh God, we thank you for provision in the midst of the government shutdown. Oh God, even in hearing that some will not be able to collect, oh God, their food benefits on next month. Oh God, that some will not be able, Lord, to collect their cash benefits on next month. God, we praise you in advance. God, we praise you that we will not miss a meal. Oh God, we praise you, Lord, that there will be food on our tables. Oh God, we thank you, God. Oh God, we might even find ourselves eating better in this next month than we did in previous months. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. Oh God, for sending and supplying the need. Oh God, you're the God that rained manna from on high. You're the God that created bread. Oh God, that fell from the sky to feed your people. Oh God, and you're still that God. You kept that same energy down through the years. Oh God, even if you have to rain down manna, oh God, your children will be fed. Oh God, your children will not starve. Oh, your children will not lack. Oh God, we thank you, Father. I thank you, Lord. We thank you today, God. Oh Lord, some are losing cash benefits. But God, we thank you. We thank you for giving them to be able to pay their rent. Oh God, to be able to pay their mortgage. To be able to pay, Lord, the bills, Lord. Oh God, we thank you for giving them favor with debt collectors. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. Because Lord, you use, oh God, hallelujah strategies. Oh God, that hallelujah, the wives of this world cannot figure out. Oh God, I thank you, Lord. Oh God, and we thank you for giving us to get ahead. Oh God, in this time. Oh God, where there's hallelujah, pending government last God. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you for turning it around for our goods. Oh God, I thank you for debt cancellation. I thank you, God, for paying some things off for us. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, for debt forgiveness. Oh God, I thank you. Oh baba, sonaba. Oh, son anio-ho. God, I thank you. Oh my God, I felt that this morning. I thank you, God. Hiya Boho Siaya for working a way out for your saints, God. Oh, God, I thank you because you're the type of God that will allow such a time to be a time of miracle, financial breakthrough for the people of God. Oh, God, I thank you. Oh, God, that I've never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. We declare today we have never seen and we will not see the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread. Oh God, we thank you. Oh yadabaso. Oh God, I don't know how you're gonna do it. Oh God, but I thank you for us coming out better financially on the other side of the break of the hallelujah of the shutdown than we were before. God, I thank you for giving us to come out better, oh God, than when we first started, oh God, than when we had all of the benefits. Oh God, you're able. Oh, God, show the world that you're God. Show the world, oh God, that you don't leave your children. Oh God, show the world, oh God. Oh God, have your way in the name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord, for business owners not lacking, oh God. Oh God, as people begin to tighten their purse, as people begin to tighten their wallet, God. God, I thank you. That you, God, will feed your children even from your hand. You'll feed us from your hand. Oh God, daily we receive from the hand of God. You'll feed us from your hand, God. Oh God, the goodness and the wealth and the riches, oh God, that are laid and stored up in heaven. Oh God, we thank you. Ayah da Basha. Oh God, we replace worry with praise. Oh Sha tabasha. Oh God, we just thank you. Oh God, every bit of news that we get about the economy, we just continue to say, God, we thank you. Ayada Basso. Oh God, we thank you. Oh, as they say that this is getting shut down, that is getting shut down. Oh God, our testimony is, God, I thank you. God, we thank you. Oh God, for turning things around, God, for turning things around for your people. I thank you that the word of God is still plain and saying, that the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous. Oh God, I thank you in these wicked times. Oh God, where it seems as if, oh God, that the rich are getting richer and the poorer getting poorer. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, that that wealth is laid up for the righteous. That that wealth is laid up for us. Oh God, that you turn the tables, God, and you provide for your people and bless them. Oh God, in a time where it seems like there should be lack. Oh God, I thank you. God, I thank you. I thank you, God. Oh God, the warfare, God, being waved on the mind. Oh God, is worry. Oh, is fear. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, for giving us to stand firm, to walk boldly, to square our shoulders, to say, for God, I live and for God I die. Oh God, give us to walk out this great salvation. Give us to walk out this faith walk. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to walk it like we talk it, God. In the name of Jesus. Give us to walk it like we talk it, Father. Oh God, in the name of Jesus. Give us to walk faith like we talk faith. In the name of Jesus. Help us, God, to declare a thing and to walk the thing. To declare that we will not lack and to walk the thing. In the name of Jesus. Oh God. Oh God. Oh God. Arise and let our enemy be scattered in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that you'll cover our mind with your blood. In the name of Jesus. Let faith settle there. Let faith settle there and push fear out. The blood of Jesus. Oh, shut not the love of us. Oh, evict fear from the mind. In the name of Jesus. Oh, the blood of Jesus. Rest on our minds. Rest on our hearts. Rest on our bodies. The blood of Jesus cover us in our comings and our goings. Oh God, the blood of Jesus, cover our children and our loved ones. Cover us as we go out into this day. Oh God, giving us to not just be open and exposed to the wickedness of the day. But God, I thank you for covering us. Cover us under your blood. Oh God, we thank you that we are safe in your arms. We're safe in your hands. We are in the ark of safety. Oh God, we thank you. Hallelujah. We thank you. Iada Basia. God, we thank you. And we adore your name. In Jesus' name we pray. Thank God and amen. Hallelujah. Even as we pray, I just, hallelujah. There was just a reassurance that just swept over my soul. Ah, God. Ayadasha. Oh, thank you, God. God being God and being who He is. Hallelujah. I believe with all of my heart that the people of God are coming out of this government shutdown better than how they went in. Hallelujah. I don't know what's going to happen. I don't know how. Hallelujah. But I believe, I believe with all of my heart that God is getting ready to show Himself strong in the lives of the faithful, in the lives of the tither, the believer. Hallelujah. We're in covenant with God. We are in covenant with God. Those of us that give 10%, we're in covenant with God. God doesn't break a promise, He does not lie. And we just thank the Lord. Hallelujah. We thank the Lord for the position that we are finding ourselves in. And that position is being on the winning side. Amen. Amen. And our scripture for today, it was dealing with our devotional theme of knowing your battlefield. Know your battlefield. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil and heavenly realms. Ephesians 6 and 12. One of the enemy's greatest tricks is convincing us our fight is with people. One of the enemy's greatest tricks is convincing us that our fight is with people. But God's word reminds us the real war is spiritual. When conflict arises, pause and pray. Ask God to show you what's really at play. Recognizing the battlefield allows you to fight with the right weapons. Truth, prayer, and love, not bitterness or pride. Amen. That's another great devotional. You can find it on our Facebook and Instagram page at Healing Word C O G I C. That's a good one to meditate upon. Hallelujah. So many people have opinions and our our leaders are controversial, our leaders of today. Some love them, some hate them. Seems like there's no real in-between. But this devotional reminds us that it's the trick of the enemy to convince us that our fight is with a person. Our fight is not with one individual, not with one person. Our fight is against the enemy and what the enemy is doing through a person. Amen. So take that nugget and walk with it today. Walk with it. All right. So I thank the Lord for Pastor Mark Bayman Jr., pastor and founder of Healing Word Ministries. I thank God for uh the Healing Word family. I thank God for our prayer warriors. I know somebody prayed for me and had me on their mind. I thank God for you. I thank you for your continual, effective, and fervent prayer and just what it is doing in my life. I thank God because that prayer is strength to me. Amen. All right. And if the Lord is willing, we will be back tomorrow morning and continue on in prayer. Have a beautiful day. God bless you.
