Healing Prayer
Morning Prayer For Strength And Peace
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Start the week with a steady heart and a clear anchor: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” We gather for a focused time of morning prayer that lifts our eyes from dread and distraction toward God’s strength, mercy, and practical help for Monday’s demands. From the first moment, we lean on the Holy Spirit to guide our words and shape our mindset, shifting us from anxious reaction to resilient trust.
We move through the real terrain of life—sleepless worry, waiting seasons, and hard news—while reclaiming patience as formation. Trials are not dead ends; they build endurance and character that carry us into hope. We ask for courage to keep walking until the dawn breaks, to act with kindness when cynicism calls, and to believe that joy is not a rumor but a promise. Along the way, we hold space for grief, honoring deep loss without minimizing it, and pray for the strength to keep living, loving, and remembering well.
The prayer turns to the workplace, asking for favor in job searches, wisdom for difficult teams, and a fresh perspective that transforms dread into purpose. We affirm that God—not banks or systems—is our supplier, and we ask to be light wherever we serve. Our intercession widens to leaders and nations, naming violence and devastation with honesty and compassion, and asking for integrity, wisdom, and protection for the vulnerable. We cover children and schools, from buses to classrooms, seeking safety, changed hearts, and hope for families. We also pray for pastors and churches to stand firm, serve boldly, and be beacons in their communities.
If you need a grounded, grace-soaked reset for the week ahead, this time of prayer will meet you with peace, courage, and clarity. Listen, share it with someone who needs strength today, and subscribe so you never miss a morning of hope. Leave a review to tell us: where do you need God’s help most this week?

SPEAKER_00Good morning, welcome to morning prayer. We are thankful for being here this morning. Today is March 2nd, 2026. Well, this morning is Romans twelve and twenty-one. Do not be overcome by evil. But overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. Overcome evil with good. Oh Father, we thank you and we love your name. We exalt your name high above the heaven. Lord, there is none like you in all the earth. Oh God, we thank you, Lord. We thank you, oh God. We thank you for another, another morning, oh God, another day, another week, oh God. We thank you, God. We thank you, Lord, because today was not promised to us. And we thank you for your great mercy and allowing us, oh God, to see this day. Father, I pray this morning that your Spirit, O God, would lead us as we are praying. Holy Spirit, lead us and give us the words of prayer. Holy Spirit, lead us and give us the words of intercession. Oh, not our will, but your will be done this morning. In the precious name of Jesus. Oh God, we thank you, Lord. We thank you for these that are on the line this morning. We thank you for these that will tune in to the podcast, Lord. Oh Father, you know the various things that they are going through. God, you know the various things, oh God, that have been perplexing them. Some were kept up all night long worrying, oh God. Father, I pray this morning, Lord, that you'll give peace to the minds of your people. Oh God, I pray this morning that you'll give us, Lord, to remember that you are in control. Oh God, you're in control. Oh Father, you're in control of our outcomes. Oh God, you're in control, God, of our lives, Lord. Oh Father, give us, Lord, to remember and to trust that you are in control, Father. Oh Lord, the good and the things that we don't like, Lord. Oh God, you have allowed them to be so. Oh God, your word says that the trying of our faith worketh patience, oh God. Oh Lord, you're working patience in us, Father. Oh God, your word says that we must let patience have its perfect work, oh God. Oh Lord, we're thanking you because that patience that you are producing in us, God, it is to make us stronger. It is to build character. It is to put us in the position that you want us to be, Father. Oh God, we thank you even this morning for those hard things. Oh God, we thank you this morning, even for those trials, even for those tribulations, Father. Oh God, because you yet have a plan and you're yet leading us, God. You're yet, hallelujah, developing us, Lord. And so, God, we thank you for this process. Oh God, I'm asking that you'll give us to run the race with endurance. I'm asking, oh God, that you'll help us, Lord, to persevere, Lord, that you'll help us to be resilient and to keep moving, Lord. Oh God, in spite of life knocking us down, in spite of things not going our way. Oh God, I pray that you'll help us, oh God, to continue to push and to press, to continue to believe that you are more than able, to continue to believe, oh God, that you will carry us through every situation. Oh God, today might be somebody's appointed day for deliverance, God. Oh Lord, help us to stay encouraged. Help us to keep walking, oh God, that we may walk into a new season. Oh Lord, your word says that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Oh God, help us, Lord, to keep moving. Help us to keep pressing. Oh God, until the sun comes out and we see the dawning of a new day in our lives, Father. Oh God, you didn't mean for us to cry all the time. You didn't mean for us to go through all the time. But God, there's some joy. Oh God, there's another place, oh God, that you'll allow us to walk into. There's another side, God. There's a side of strength, oh God. Oh Lord, there's a side of joy, oh God. There's a side of comfort. Oh God. And even as we speak of comfort today, I pray that you'll comfort those. That you'll comfort the hearts of those that are grieving and going through. Oh God, the loss of loved ones, Lord, weighs heavy on us, God. Oh God, the loss of those, Lord. Oh Lord, that we just never seem to be ready to let go of. Oh God, those people that we love. Oh God, it grieves us. But God, I pray, I pray your comfort upon the hearts of those that are grieving. In the name of Jesus, give them the strength to carry on. Give them the strength to carry on. Give them the strength to carry on, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, help us to keep living. Oh God, help us to keep living in spite of having to let go of those that go before us. Oh God, give us the strength. Oh God, to keep living our lives and to keep trusting you as we go. Oh Father, I'm asking, Lord, that shall touch, oh God. Touch on our jobs, Lord. Oh Father, touch and give favor in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, some are looking for work, oh God. And there are some that are working, oh God, that need you to work a miracle in their workplace. Oh God, I pray that you'll move on these in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray that you'll give us to be the light wherever we go. Give us to be a light on the job. Give us to be a light and to walk in purpose. Oh God. Wherever you have ordained us to be, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, let our jobs truly be better because we are there. Oh God, let our jobs be better, oh God, because of our prayers, oh God. Oh Lord, because of our contribution in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray some are dreading going to work today. Some are at work right now wanting to go home. Oh God, I pray that you'll help us, God. I pray that you'll help our outlook, Lord, as it pertains to work. Oh God, give us, Lord, give us a new perspective, a new mindset that we don't dread work, oh God. But Lord, that we do what we need to do, oh God, and that we move on in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you, Lord. You are the supplier. You're the supplier of our need, God. Oh Lord. Hallelujah. We look to you. We look to you, God. The banks don't supply our needs, Father. The government doesn't supply our needs. But God, the word says that you are the supplier of our need. Oh God, you supply all of our need according to your riches and glory. And so, God, we look to you and we ask, God, if there be any area in our life that seems to be lagging or lacking. Oh God, that you would come in, Lord, and that you'll supply the need in the name of Jesus, that you'll shepherd us in that area. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we submit to you. We submit our home and our families to you. We submit our work to you, God. We submit ourselves to you, Father. In the name of Jesus. Lord, have your way. Lord, have your way. Lord, work your will in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we pray. We pray for the state of this country. We pray for our leaders in this country. Oh God, we cover them in prayer in the name of Jesus. We pray, oh God. We pray their strength and we pray their wisdom. We pray that they'll rule and that they'll walk in conviction and integrity. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we pray, Lord. Oh God, if a heart needs to be changed, Lord, oh God, you hold the heart of man. Oh God, I pray that you'll change hearts and minds, oh God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, do it for your glory, oh God. Oh God, I pray, even for international affairs. Oh God, I pray. I pray, Lord, there's been devastation. There's been loss. There's been bombings, oh God. Oh Lord, there's been things going on that we don't even know about, Father. But God, I pray that you'll go into the situation and that you'll be God in the midst. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, Lord. I pray, Father, hallelujah, that you'll touch, Lord. Touch those places, oh God, where people are losing loved ones, where people are losing them, oh God. Due to senseless things, Father. Do the bombs, oh God. Do the things that they had nothing to do with. Oh God, I pray. I pray that you'll move on those in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we need you like never before. Oh God, we need you in these last days. We need you, God. Oh God, these last days. These last days have been stressful. Oh God, these last days. Oh God, keep us in a place where we know that we need to pray. Oh God, I ask this morning that you'll help us, regardless of what the headlines are today. Regardless of what happens today. Oh God, show us how to put it in your hands, Father. Show us how to trust you, oh God, in spite of what is being said and what is happening and what is being done. Oh God, I pray. I pray that you'll help us, Lord. Oh God, to walk through these days as children of the Most High God. Oh God, give us to walk in the authority that you have set before us, God, that you have given to us. Help us to continue to pray and to cover, oh God, to cover not just ourselves in prayer. Oh God, but to cover, oh God, those that rule over us in prayer. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that you'll have your way today. Have your way in the schoolhouses today. Have your way in our children, Father. Have your way on the buses, God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, some of us have children that are being bullied. Oh God, some of us have children that are the bully. Oh God, I pray that you'll go into the situation and that you'll work it out, Father. In the name of Jesus, save our children, deliver our children. Oh God, change their hearts and their minds, Father. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every rebellious spirit, every contrary spirit in the name of Jesus. Oh God, your blood prevail over our children. Your blood prevails over our lineage in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we give it all to you this morning. Oh God, even that wayward child, the one. Oh God, the one that worries us. The one, oh God, the one that we pray hard for, Lord. Oh God, I thank you. I thank you because they have a soul. Oh God, and you're able to save. You're mighty to save. You're mighty to deliver. Oh God. You're mighty to change hearts and minds. And God, you're able to do it even in our own families. Save to the utmost and deliver in the name of Jesus. Father, I pray this morning for every church and every ministry that is represented on this line. I pray, God, that you'll give strength to these pastors and these leaders. I pray that you'll give strength, oh God, to these that go and support the ministries. Oh God, I pray. I pray that every resource and everything that they need be supplied, that they may be a blessing, oh God, that they may be a beacon of light in their community. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to stand guard, God. Give us to stand guard and to push back the forces of the enemy. Give us to stand guard, God, to stay on our watch, oh God, to stay on our post, Father. Oh Lord, give us to stand there, God, and to pray. Give us to stand there, oh God, and be your hands and your feet and your legs, oh God, your mouthpiece, oh God. Give us to be that here in the earth. In the name of Jesus. God, I'm asking that you will do all of these things in Jesus' mighty name. Thank God and amen. Thank God. Hallelujah. We thank the Lord today. We thank the Lord. This is the day that the Lord has made. Mondays can be a little hard. They can be a little pressed. They can be a little bit more difficult and more resistant than other days because some of us are getting back into a routine. We've got a couple days off, some of us, and it's hard to get us going again. Hard to get us back in that routine. But we thank God that He is our strength. God is our strength. We don't rely on our own strength, but we rely on the strength of a God that has endless strength. And he'll strengthen us this morning to do everything that we need to do and give us to show up. Amen. Amen. We thank the Lord this morning for prayer. We thank the Lord for these that are here this morning. Thank God for Elder JC Suttles, one of our prayer warriors. We thank God for Mother Suttles this morning.
