Samantha Pinto (otherwise known as Sam or, to LT’s fam, “Sim”) is a professor, author, and higher ed strategist. She attended Rutgers University (undergrad) and UCLA (grad) before becoming a professor of English, Black Studies, and Women's, Gender, & Sexuality Studies at Georgetown University and then at UT Austin. She loves a hard professional or jigsaw puzzle. She has also survived having Hot Cheetos in her car while picking up LT’s kids in their LA youths.
