Linda Lewis-Pickett
Linda Lewis-Pickett is a retired executive, consultant, and former high school cheerleader whose story intersects with one of the most recognizable moments in American sports history. A native of Alexandria, Virginia, she was a member of the 1971–72 T.C. Williams High School cheerleading squad that supported the Virginia AAA State Champion Titans—the team that later inspired Remember the Titans. While the film took creative liberties, Linda brings firsthand insight into that historic year. She later built an accomplished career in government affairs and nonprofit leadership, serving in Vice President George H.W. Bush's press office and leading national organizations, including the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's-level Legislative Specialist Certification.
