Mondays can roar, but they don’t have to rule. We step into a new week with a focused prayer that shifts the weight from our shoulders to God’s hands—starting with praise, confession, and a fresh surrender that clears mental clutter and restores peace. From there, we ask for what modern life rarely offers: discernment that protects our yes and dignifies our no, and divine appointments that turn ordinary moments into purposeful encounters.

We talk candidly about projects, priorities, and the hidden paths to burnout. Instead of forcing progress, we ask for alignment—God’s timing over our timeline—because work done in the right season carries a strength hustle can’t supply. We pray for yokes to break and for healing to reach body, soul, and spirit, especially where old habits and quiet hurts keep us stuck. Practical trust takes center stage as we name anxiety, financial pressure, and the uncertainty of the month, and we counter them with promises that anchor the heart and calm the mind.

Philippians 4:13 sits at the core: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Not a slogan for overwork, but a lifeline for wise, faithful living. We resist depression and worry by putting on a garment of praise, and we focus on Jesus for courage to step out when the water feels unsteady. If you’re starting this week tired, overwhelmed, or unsure what deserves your energy, this time of prayer offers a grounded reset—clarity for your next step, peace for your mind, and strength that lasts.

If this encouraged you, tap follow, share it with a friend who needs a Monday reset, and leave a quick review so others can find it. What are you trusting God to strengthen in you this week?

Good morning. Welcome to Morning Prayer. Today is October 27, 2025. Father God, I thank you and I honor your name, God. You are worthy of all of the praise. Lord, we give you all of the glory today because it is thine. Lord, I pray that even now, God, that you will have your way, God. I pray that your word, my lips, I pray, Lord, that you'll give us the words of intercession. Holy Spirit, we give you space, we give you time here to have your way. Have your way move in the time of prayer that we have here. Oh God, be glorified. Be glorified in all that is said and all that is done in the name of Jesus. Oh God, even now, even now we look to you, Father, because you are the author and the finisher of our faith, Lord. We thank you, Lord, because you, God, have come and you have given us life, oh God. We thank you, God, because you've come in, God, and you've given us a sense of purpose. We thank you, Lord. We thank you, God, because you continue, Lord, to have your way in our lives. And we praise you for it. Oh God, I'm asking even this morning that you'll touch our hearts and our minds, Father. Oh God, if we've thought anything that was displeasing to you, if we've done or said anything that was displeasing to you. Oh God, we pray now that you'll forgive us of our sins and that you'll forgive us of our iniquities in the name of Jesus. Oh God, wash us and cleanse us. Oh God, we ask, Lord, that you'll make us to be without blemish or spot or wrinkle in the name of Jesus. Oh God, because of your blood, through your blood, we're asking that you will, oh God, wash every sin, oh God, in the name of Jesus. Oh Father, I pray this morning that you'll help us, Father. Help us, God, to press, oh God. Help us to push, oh God, into the purpose that you have for us, Lord. Into what it is you would have us to do today. Into where you would have us to be, God. Oh Father, we want you to order and direct our footsteps in the name of Jesus. Oh Father, we thank you, Lord, for giving us divine encounters. Oh God, we thank you, Lord, for steering our conversations. We thank you, Lord, for putting us in the path of those. Oh God, that you would have us, Lord, to talk to today in the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to be witnesses, Father. Oh God, give us to be living examples, God. Give us, Lord, hallelujah, to be those that will give your name the glory on earth, God. Oh God, not just in the church, God, but Lord, outside of the church. There are everyday things that we do in the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to walk by your spirit in the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to be intuitive, Lord, and in tune, oh Lord, to what you want us to do within a day. Oh God, knowing that at any moment and at any given time, Lord, you could send someone our way, Lord, that needs to hear an encouraging word. You can send someone our way, Father. Oh God, that is considering, Lord, ending it all. Oh God, I thank you because you're able, Lord, to use us, Lord, as your vessels, even in those moments. Oh God, if you allow us to focus, oh God, if you allow us to have our ear to heaven, Lord. Oh God, we're able to hear and complete that type of assignment. Oh God, I thank you for discernment this morning. Oh God, discernment to understand what it is that you want us to say, what it is you want us to do. Oh God, we thank you for discernment in the spirit in the name of Jesus. Oh God, discernment, Lord, in every setting that we walk into. Oh God, discernment in every area that we deal in. In the name of Jesus. Father, I pray, God, I pray that you'll give us divine wisdom there, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, we're asking, Lord, even as we're going into a new week, oh God, we're lifting up our plans to you. We're lifting up what we want to do. Oh God, every project, everything that we place our hands to. Oh God, every job, God. Oh God, everything that we do, Father, we ask, Lord, oh God, that you'll touch, oh God, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we ask, Lord, hallelujah, that you'll allow the things that we do, God. Oh Lord, to be in your will. Oh God, if it's a new project that we're trying to undergo or that we're trying to do and it's not in your timing. Oh God, it is not in your will. Oh God, give us to hear from you, Father. Oh God, and give us the strength, Lord. The strength to wait on you in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we don't want to take on anything. We don't want to do anything by ourselves, God. We don't want to just put things on our own plate. But God, we want it to be what you want us to do in the time that you want us to do it in. Knowing that if we go in your time, God, then we go in your strength, God. Oh God, if we go alone, Father. Oh God, we go in our own strength. Oh God, and we need your strength, Father, to do things excellently. We need your strength, God. Oh Father, to do things and not burn out. Oh God, we need your strength. And so God, I pray. I pray, Father, that you'll help us, Lord. That you'll help us, God. Oh God, to become intertwined in your will. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, Lord, that today is a new day, Father. I thank you, God, that today is a new day. I thank you that we are at the beginning of a new week, Lord. Oh Father, I thank you, God. I thank you that yesterday is not what is in control of today. Yesterday does not dictate what it is that will happen today. Oh God, but Lord, we thank you. We thank you as children of the Most High God. Oh God, that you're able, Lord. Oh God, to hallelujah, break every hallelujah habit. Oh God, you're able, Lord. Oh God, to break every experience, Lord. Oh, every stronghold that we've been living in. Oh God, you're able to do it in the name of Jesus. Oh God, destroy yokes in our lives. Destroy hallelujah strongholds in our lives, Father. Oh God, destroy those yokes in the name of Jesus. Oh God, destroy infirmity in our lives. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, healing, oh God. Healing from the crown of our heads to the soles of our feet. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, oh Lord, we ask, Lord, for a complete healing work in our lives. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, heal our bodies, Lord. Oh God, heal our souls, God. Oh God, heal our spirits, oh God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to be whole, oh God. Give us to behold. In the name of Jesus. Oh God. Oh Lord. Father, we don't want to feel as if we're missing anything. Oh God, but Lord heal, oh God, and fill every void, God. Fill every open space, every yearning. Oh God, within us. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that you'll do that in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I'm asking, Father, Lord, that you'll continue to touch in this season. Oh God, depression is in the land. Anxiety is in the land. Oh God, people are trying to figure out how they're going to get along, Lord, without the income supplement that they had on last month. They're trying to figure out, God, how they're putting food on the table, God. Oh Lord, they're trying to figure these things out. Oh God, but I thank you, Lord, that your word says that I've never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, that if we are a child of God, oh, then we are living the righteousness of God. Oh, we are, hallelujah, the righteous. And God, I thank you, Lord. Oh God, that you will not forsake us. You will not leave us. You will not let us fall. Oh God, we're thanking you that we can lean and depend on you, God. We're thanking you, Jesus. We're thanking you, Jesus. Oh God, we're thanking you now, Lord. Oh God, we don't always see how you're gonna do it. Oh God, we don't always understand how it will get done. Oh God, but you didn't tell us to understand you. Oh God, you said in all of our ways to acknowledge you. Oh God, you said to lean not unto our own understanding. Oh God, you said that we should trust you to trust in the Lord with all thine heart. Oh God, you said lean not unto your own understanding, but in all of thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path. Oh God, we acknowledge you in all of our ways. Oh God, we acknowledge you as Lord of our lives. Oh God, your Lord over our bank account. Oh God, your Lord in our marriage. Oh God, your Lord in our lives, God. Your Lord, God, your Lord over our career. Oh God, you are Lord. Oh God, your Lord over our family. Oh God, you are Lord. You are Lord. And we thank you, God. Hallelujah. We declare you as Lord. We declare you as Lord. And we trust you, God, and we trust and honor you, Lord. Oh, we trust you, Lord. Hallelujah. Oh God, we thank you for divine direction. Oh God, we thank you, Lord, for giving peace to the mind in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we resist depression today. Oh, your word says to resist the devil and he will flee. Oh, we resist depression today. And we put on a garment of praise. We say thank you, God. We say thank you, God. We praise your holy name, Lord. Hallelujah. We resist worry today. Oh, hallelujah. And we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. Oh, yes, God. Oh, yes, God. We thank you that these things no longer have dominion over us. Oh, they no longer have rule over us. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, you are the one and only Lord over our lives. You are the only ruler of our lives. Oh God, we thank you, Father. We thank you. Oh God, we thank you for keeping our minds at perfect peace. We thank you, God, for helping us to keep our eyes stayed on you. Oh God, even as we're walking on water. Oh God, even as we're stepping out on faith. Oh God, we're thanking you for giving us to have eyes that are fixed upon the eyes of Jesus. Oh God, I pray this morning. I pray, God, that you'll continue to cover and protect us, to keep us from all hurt, harm, and danger. I thank you for covering us and keeping us, Lord, as only you can. In Jesus' name we pray. Thank God and amen. Amen. We thank the Lord for this prayer time. We thank the Lord for this prayer time. And now we're going to read a whole scripture. And again, I can't say enough how much I appreciate you all for hanging in there this morning. Um just for whatever reason. Technology was not wanting to work this morning. Alright, we're going to start this week off with Philippians, the fourth chapter, and the 13th verse. It reads, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. And so be encouraged today. If you're feeling as if you are worn out, if you're feeling as if, boy, this week is starting, and I'm already tired, I'm already overwhelmed. I'm already overworked. We're looking to God. We're looking to him. He is the one that strengthens us. We can do all things in his strength. We were praying this morning. One of the things that we pray that uh we were led in the time of prayer to pray for is that God would direct our ventures, he'll direct our projects. We don't want to get out of the timing of God and just ask God to strengthen us, and we've got a bunch of different things on our plate that we didn't consult the Lord about. So we want to pray before we get ourselves involved in different things, and just allow the Lord to lead us so that we can avoid some of that being overwhelmed, because it's not necessarily the will of God for us to do all things in all seasons. Amen. And so we're praying that God will lead us, that He'll show us what He wants us to do, and we're believing that when we show up with Christ on our side, that we can do all things through Christ, that strengthens us. All right, people of God, I pray that you were blessed this morning. I thank you for praying for me, for hanging in there with me this morning. I honor Pastor Mark Bayman Jr. and the Healing Word family. And uh we're just thanking the Lord. We're going to be back tomorrow if the Lord is willing. God bless you and have a wonderful day.
