Start the day with a steady flame of courage. We open with Joshua 1:9 and let that promise shape everything that follows—confession, surrender, and a brave yes to God’s will even when the route looks uncertain. This prayer time moves slowly and deliberately, inviting you to trade anxiety for alignment and fear for faithful action.

We lean into the hard work of the heart: asking God to break habits that keep us small, to cleanse our motives, and to teach us how surrender becomes the safest place. From there we pray into ministry and leadership, seeking clear vision and a sharper ear for God’s voice. The story of the empty nets and the second cast becomes our template for resilient obedience: try again where you felt finished, and watch provision meet persistence.

Provision and healing take center stage with practical boldness. We intercede for givers and families facing financial strain, asking for steady jobs, debt relief, and the calm assurance of the Shepherd’s care. We call out diagnoses by name—joint pain, fevers, COVID, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure—and ask for regulation, restoration, and covering. Our language is simple and direct: God specializes in what feels impossible, and hope is not naive when it clings to promise.

We close by praying across generations—strength for seasoned believers to keep pressing, deep roots for new believers to stand firm, and discernment to resist strange doctrine in noisy times. Then we widen the circle over your day: protection as you travel, peace over your home, and the confidence that no weapon formed will prosper. Share this with someone who needs a steady word, subscribe for more prayer and teaching, and leave a review to help others find this space of courage and comfort.

Good morning, welcome to morning prayer. Today is March 3rd, 2026. Our scripture for this morning is Joshua, the first chapter, and the ninth verse and the new international version of the Bible. Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Amen. And that is our morning scripture, our morning verse. We're going to go before the throne of grace in prayer this morning. Father God, we thank you and we love you. We praise your matless name, God. Oh Lord, we love you this morning. You have given us a new day. Oh God, you preserved us another time, God, and we thank you. For that, we thank you, Lord, because in spite of all that we've been through, God, Lord, you continue to walk with us. In spite of all that we've done, Lord, you continue to extend your mercy and your grace to us, Father. And for that, God, we thank you. Lord, I'm asking this morning, God, that even as we're praying, that the Holy Spirit would guide our prayers in the name of Jesus, that the Spirit of the Living God would give us the words of intercession in the name of Jesus. Oh God, have your way. Have your way as we're praying this morning. Oh Lord, I pray that you'll create in us a clean heart and renewal right spirit. I pray, God, that you'll forgive us of all of our iniquities, oh God. Forgive us of all of our sin, God. Wash us, Lord, in your blood in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we're asking, Lord, that you'll break every chain, that you'll deliver God from every habit, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I'm asking, Lord, that you'll deliver us, God, even from selfishness, even from wanting our own way. Oh God, I'm asking that you'll help us, Lord, to realize, God, that we serve you. Help us to realize, Father, that hallelujah, that your will, oh God, your will being done in our life, is the safest thing, is the safest place to be, is the best thing that we can do. Oh God, we're asking that you'll help us, Lord. Help us to submit to you, Lord. Help us to say yes to you as never before today. In the name of Jesus. Oh Father, I'm praying, God. I'm praying for the petitions placed upon the altar. Oh God, we're asking you for many things, oh God. We're asking you, Lord. Our prayer, oh God, our prayers, Father, we're asking, Lord, that you'll hear them today in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we join our faith today. And God, I'm asking that you'll hear the cries of your people. Hear the desires of our hearts, Father, and grant our request according to your will. In the name of Jesus. God, I'm asking, Lord, that you'll help us, Lord. Help us to stand, O God, and to be courageous. Help us to be bold for the cause of Christ. In the name of Jesus. Help us to not be afraid, God, to not be afraid of public opinion, to not be afraid of not fitting in. But God, help us to stand out. Help us to be courageous. Help us to walk in your will and to do what thus saith the Lord. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray that you'll help us to be brave, even as you told Joshua to be courageous, even as you told him, oh God, to not be afraid. Father, I pray that you'll endow us, oh God, with strength, oh God. Endow us with courage, oh God. In the name of Jesus. Help us, oh God. Help us, Father, not only to be courageous, oh God, but Lord, to trust you, Father. To trust you, God, as we're walking out your plan and your will for our lives. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I'm asking that you'll bless those this morning, those that are in ministry. I pray that you'll touch them, oh God. I pray that you'll give them to hear your voice clearly. I pray that you'll give them to have vision, oh God, in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, without a vision, the people perish, oh God. But Lord, I pray, I pray that you'll give us to be visionaries. I pray, God, that you'll give us, Lord, oh Lord, what the desire of your heart is for ministry. Help us to see what it is that you want us to do. Help us to yield to what it is you want us to do. Father, even if it doesn't make sense to us, give us the courage, oh God. Oh Lord, to do what you say do in the name of Jesus. Father, it made no sense that after the disciples had been fishing, they hadn't caught anything. But God, you told them to cast their net, God, to cast their net again. Oh God. And when you told them to do it and they were obedient, Father, you gave them to yield a great harvest. You gave them many fish, oh God. You gave them many fish in spite of it seeming, oh Lord, as if what you were asking them to do, Lord, that it could not be done. When you touched it, Lord, when you blessed it, Father, oh God, it gave much fruit. Oh God, we're asking this morning that even when it does not seem to make sense, that you'll give us to do what you tell us to do in the name of Jesus. Give us to be courageous enough to walk in your will. In the name of Jesus, I pray that you'll bless all that are in covenant with you, every giver, every tither, oh God, in the name of Jesus, Father, I declare over their lives that you are their shepherd and they shall not want. They shall not lack and they shall not beg. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray that you'll touch them. I pray that you'll bless them, oh God. I pray, Father, that you'll move on their finances. Thank you for debt cancellations. Thank you for debts being paid down in the name of Jesus. Oh Father, I thank you today. I thank you, Lord, for moving on their situation, for touching on their behalf, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray that you'll even give them more than what they had expected, Father. Oh God, I pray, oh God, that you'll bless them, oh God, for walking in obedience, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Oh Father, I pray this morning that you'll continue to touch us in our health. Continue to touch us in our bodies, Lord. Oh Father, we're praying for healing. We're praying for deliverance, oh God. Deliverance from every ache and every pain. Deliverance from every disease, oh God, and discomfort. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray that you'll do it, oh God. Even the things that the doctors said cannot be done. Oh God, we know that you specialize in what seems impossible. You specialize, oh God, in doing exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. And God, I pray that you'll move on our bodies. Oh God, touch hips, oh God, and joints in the name of Jesus. Oh God, touch Lord, those that are struggling, oh God, with sickness, fevers, and COVID. Oh God, those that are struggling with colds, oh God, in the name of Jesus, those that are struggling with cancer, oh God, and diabetes, oh God, and high blood pressure. Oh God, I pray that you'll touch. Oh God, that you'll regulate the body. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, cover our bodies with your blood. In the name of Jesus, cover our bodies with your blood. And God, we pray that your blood, oh God, release healing in our lives. In the name of Jesus. Oh Father, we thank you. I thank you today. I thank you, Lord, for giving every seasoned Christian, oh God, for giving them motivation to keep pushing and to keep pressing and to keep thriving in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, I pray, Lord, that they don't feel that their living is in vain. But God, I pray that you give them to see the importance of their obedience, the importance of their yes. Oh God, give them to see. Oh God, their value in the body of Christ. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray for all of those that are newly saved, oh God. I pray, God, that you'll give them, oh God, to be rooted well in you. In the name of Jesus, I pray that you'll give their foundation to be sure. In the name of Jesus. I pray, oh God, that you'll give us, Lord, to have an ear to hear the word of God and to not be led astray by unfamiliar doctrine, by strange doctrine in the name of Jesus. Give us to not be deceived in these last days. But Father, give us to see. Oh God, give us to hear, give us to discern in the name of Jesus. Oh Father, I'm asking that you'll cover us under your blood as we go to and fro today. In the name of Jesus, keep us, O God. Protect us from danger, seen and unseen. Cover us under your blood. Cover our children, O God. Cover our grandchildren and our loved ones. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we plead the blood of Jesus over this day. And we cancel the assignment of the enemy. In the name of Jesus. Oh, we declare that no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper, O God. In the name of Jesus. And God, we're thanking and praising you right now. We thank you for the victory. And we thank you for a good day. In Jesus' name. Thank God and amen. Amen. We thank the Lord. Thank the Lord for prayer. Thank the Lord for intercession. I thank the Lord for our intercessors. I thank God for Elder JC Suttles and I thank God for Dr. Suttles this morning. I thank God for their continued support of the ministry, their continued prayers. They are felt. They are felt and we thank God for them. Amen. If you would like to present a prayer request, you can place that request at www.healing-word.org. You can visit our website and you can put that prayer request in and we'll be sure to add you to our prayer list. Amen. I ask that you'll continue to pray for healing word ministries, that you'll continue to pray that God will lead us, that God will give us what to do. And I ask that you'll continue to pray for our leader. We thank God for Pastor Mark Bayman Jr., who is the visionary of the ministry. Amen. I thank God for each and every one of you today. And it's my prayer that you'll have a banner day, a day that is like no other day, a great day that you'll have a great day. And we'll be back tomorrow with seasoned oil prayer if the Lord is willing. And Elder JC Suttles, our prayer warrior, will lead us in prayer. God bless you and have a beautiful day.
