Craig Wood is a triple amputee who was injured in Afghanistan when he was 18 and fought his way back to finding purpose. His inspiring and encouraging story brought him to sailing as a way to take control of his circumstances and in 2025 he crossed the whole Pacific Ocean from Mexico to Japan in a 90 day solo sail as a triple amputee!!
