Start your day anchored in peace. We gather for a heartfelt morning prayer that moves from simple gratitude to courageous intercession, asking God to cleanse our hearts, reroute our plans with wisdom, and carry us through a complicated world with steady grace. You will hear honest words for anxious minds, a call to trust when feelings lag behind faith, and practical petitions for strength in the tasks ahead.

We lean into surrender, naming how often our mapped-out days collide with the unexpected. Rather than fight the detour, we ask for an ear to hear and eyes to notice God’s guidance in real time. From there, the prayer widens: wisdom for the United States and its leaders, comfort for families grieving losses tied to the conflict with Iran, and a plea for peace that honors the dignity of those caught in harm’s way. Instead of punditry, we choose compassion, lament, and hope grounded in Scripture’s reminder that perilous times do not cancel God’s sovereignty.

Closer to home, we intercede for the sick, for caregivers carrying invisible weight, and for loved ones who feel far from faith. We ask for the kind of healing medicine cannot manufacture—rest in pain, courage in fatigue, and a turning of hearts that only grace can accomplish. We lift up churches and pastors facing post-pandemic strain, praying for open doors, renewed vision, and gatherings marked by the Holy Spirit’s presence. We end by blessing prayer warriors and inviting you to share requests so we can cover them together.

If this time of prayer steadied your heart, subscribe, share with a friend who needs encouragement, and leave a review so others can find these moments of peace. Have a request or praise report? Submit it at www.healing-word.org—we’re honored to stand in the gap with you.

Good morning, welcome to morning prayer. Today is March 6th, 2026. We thank the Lord for another day. And we are here this morning to pray and to stand in the gap. And so we're going to go before the Lord this morning in prayer. Father God, we thank you this morning. We thank you this morning. We thank you. We thank you. We thank you. God, we thank you. We thank you for how good you've been. We thank you, God, for how you've continued, oh God, to love on us, how you continue to keep us, how you continue to show us great mercy. Oh God, we're praying this morning that you will hear us, oh God. That you'll come near to us this morning. Even as we're praying, Father. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that the Spirit of the living God will lead us as we pray. Oh God, we thank you, God, because you've been consistent. We thank you, God, because you've never failed us, oh God. You've never left us alone. We thank you, God, that even on the times and the days that we felt alone, Lord, that your word makes it clear to us that you are with us. Lord, your word said, Lo, I am with you even until the end of the earth, oh God. You're with us, O God, regardless if we feel you there or not. So God, we thank you this morning. We thank you, God, because you are our friend that sticks closer than a brother. We thank you, God, hallelujah, because you are committed to us in such a way. Your love for us is so great, God. Oh God, we thank you, Lord. We don't deserve it, God, but we thank you, oh God, for how you continue, O Lord, hallelujah, to watch over us, to keep us, to love us, to provide for us. Oh Lord, we're asking that you'll have your way in your people's lives today. Have your way, oh God, here in the earth today. Have your way, oh God. Oh Lord, in this prayer time, in the name of Jesus. Thou we're asking, Lord, that you'll look upon these here on the prayer line this morning. God, I pray that you'll wash us in your blood. I pray that you'll wash us and clean us, oh God. Clean us from every sin, from every iniquity in the name of Jesus. Oh God, search our hearts, search our minds, Lord. Finding anything that is not pleasing to you, God, take it out, oh God. We ask that you would take it out in the name of Jesus. Oh God, help us, Lord. Help us, oh God, to not have the issues and the stumbling blocks that would keep us from you, Lord. But God, if you find things in us that are not right, we pray that you'll take them out of us, oh God, and help us to walk upright before you, Father, in the name of Jesus. I pray, oh God, for strength for the journey today. Strength for the day, Father. In the name of Jesus. God, we ask, Lord, that you will carry us through the day. We ask that you'll give us, oh God, grace today in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we don't deserve it, oh God. But we thank you because grace is unmerited favor, Lord. We thank you, God, because your favor, oh God, is what we need to get through the day. Oh Lord, hallelujah. We thank you, Lord, that if we go in your favor, if we go in your grace, Lord, that we'll be able to accomplish the things that we set out to do today. Oh Father, I ask, Lord, that you'll keep us, Lord. Keep us close to you, God. Oh God, give us an ear to hear you, Father. In the name of Jesus, give us an ear to hear your instruction. Give us an ear to hear your directions. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, give us to hear, O God, and not be deceived, oh God, and not be led astray, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, I pray, hallelujah, Lord, that you'll take us, oh God, to our different places, God. Lord, we've got a day mapped out. We've got a day planned, oh God. But Lord, you hold the future. You know what is to come. Father, we give you permission today to have your way. We give you permission today, Lord, to do with our day what you will. Oh God, we ask, Lord, that you'll, hallelujah, help us to be submissive. Help us, oh God, to realize, Lord, when you're rerouting us. Help us to realize, oh God, when things are changing. Oh God, that it is your will that it be so. Oh God, help us, Lord, to not fight you, oh God, but to lean in, oh God, and to allow you to do what needs to be done, Father. Oh God, we thank you, Lord. We thank you, God, hallelujah, that we don't have to walk this walk alone, Father. But Lord, you'll instruct us. Oh God, you'll guide us. Oh God, you'll give us what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. And so, God, we declare this morning that we are yours. We declare this morning that we are yours. Oh God, we are yours, Lord. We submit to you this morning, we are yours, Lord. And we say yes, Father. We say yes to your will today. We say yes to your will today. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray. I pray, oh God, that you'll touch this nation, oh God, that you'll touch the United States. I pray, oh God, that you'll touch our president and his advisors in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray. I pray that you'll be in the decision making. In the name of Jesus. I pray, oh God, hallelujah, that you'll give us, oh God, what needs to be done, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, regardless of if we prefer him or not, oh God. Lord, you told us to pray for our leaders. And so, God, we lay him before you. God, we put him on the altar, oh God. Oh God, we pray that you'll guide his decisions in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we pray, Lord, hallelujah, that the decisions that are made, Lord, oh God, that they be of the benefit of the people, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray, Lord, that you look upon, Lord, hallelujah, this conflict, oh God. The conflict with Iran, Father. Oh God, I pray, Lord. I pray for those that are losing their loved ones due to this conflict. Oh God, I pray, oh God, hallelujah, for those that are grieving this morning. Oh God, I pray for those, oh God, oh Lord, who have been, hallelujah, in the way of bombs. Oh God, I pray for them this morning. Oh God, I pray, I pray, Lord, that you'll turn things around in the name of Jesus. Oh God, let there be peace in the name of Jesus. Oh God, we ask, Lord, that if it be your will, that if it be your will, Father, oh God, that you'll allow there to be peace, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, these are trying times. Oh God, but your word let us know that in the last days that there will be wars and rumors of wars. Oh God, you let us know even before time. Oh God, years and years ago, you let us know that the last days would be trying times, perilous times. Oh God, I pray that you'll give your people the strength to stand. I pray that you'll give us the strength to pray anyway. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, I cast this morning that you'll give us the strength to cast our cares and our worries upon you, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we ask this morning that you'll take the weight and the burden of our cares. Take the weight and the burden of our worry. In the name of Jesus. Oh yes, God. Soothe our fears, God. Soothe our anxiety, God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, even in the midst of what it is that looks chaotic. Oh, you're still in control. Oh God, even in the midst of the things that we don't like. You're yet in control. You're yet King of Kings. And you're yet Lord of Lords. Oh God, have your way today. Oh God, give us to see your hand moving. Oh God, and to stand still, God, when we need to stand still in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I pray. I pray this morning for those that are sick. I pray, Holy Spirit, that you'll touch them this morning, that you'll soothe the aches and the pains. In the name of Jesus, I pray this morning that you'll soothe the mind, Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, touch your people in the name of Jesus. Oh God, touch our families and our loved ones. Some of us are caregivers for those that are not well. I pray for the caregiver today that you'll give them strength. I pray, God, that you'll encourage them to keep on keeping on, Father, in the name of Jesus, and touch that sick loved one in the name of Jesus. Oh God, do what no other power can do. Do what no other medicine can do. Do what no other doctor can do. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we lay ourselves at your feet and we say, have your way, God. Have your way, God. Have your way, God. Have your way. Oh God, until a change comes about us. Until a wonderful change takes over us, God. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we pray for our loved ones. We pray for those, Lord, that are not saved, God. Oh God, we pray that you'll call them in, oh God, that you'll bring them in, oh God. Give them an ear to hear. Give them a heart of flesh, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God. Oh God, our loved ones, our aunts and our uncles, our cousins, oh God. Grandparents, oh God. Oh God, loved ones, sisters and brothers. Oh God, save them, God, save them, God. Regardless of how old they are or how young they are. Oh God, we're praying that they'll be saved and not lost, Father. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, even the one that looks like a lost cause. Oh God, you hold the heart. You know the heart, God. And you're able, Lord, to call them and draw them in, Father. And we ask that you'll do it in the name of Jesus. Touch every ministry represented here on the line. Every ministry that is called by your name. Oh God, we pray that you'll bless them today. Bless their leaders today. In the name of Jesus. Give the church to be in the position that you need us to be in these last days, Father. Oh God, I pray, Lord, even if you allow us to go through the weekend and get to Sunday, that you'll allow us to assemble ourselves together. That you'll allow us, oh God, to bask in your presence, oh God. Oh Lord, that you'll work. Oh God, in our services. Oh God, that you'll work. That the Holy Spirit will have his way in our services. Oh, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, these are your churches. This is your church, God. Oh God, have your way in it, Lord. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, so many churches are closing up, oh God. They've been closing up after COVID. I pray, oh God, that you'll keep the doors to the house of prayer open. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Oh Jesus. We pray, Lord, that you'll give the church, oh God, to be the house of refuge that you intend it to be. We lay our churches before you. It's your church, God. It's your church, God. We pray, Lord, that you'll move in it, Father, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, as we embark on a weekend, God, I pray the safety of your people. I pray that you'll cover us under your blood and protect us. Keep us from all dangers, seen and unseen. Oh, the blood of Jesus prevail over our vehicles. The blood of Jesus prevail over our homes. In the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus prevail over our families. In the name of Jesus. And we cancel the assignment of the enemy. Every plan that the enemy has designed with our name on it. We cancel it in the name of Jesus. We cancel it in the spirit. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we declare, Lord, that we belong to you and you've given us authority. You told us to resist the devil and he will flee. We resist the devil this morning. We resist the devil this morning. In the name of Jesus. Oh God, we thank you for another day. Oh God, you've made it. And Lord, help us to be glad in it. Help us to enjoy it, oh God. Help us, oh God, to see the day as the gift that it truly is. Oh God, we're asking, Lord, that you'll do all of these things. Oh God, touch our prayer warriors, God. Oh God, touch them mightily Father. Cover them and keep them. Give them the desires of their hearts according to your will, oh God. Oh God, hear their prayers in a special way, God. Hear their prayers in a special way, God. Visit them like never before, Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus and strengthen Pastor Mark Damon this morning. Give them strength and vision, God. In the name of Jesus. We ask all of these things in Jesus' mighty name. Thank God and amen. Amen. We thank the Lord for our meeting here today for this time of prayer. Amen. I thank God for our prayer warrior. Oh, for to each and every one of you, I thank God for you. You can enter your prayer request or give us your prayer request at www.healing-word.org. Amen. On the website, you're able to find how to contact us. You're able to find how to get a prayer request to us. And we will be covering it in prayer. Amen. We're getting ready to go into a weekend. We won't be in prayer this weekend. Amen. And then we're not going to be in prayer on next week. Next week is the beginning of a week-long service for us here in Massachusetts. It's the beginning of our spring conference. And so we will be taking next week off in order to observe it and to serve and to do what is needed for that. It's a lot of doing. And so we thank God. We're praying in advance that God will give us strength and that we'll have a high time in the Lord and come back refreshed. So we're not going to be here this weekend, nor will we be here over the next week. But we'll assemble ourselves the following week if the Lord is willing. All right. So we thank God for each one of you. God bless you and have a beautiful day.
