Speaker 2:

Denise. It's my deepest joy and such a privilege to be here with you. Thank you for having me, and thank you for. Incredibly magical work that you do. You're beyond magical.

Speaker:

Thank you. Thank you. I always love to just begin because a, a lot of our listeners may not know your story, so could you give us the Kohls notes version of your story, and how did you get to being into this arena? Transformation, mindset, manifestation, all the good stuff.

Speaker 2:

I love this question. It never gets boring, although it's never about me. I'll make it a Kohl's note of Kohl's notes, just, uh, so that we can dive deeper. Um, this is all I've ever wanted to do, Denise, uh, from childhood. Of course, I didn't know what a coach was, but I wanted to get on the stages and rah rah people and motivate them to live their best lives and inspire them to live their best lives. Been a lover of humanity ever since I can remember. I'm getting goosebumps as you say that, and I just loved meeting you from day zero, as I said off, uh, off the recording. So I wanna go on the record to say it, and, uh, I never believed in myself like so many of us and everything that you mentioned there in my bio, you make me look so good that everything that I get to teach right now. Ironically, I've, I've struggled with most of it, if not all of it. So, um, mainly belief of self. Never had it. Uh, so I went from job to job, from business to business until I finally realized my own divinity. And, uh, I'm so freaking privileged and honored that I get to, to touch our human race through your brilliant podcast and other ways to just spread the love.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

You know, wake people up to who they truly are. This universe is God's highest form of creation, A spark of divinity, truly. So thanks for mentioning that. Yes, that's, that's the Kohl's note.

Speaker:

Love it.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker:

And you know what, what you just shared I think is. Absolutely gold in that it is something that has been deep within you since childhood. And I find that as, um, I'm, I don't know tons about human design, but I do know that I am a reflect. So what I do is I support people to see what is really deep, deep, deep within them. That has been there since the beginning of time, as it were. And so what you just shared, how you as a child had that. In you. It never left. It was all part of your cell development, and isn't it beautiful how it's come not only full circle, but now the ripple effect is magnified like millions. You are impacting. As you billions, I hope soon

Speaker 2:

billions is my, my life's work. This is what I really want to do. So, so thank you for having me and you know, allowing me the privilege to share my, it's my privilege and my gift and my responsibility truly. Yeah. Oh,

Speaker:

and I, I love that too. We talked before we jumped on to record about the responsibility piece, and I think you and I take that. Very, very seriously and to heart. And so it's not about where can we go with this? It's about whom can we support through our belief system. Right.

Speaker 2:

Service is life. There's nothing beyond that. You realize, you know, you take the time, you go to the beach, how many days can you lie there, just, you know, twiddling your thumbs and it's beautiful and it's great and I don't want to diminish it In our life, of course, our purpose is to, the only thing we can really take with us, Denise, is who we've become. And that's the only thing that we can leave behind. There's nothing else. We can't take any of our loved ones, any of the money, any of anything. And so that is my goal is to. Die empty, having become the most magnificent version of myself, and then having touched as many lives as possible, God willing, in the billions, um, that their conscious awareness is, is, is, you know, raised so that they can get to live the freedom that is our divine birthright. In my humble opinion. Yes.

Speaker:

I love that. That's ama amazing, but not surprising based on everything that you bring to the table and more, um, you talk about people's potential and divine birthright. Yeah. Um. Mind, Jim, I mentioned it in the beginning of my intro. For the woman who is ready to possibly live their own quantum life, yeah. Let's say, yeah. What would be a foundational truth that you think that they must embody before anything else can expand for them? Is there anything?

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes. Well, I love this question, and Denise, I would say. Everyone, everyone is ready. Even though we don't think we are ready, we're ready in, in, in a sense that we know, like our work. I used to think that I'm teaching you something. I'm not teaching you anything. You know, most of what I teach because it will resonate with the essence of who you are. Like, I'm getting goosebumps as I say this, and I've said it how many times? A gazillion times. It never gets old, right? So step number one with, with. Anything before we embody is to know what we want. So I shared in my bio and I made, uh, excuse me in my, um, why I chose this career path is because this is what I want to do, but I didn't, uh, share. The other part is because I'm going to share it right now, is what, um, I thought I wanted to do was to rah rah people. And Zig Ziglar has said, you can rah rah people, but motivation doesn't like. Just, it doesn't last just like bathing. Gotta do it daily. So there is, because of my extremely naturally bubbly and loud personality and

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker 2:

Desire to, you know, transform lives and to be this, um, humbled servant and guide on planet Earth in the 3D is, uh, there is an aspect of that in what I do in the mind gyms. Inspirational, motivational, but what I got from one of my mentors, Bob Proctor, who passed away, he was in the movie The Secret, right? He's Canadian and he Right. Three years ago he passed away. When I got what I got from him, that's the message I wanna. Uh, like, make sure everyone in the world gets, and that's what I'm going to share right now is he said, the only prerequisite to having it all is knowing what we want. And there's a big caveat. We don't get what we want. We get who we're being. And I'm like, what? How many of us grew up thinking that really, I just need to know what I want? So I would invite any of the precious, um, souls listening in is to, the first step is to write your vision. And make it juicy. And then just when you think it's, it's, it's super juicy. Make it the juiciest you can. All we're doing is we're co-authoring our life, Denise, taking pen to paper and literally writing down, and I can simplify it if you'd like. And, uh, if you have more questions about it is, um, write down. A couple of pages of what your vision is about your life. Mm-hmm. From the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep, how do you wanna feel? Who do you wanna impact? What contribution do you wanna make? What's your job? If you have a job, what are your businesses, if you'd like businesses, what um, legacy are you leaving behind your travels, your toys, everything. Everything right? And then. That's part one. That's knowing what we want. We don't get that. Now, step two is the self-image. That's the biggest thing. That's the missing link. In in, in the secret. It wasn't mentioned. It was like, just sit there and it'll come. Think about it. Yes, we do become what we think about predominantly, and step one is knowing what we want, crystal clarity. So I would invite whether you're thriving in your life or you've just tuned in and you're literally. Underground in, in suffering and pain because it really requires a lot to be a human being. We discuss it a little bit before you hit record, and I wanna be upfront about that. And life will become more and more magic and miracles, uh uh, every single day once we do that work. So the first step is to know what we want. Put it on paper. The second step is, well, what version of meat? Who already exists, by the way, not right. We're not becoming a different person. I call all of my precious, beloved clients. They're my peak performers. They're like my kitty poos. I call them, um, David, and that's Michelangelo's David. Um, right. Whether you're a man or a woman, we can put DaVita there. Right? So it's, you are Michaelangelo and you are David in that all we're doing is. Chipping away the layers of the lies of the shackles, of the programming, the conditioning, a whole, that is not true, right? So that you can unleash into the version, and that is you write a short paragraph on your, uh, of, of your self image. So the self-image is also known as. Self-concept or identity for whoever's listening in. And it can be a short paragraph of I am statements of who you truly are not.

Speaker:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 2:

The lie that they told us we are. Right. And then through repetition of both the subconscious programming. Things will, even if we don't do it like I did, hadn't written a vision because I didn't know until I had met my mentor. But there one thing led to the other. It was right before COVID. I made one powerful decision to retire from real estate. I was a realtor in Toronto at the time, and the number one re max Realty that happens to be a Canadian. Toronto Real filled up all of my coaching spots during COVID. So that is the power of knowing what you want. So that is what I would invite if that answers that first bit of, yeah,

Speaker:

yeah, yeah. Do you find that when people do this work, so they make the list, they imagine, they see the imagery. Do they block themselves from receiving? She's shaking her head yes. For those of you who are not watching through the YouTube channel and listening on the podcast, of course she closed her eyes, smiled and shook her head. Yes. Because I think you've talked about it. We're conditioned, we're trained, we are, um, throughout our lifespan. Here's your goal. It's not your goal. Here's the goal. Everybody goes to meet and we ha how do then we actually start to receive because we don't see it right away, or we don't feel it right away.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. Without being in coaching. You mean like someone listening?

Speaker:

Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Then it would be the one word that I, I shared, um, during my masterclass this week, and I shared it with my, my groups. My Daily Mind gym is Yeah, repetition now. My ego. All it's interested in, by the way. Eating, drinking, sleeping, eating, drinking, partying. I don't drink anymore, by the way. Uh,

Speaker:

yeah.

Speaker 2:

Alcohol. That is, but, but that's all it's truly interested in, like my humanity. And when we get, it's like pinch me. We have an, we have another day that we get to make a contribution to jump on the court and swing full out and be of service to our mankind. It's through repetition. So our work, uh, Denise, whether someone isn't coaching or not, would be then to repeat, just. The same way we learned how to walk. We never tell our kid, Hey, it took you a bit too long, or you fell a couple of times. Too many, right? We would never dare. Right? Is same way we wrote. Let's say we learned how to ride the bike when we were five. We'd be 105. We're still gonna know how because of the subconscious programming, which we learned through repetition. Exact same way we get to the office. If, if anyone listening in is still drives to the office. Right. Or their neighborhood, Starbucks or cafe. Right. Our work is through repeating this and I'll give some hacks, if that's okay, on how they can repeat it. Yeah,

Speaker:

absolutely.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah. Through, through repeating their vision and self-image. That's it. It has to come to pass it. Uh, this is God, and I use the word by the way, interchangeably with

Speaker:

Sure.

Speaker 2:

Universe, infinite intelligence, higher power, whatever, so that no one is stopped, whatever your belief is, right? Yeah. And so if God put that desire in us. It's our job to bring it to pass. So he planted the seed and it's our job now to become that individual and the becoming truly isn't becoming anyone. As I said, you are already her with a capital H, him with a capital H. It's unbecoming. All of the lies, the shackles love that. So that we can be become the awareness that, wow, I am truly'cause like I loathed myself all my life, but I'm so unaware that I didn't even. No. Until the work. Right,

Speaker:

right. Exactly. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's why I shook my head, by the way.'cause I'm too familiar with the question you asked, although I haven't been asked that before, so thank you. It was like, yeah, we get in our way because at the core, most of us, I never say also that I'm accurate. Most of us have a version of, I'm not enough, or I'm not deserving. Or I'm not lovable as. Yes. So of course I'm going to get in my way because 95 to 98% of my results and my actions are coming from my subconscious. What we get to do, Denise, through repeating the vision every day that ends with the day, the, uh, the, uh, self-image every day that ends with the days. Yeah, that's a two things. Can't occupy the same space as we're filling. Our, our subconscious minds with love, with, with abundance, with prosperity, with who we truly are. Freedom, ease, joy. Now there's no room for for the rest, and love that by law, this must come to pass because whatever we focus on expands. Thank

Speaker:

you. Right? Absolutely. Yes. There's an ad on TV right now that's talking exactly about that. I think it's a Ford commercial and it's about whatever you think it will become. Yes. So if you think you can run that race and make it to the finish line, it will happen. If you think you can't, you can't.

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes, yes. Right. And consciously, so many of us know how great we are, but unfortunately, the results from the conscious are only two to 5%. That's why repetition is key. And the work is the same way you get to your neighborhood cafe without even thinking how you drove there on autopilot. The work here through repetition, day in, day out, and I'll give some tools on how to do that. Uh, you will get there without knowing because you didn't have to do it. The subconscious went to work. For you, which is fantastic. And uh, before we jump to the next question, Denise, most unfortunately are using the subconscious as their master. We wanna use it as our, as as our servant because it's a beautiful servant, but it's an awful, awful master.

Speaker:

So is that within our capacity to make that happen?

Speaker 2:

Yes, thankfully. Yes. Yes. And I'm gonna go through as many as you like hacks on how to do it. Yes.

Speaker:

Yeah, yeah. Go.

Speaker 2:

You're right. I love,

Speaker:

I know the listeners are on the edge of their seat going, gimme the hacks girlfriend,

Speaker 2:

please. Yes. So please speak to yourself in the present tense. The subconscious only understands the present tense, so not I will not, I wish I am. And we've seen like memes and, uh, we've seen, um, posts on social that says whatever you say in the link, English language, after I am, you become. In any language, literally you become whatever you say now, it's also the emotional mind, it's the body and yes, thank you. Thank you. You're so welcome. So we must feel when we say it right? Uh, so that is, that is that now we. Two things. Just like we can't just go to the gym and that's why I call my programs the Mind gym. We can't, I can't just, I saw my trainer this morning, go and see him for the hour and then do whatever else I wanna do for the other 24. Right? Or see him, let's say, and do my cardio on, on other days, but then eat whatever. Or let's say I'm eating clean, I'm exercising, I'm seeing the trainer, I'm doing my own thing, I'm getting my steps in. I'm not getting enough sleep, or I don't, you know, I'm stressed out, right? Like many, many are unfortunately these days because of the, the lies that they programmed into us and what they made, uh, if, if there's a chance to discuss. So from there, Denise, what we wanna do is. First thing in the morning and lasting at night. First of all, the subconscious is never sleeping. It's a awake 24 7. Right?

Speaker:

Ooh, that's important. Say that again. Say that

Speaker 2:

again. Subconscious is awake 24 7. Okay. And what's so great about that? So we wanna speak very kindly to ourselves. So when I mentioned the gym is because it's not just what you're doing, it's also what you're not doing. So Right. And thankfully two things can't occupy the same space. So we're, when we're speaking kindly to ourselves. We're not speaking in a way that doesn't work. Right. So,

Speaker:

right.

Speaker 2:

Uh, so, and it doesn't understand jokes like I was the queen of dere self-deprecation. I, I cracked a joke at my expense every millisecond. I'm still undoing that work, by the way, after years.

Speaker:

Thank you. Because I thought it was fun. Thank you for sharing that. Because sometimes people c would come on the show and they're like, but I don't have it all together. It looks like I do, but I'm still in. A learning in process, so thank you for that.

Speaker 2:

Till my last breath till. Thank you. You're so welcome. Till my last breath. I mean, uh, um, yes, absolutely 100%. Uh, Deni. So, so present tense, doesn't understand jokes, the emotional mind. There are so many other things, but this is the key because we wanna speak with emotion. So if. Based on that. If you do it in front of the mirror, your affirmations, it's way more powerful. That's another hack, because you're literally looking at the window of your soul. They say that's your subconscious, right? Mm-hmm. Um, if you add music that you love, high frequency music, high vibe music, right? Not something that is upsetting us. That will elevate the emotion as well. Mm-hmm. You can do it during movement, if that works for you. If it doesn't, chuck what I'm saying. Right. Obviously in happy places like water is my happy place. Well one of many happy places, right? So wherever brings, brings up your vibes. But the subconscious not only is awake 24 7, it's at its most awake also. First thing in the morning and lasting at night when we're at our grogg ist. Okay. And what do most do? We wake up and we're like, ah, we look at the alarm, didn't get enough hours or asleep, or right before going to bed. Uh, we, we would've done 10 gazillion different magnificent things that day. One thing wasn't working. That's what we're thinking to. So basically for the super busy, precious soul listening in Denise, nothing to do lasting at night. If you're going to sleep even five hours, you're subconscious. Make sure you say the biggest prayer. It's from Neville Goddard. I love it. I teach it every day, is to say thank you. Yeah. So instead of going through the a hundred things that. We did well, we don't, we usually are in complaint of what didn't go well. Say thank you, and when do we say thank you? Mm-hmm. When we receive a gift or a compliment or our manifestation materializing the 3D. Right? So thank you and vitamin G at that gratitude all day, every day is one of the best hacks to. Receive everything that we want, right? Um, and repetition is key. So again, for whoever's super busy and I still don't have, I haven't even reached out to this app, I'm gonna recommend it. It doesn't have to be this app. I don't have stocks and I'm not an affiliate. And it's gonna be six years, like eight, like almost a decade doing it for free. But six years officially since COVID that I'm supercharged was born, I've been recommending it. Uh, it's called Think Up. So what you do is. You write the vision once. You record it once, but then you're listening to it throughout the day in the background, while you're cooking, while you're jogging, while you're out for a walk, while you're playing with the kids. And then the subconscious is hearing it all.

Speaker:

Right? Right.

Speaker 2:

So these are ways of just making things. You know, work for you while you are not really having to do much of it. Now, if you wanna take it to the next level, you can read it in front of the mirror, you can memorize it and emotionalize it in front of the mirror. You can write it every day. You can write it 10 times in the morning, 10 times I night. Like different. We can keep adding, but these are main things that if we. Just were to start being self-loving, compassionate, and kind to ourselves, and start with those positive affirmations they would day and night.

Speaker:

And you would absolutely listeners do this for you by you because of you, not for any other reason, which is the foundation of our podcast, thrive after 45. Which is taking away all the negative aspects about giving back to yourself. Mm-hmm. And what Suzanne is talking about are real concrete actions that you can take. Upon listening and the ever after, and they're very simple to do. They're not like, oh, no, now I need to go and read this book, and that's gonna take me seven weeks and take the, she's given you steps. You can actually start this journey today.

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes.

And

Speaker:

all of, and you owe it to yourself, right? Yeah. Go ahead.

Speaker 2:

A hundred percent. Sorry. No, I thought you were done. Go ahead, Denise, please. Thank you.

Speaker:

We get so jazzed up behind here talking about all the incredible things that are available for you by you because of you, and like Suzanne said. Make that decision. That's all she did. She made a decision and everything changed for her as a result of that decision. And it's very interesting to me from the very initial conversation that we started the show with, that this has always been deep within yourselves. Since childhood, and I think that is one of the amazing pieces of our growth journey as we continue this wonderful opportunity to live life to its fullest every day. Is that anything that seems like it's too far out there? Take a really good look. Deep inside because it's really not that far out there. It's really a part of your human quality that you've forgotten about over the years, right? Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes. 100%.

Speaker:

So good. So good. Yes.

Speaker 2:

Yes. And the magic is within you, uh, Denise, within the precious listener. It's not in the next book, the next course, the next. It's all within. And that's why I say we're not becoming anyone new. We're unbecoming all of the lies, all of the conditioning, so that we can become the awareness of. The magic within. But as you said, there are such easy steps I'm giving, and what's unfortunately, easy to do is also easy not to do. Yeah. And that's why if we're not doing it, I, yeah, I urge you to, because there's magic written for you. Freedom is your divine birthright and it isn't free. There's inner work involved and the decision is ours. I love that you used that word and you caught that because that's the third step. So the number step number one is knowing what we want. Step number two is, uh, creating our self-image, repeating both on think up every single day. And step number three is decision. And we're all one decision away from a completely different life. And it could be literally the decision of just putting pen to paper, right?

Speaker:

Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

You know, going around the block for five minutes. If an hour is too much, you know, absolutely breath. I realize how much mine is shallow even though I teach this stuff. Right? It's like, okay, slow down. Right?

Speaker:

Yeah. And And isn't it amazing that when you get into this, these next steps that you get to play with and explore? Because that's how I like to come into it, because I think curiosity and play are missing in our world, in our own self. And when we come at it through that lens that. Fear that stress that unknowing subsides and allows us to just go, well, what do I have to lose? Nothing. So go ahead and make those simple changes. Like you say, they can be hard, but they can also be easy to ignore. They're easy to do, but they're also easy to ignore. And you get, you get real with yourself throughout the journey, and you start to discover things that you didn't even know. Where possible and things start sh showing up for you. Like Suzanne showed up in my inbox and I'm like, sure. And we had a conversation and I'm like. What? Of course, let's have this conversation go out worldwide because it's necessary, right? Everybody wins when we do something for ourselves, by ourselves because of ourselves. Ev. The ripple effect is huge, and I love that you are in service, but the bigger ball is that you are in service to yourself first.

Speaker 2:

That's a must.

Speaker:

Right. Yeah,

Speaker 2:

that's, that's that. Listen, otherwise it's inauthentic. We can't pour from an empty cup. And that is, I love that you caught that. There would be no way, first of all, I can't love you if I don't love myself. Right. Like, how can you give? Right. And I love what you said there about the play and the curiosity. That's key. And I, I realize I haven't been curious for most of my life. Prior to the work because of the, one of the biggest lies that I had bought into of saying Curiosity killed the cat. And I realize now as I'm waking up every day how many lies we were taught. So thank you for reminding me. Life is a game. The world is our playground, and it is our work to, to literally play and not take anything seriously. Spoiler alert, we already know about the final chapter.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

We don't know about when it is, but we know it's coming right. It's our duty responsibility and privilege to serve our mankind, but we can't serve if we don't serve ourselves first and foremost. That isn't coming from a narcissistic place. Of course. It's coming from pure, pure love. Right. Yeah. And I love what you said there, that they have nothing to lose, but they have everything to lose when they don't do the work.

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker 2:

and everything to gain when they do. Yeah, that's huge. Distinct. Right. So thank you for reminding me about that. I, I knew it. I told you off camera. I'm like, oh man, I feel like I've met you. That's, that I couldn't put in words like I loved obviously your en I love your energy and yeah, thank you. Thank you for that, for reminding you Absolutely. Of reminding us. Yeah,

Speaker:

absolutely. Absolutely. And. As we wrap up,'cause I know we c we can go on and on and I, I'm very, um, cognizant of people's time, yours included as our listeners. And, uh, is there anything that you would love to share with our audience before we say, um, our goodbyes?

Speaker 2:

My goodness, there's so much to say. I should come back for round two, round three because I am, I have the time. I just wanna be my, you know. Yes. Um. You're, if you're hit 45 or 50, you're literally just getting started data girl.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I, I think it's one of the biggest lies, and I was telling Denise right before we started today, um, that I had actually bought into that. I'm so grateful. I can't believe, first of all, that I believe that after 50 life went downhill and, and of course I can believe it if we think about it. That's what we've been taught, like many of the other lies. So for you to know that not only are you just getting started, you're just starting to scratch the surface of what's possible. You are way more powerful, way more unstoppable than anyone in their twenties or thirties or even early forties can be because this is it. This is your time to shine and any other story is a big LIE big lie. So use the 20, 30 years experience. To actually unleash and, and start. And if you do feel a certain way, like I've had clients who, let's say they were 39 going into 40, and they're like, mm-hmm. Oh, but Susan, we're getting, you know, our body's changing. Men. Men. Or like, I'm getting aches and pains or this or that. I'm like, no, no, that's the conditioning and it's all gone. So yes, you may be feeling it. I'm not denying that. That may be your reality in the 3D, but there's so much collective consciousness and there's so many lies around aging and what we must be and age is truly a number, and yet, and we literally start thriving. That's why I love, love, love what you're doing, and I love who you are and the name of your podcast. So. A privilege being here. You're magical. Remember that. And the magic is just beginning to be unleashed. 45. Uh, plus.

Speaker:

Thank you. That's awesome. What a pleasure sharing time and space and conversation with you today, Suzanne. Such a light. Such a light

Speaker 2:

to know one. Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker:

Thank you.

Speaker 2:

Let's start with the vision. Yes.

Speaker:

Love it. Love it. If you don't have the vision, you have no roadmap. You can't create anything. It's just a mess. Um, it doesn't mean it's not gonna be messy. As you create, keep, get to that vision as you keep expanding and keep using and repeating as you mentioned. But if you have no vision, it's like. Every day's. A who knows, right? It, it just, it doesn't provide that direction that your soul is, is needing and requiring. Right? Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes. It's gonna be a version of Groundhog Day every day. Yeah,

Speaker:

yeah,

Speaker 2:

yeah. Without, exactly. Yeah. So we wanna be creating our lives co-authoring it by design instead of by default, which is what I teach, so.

Speaker:

Love that.

Speaker 2:

Thanks for mentioning that, Denise.

Speaker:

Love it. Thank you for your time. Listeners, make sure that you check the show notes. We have all the information there on how to access and find Suzanne. She's very easy to find. She makes herself available in many areas of platforms and whatnot. I've been following her for a while and she's got some really great stuff on IG and great stuff throughout her social media. So make sure you go and connect. Use the strategies that she shared, something that resonates with you. If you can't do it all, it's okay. Use that lens of curiosity and play and pick one thing that makes your body tingle a little. That'll be your starting point. Thank you for listening. Thank you for being here. If you liked our conversation and you know there are people in your sphere that need to hear, make sure you follow you like you share. We love reviews. Please make sure that you do something for you by you because of you every single day, because you are the only one who can do the best job of that. Take care, everyone.

Speaker 2:
