The City of Danville has updated the rules and regulations for the two cemeteries it operates, Hilldale and Bellevue. City Engineer, Josh Morgan, discusses the process of updating the rules and regulations and the importance of communication between those caring for graves of loved ones and the City staff that maintain the cemeteries.
