Kalyani Ramadurgam is the founder of Kobalt Labs, a company she built with bold ambition and a desire to create something impactful. Inspired by her entrepreneurial brother, Kalyani admired his resilience and hard work, which motivated her to pursue her own path. With a background in computer science and mathematics, she realized early on that she craved a balance of creativity, strategy, technical problem-solving, and interpersonal connection—something beyond the role of a software engineer. After gaining experience at a startup and recognizing her potential to lead, Kalyani took the leap to quit her job, move to New York City, and start her business during the most risk-tolerant years of her life. She prides herself on her tenacity and optimism, navigating challenges like fundraising and product development with determination. Through Kobalt Labs, she continues to push boundaries and inspire others.
