Mondays can feel like a wall. We start by steadying our breathing and our hearts around one promise from Matthew 7:25: when the storm came, the house did not fall because it was built on the rock. From that foundation, we move through a guided time of worship and focused prayer that meets you where you are—sleepy, overwhelmed, hopeful, or somewhere in between—and turns the day into a mercy rather than a mountain.

We pray specifically for those who struggled to get out of bed, asking God to exchange self-reliance for His strength. We intercede for healing over cancer, chronic pain, and the unseen conditions that tests can’t name, believing God still restores bodies. We confront depression and hopelessness head on, breaking their grip over minds and bloodlines, and ask for an atmosphere of peace in homes, workplaces, ministries, marriages, and the lives of our sons and daughters. The language is simple and the aim is clear: drive out what harms, invite what heals, and walk through the day with courage.

Our short devotional, “Built on the Rock,” ties it all together: storms reveal foundations. Jesus never promised a storm-free life; He promised that a life anchored in Him would stand. When your identity, worth, and future are rooted in Christ—not in emotions, outcomes, or the approval of others—you become unshakable. Survival becomes testimony: the rock beneath you is stronger than the storm around you. As we bless the week ahead, we leave with ordered steps, a steadier heart, and the reminder that better days still break through the darkest nights.

If this encouraged you, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs strength today, and leave a review so others can find this prayer and walk into their week on solid ground.

You're righteous. You're mighty. Oh bless your name. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Almighty God. All powerful God. Ayabaso Hoyabash. Oh God. Hallelujah. We reverence your presence, Lord. We give your name all the praise. We give your name all the praise. We give your name all the praise. All the praise is yours. All the glory is thine. All the glory is thine. All the glory belongs to you, Lord. Ayada Shia. Oh, we bless our God. We bless our God. We bless the name of Jesus. We send up praise. We send up praise. We send up thank you. Thank you, God. Thank you, God. Thank you for November 17th, God. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you for another day. Oh God, we come into your presence, giving you praise, giving you thanks, giving you worship, adoring your name. Oh God, even as we come into this time of prayer, we yield to you. We supplicate to you. We bow to you, God, and we say, have your way. Give us the words of prayer. In the name of Jesus. Oh Jesus. Oh Jesus. Give us the words of prayer this morning. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, today. We thank you, Lord, for touching your people and strengthening them. Oh God, we thank you. Oh God, you are the air that we breathe. Oh God, without you, we'd be nothing. And so, God, we look to you for strength today. Oh Lord, it was a struggle for someone to roll over today and to get out of bed. Oh God, it was a struggle for someone. Oh God, but I pray that you'll strengthen that someone in the name of Jesus. I pray, God, that you'll give them to not go through the day in their own strength. But my prayer, Lord, is that they'll go in your strength, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, some woke up with a mind that they didn't want to be up today. Some woke up with a mind that they did not want to face today. But God, I pray, I pray right now that you'll begin to move on the mind. In the name of Jesus, we thank you for the blessed gift of time. We thank you for another day. Oh God, I pray that they begin to look at this day as another mercy, as another gift, Lord. Oh God, as another opportunity for you to turn things around, for you to change their life, God, even for the better. In the name of Jesus. God, I pray. I pray, Lord, that you'll condition our minds and condition our hearts for the day. In the name of Jesus. God, come what may, whatever may come today, I thank you because you've given us the strength that we need to face it. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, that you've given us, Lord, assurance that we don't have to go through it all by ourselves. But God, that you'll stick with us, that you'll stand beside us, that you'll carry us when we need to be carried. Oh God, I thank you, Lord, that you stick with us all throughout the day. We thank you, Jesus. Oh God, I pray this morning. I pray for those that are sick. I pray for those that are struggling in their physical body. Oh God, I pray, Lord, for those that are stricken with cancer. Oh God, I pray. Oh, you're a cancer healing God. You're a God that heals cancers. You're a God that removes tumors. You're a God that's able. Oh God, to cause the doctor that wants to go back and look at it again, oh God. And you're the God that causes it to be that the doctor gives an individual a clean bell of health, Lord, after they've said that the cancer has disappeared. Oh God, I speak what you've already done, what I've seen you do, what I know you to do. Oh God, I pray for that one. I pray for that one that's struggling with cancer. I pray that you'll turn it around, God. I pray that you'll turn it around, God, in the name of Jesus. Likewise, any other sickness, likewise any other disease. Oh, I thank you because when we call on you, we call on healing. I thank you that when we call on you, we call on the healer. Oh healer, we thank you for healing us. Oh God, we thank you for touching us. We thank you for clearing up things in our bodies that have been plaguing us, that we've been struggling with. Oh God, someone woke up in pain. I thank you for clearing up the pain in the name of Jesus. My God, oh God, we thank you, Lord, for clearing up the pain in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, I thank you. Oh God, for moving on every issue of the body. Oh God, you know our bodies. Oh God, you know us. Oh God, you know every hair on our head by member. Oh God, so you know whatever is going on with us internally. The things that we cannot see. The things that the doctors cannot see. The things that the doctors have not named. Oh God, we thank you for going in and healing your people in the name of Jesus. Oh yes, God. I thank you, Lord, for healing depression today. Give us power, oh God. You've given us power, Lord. Oh God, to tread upon every sickness and every disease. Oh God, we thank you for power over depression. We thank you for power over it, God. And we demand depression to leave. In the name of Jesus, we bind that spirit, that spirit that plagues our minds, that spirit that even causes us, hallelujah, to become sick, oh God, just due to hopelessness. Oh God, that spirit that causes us to say things like, I don't want to live anymore. Oh God, I pray even now I so and God, we hallelujah, command depression to be bound in the name of Jesus. We bind you depression. We cast you out in the name of Jesus. Oh yes, hallelujah. We cast depression out of our homes in the name of Jesus. Some of us have depression in our bloodline. Oh, we declare today that it ends with us, that it stops with us, that it stops right here, in the name of Jesus, that it will no longer uh plague our bloodline in the name of Jesus. Oh God, oh God, God, you're able, God, you're able, God, you're able to deliver and to heal today. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, God. Oh Lord, even for Brother Karmari, I pray that you'll heal God. I pray that you'll heal God. I pray that you'll heal Sata in the name of Jesus. Oh Jesus, we need you, Lord. Oh Jesus, we come into your presence, Lord. With our cups held up, God. Fill our cups until they overflow. Oh Jesus, we come into your presence. Oh God, fit the atmosphere, fifth the atmosphere in our home, God, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, shake up whatever the enemy is trying to do. And drive the devil out, God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, visit our job, Lord. Oh God, drive the enemy out, God. Ebasuhamabastia. In the name of Jesus. Oh God. Visit our ministries, God. Drive the devil out, God. In the name of Jesus. Ebaba maso. Yes, Jesus. Oh God, visit our marriages and drive the devil out, God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, drive the devil out of the lives of our sons. Oh God, drive the devil out of the Hayamaso, out of the lives of our daughters. In the name of Jesus, drive them out. We resist the enemy today. The blood of Jesus prevail. Even now in the name of Jesus. Oh God, you did not promise us a life that was filled with joy and no sorrows. Oh God, you did not promise us, God, that we would not go through things. Oh God, but you promised us that you would be with us. And we stand on that foundation today. We stand on the fact that God said that He would never leave us, that He would never forsake us. We stand there. We stand on that. We stand on that. We stand on the blessed assurance that we are not alone. We stand on the blessed assurance that we have supernatural power. Oh, that carries us through the storms of life. That carries us through every trial. We stand on it today. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that you give your people to walk as overcomers today. In the name of Jesus. Oh yes, Lord. Oh yes, Lord. Oh the battle is won. Oh, the fight is fixed. And it's fixed on our behalf. Oh God, we trust in you. We trust in you. Oh God, we trust in you. Not in our emotions, God. Oh God, we trust in you, God. That shall give us the strength in time of storm. Oh God, we trust in you, God. That shall carry us through, Lord. That shall carry us out, God. Oh God, we thank you today. We thank you today. We bind hopelessness. We bind hopelessness. We bind hopelessness. Some of us have thrown our hands up and said it'll never get better. Oh God, some of us have thrown our hands up and said things will never change. But we bind that spirit in the name of Jesus. We have the hope of glory. We have the hope in Christ. Ayadaba Hoshaya. Things will get better. Things will turn around for our good. Things will turn around for our good. Things will turn around for our good. Ayah Basu. For all things worked. Together for the good of them who love the Lord and who are called. Who are called according to his purpose. It will get better. It will get better. We bless God for better days. We bless God that though the storms come, there are also days where the sun shines. Oh Shata Bahia. Oh Shatioboho Shia. Oh hallelujah. We thank the Lord that even though there's night time and it's black outside and sometimes we can't see, we thank God that there is also a morning and that there is also a day where there is light. Hallelujah. We thank God, hallelujah, because he's shown us even through nature. His great faithfulness. His great faithfulness. Equip us for this week, Father. Equip us for this day, Lord. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I thank you that if something comes up today that we didn't think was coming up, that it didn't catch you by surprise, that you already knew about it, that you'd already given us a way out, Father. Oh God, that you've already given us the strength to stand. Oh God, I thank you for the strength to stand. Oh God, strengthen your people, God. Oh God, as they go through the day. And Father, we'll be so careful to give your name all the glory. We'll be so careful to give your name all the honor and all of the praise. In Jesus' name, thank God and amen. Hallelujah. We thank the Lord. Thank the Lord for his presence this morning. Thanking God for his power. Oh, hallelujah. Thanking God, hallelujah for his presence. Hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. And we're going to go into a time of devotional. Our devotional this morning is called Built on the Rock. When the storm came, the house did not fall because it had its foundation on the rock. Matthew seven and twenty-five. Storms reveal foundation. When life takes you, it's not a sign of God's absence. It's proof of what He's building in you. Jesus never told us we wouldn't face rain, winds, and floods. He told us what would keep us standing through them. When you anchor your identity, worth, and future in Christ, not people, not outcomes, hallelujah. Not emotions, you become unshakable every time you survive what you sh what should have taken you out. You're living evidence that the rock beneath you is stronger than the storm around you. Amen. That is our devotional today, built on the rock. It is based off of uh the message preached on this Sunday. The message preached this Sunday was still standing. We're still standing by the grace of God. Hallelujah. And we are standing because we are built on the rock. We're built on a solid foundation. And so in that we can stand. Amen. I thank God for each of you, thanking the Lord for uh the Suttles family. I think God for Elder Suttles, for Dr. Suttles. I thank God for each of you. I thank the Lord for uh the pastor of Healing Word Ministries, Pastor Mark Bayman Jr. I thank God for the Healing Word family. I thank the Lord even for those that are tuning in on the podcast and those that have prayed with us this morning. God bless you one and all, each one of you, name by name. God knows all about your situations. I want you to be encouraged and to be hopeful, even though the enemy tries to make you feel hopeless. Be hopeful. Hallelujah. God will carry us through whatever we're going through. Amen. All right, and so we thank the Lord for this time of prayer. Happy Monday. Happy Monday, happy Monday. Go through the day knowing that God is with you and that God has already, hallelujah, ordered your steps. He's already done it. He's already ordered your steps. We just have to get up and walk in it. Amen. Alright, God bless you. I'll see you tomorrow if the Lord is willing. Be back on the line at 6 a.m. God bless you.
