Rev. Erica Koser
As the Director of Strategy and Innovation for the Minnesota Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, Erica brings holy mischief, bold vision, and a whole lot of heart to the work of reimagining what church can be. Before that, she founded and led a 40-bed homeless shelter, proving that faith and action make a powerful team. Her work in healing a broken world hasn’t gone unnoticed—she’s an award-winner, a boundary-pusher, and a fierce advocate for justice.
When she’s not strategizing or stirring things up for good, you’ll find her wrangling goats, dogs, and Highland cows on her hobby farm, soaking up nature, or savoring lake life with her family. Erica is a mom, a community organizer, and a lover of messy, beautiful, sacred things. Her north star? Micah 6:8—“Do justice, love mercy, walk humbly with your God."
