Welcome to The One Percent Doctor podcast. What separates the good from the great, the standard from the extraordinary? It's not just skill. It's not just knowledge. It's mindset. It's execution. It's the relentless pursuit of growth. And that's exactly what we talk about here on The One Percent Doctor podcast. I'm Adam Lamb I'm your host. Welcome to the show. Welcome to The One Percent Doctors Podcast. My name's Adam. I'm your host, where we interview some of the top doctors out there, the top 1%. These are doctors doing amazing things in all different areas. And the goal here is for you to learn what's out there. If you're a doctor and you're watching this, This is really an opportunity. And this is a great way for the consumer to learn about what's out there too in the healthcare space. That's not really mainstream. Okay. So my name is Adam Lamb I've been in the healthcare industry for, 15 years, I've built multiple businesses, served tens of thousands of people on those platforms. And through that process, I got a chance to really get to know doctors. Some doctors I wouldn't work with some doctors that I think are amazing people that really need a light to shine on them because what they're doing is amazing. What they've built is amazing. How they serve people is amazing. And so it, it became on me to start something to highlight these people. And so through this process, you're going to get a chance to meet these doctors. We have hundreds of doctors on the show. They're all going to be in different areas, they have different stories. And the most important thing that I found is I became really interested in the human behind the white coat, not just the doctor, the practice. I wanted to know who the person was. What did they value? I want to learn about their families, what they built, what's driven them. What are some of the things that are important to them outside of the medicine that they practice? Because at the end of the day, A lot of us just see a doctor as they're all the same. And here's the deal. They're not, they may have all gone to a certain medical school and had to have certain, uh, credentialing and things of that nature. But at the end of the day, there's a, there's a human behind that white coat and what drives them is super important. I don't know about you, but I make decisions on who I work with by the, by the person. I want to know what they value. I want to know what they've built. I want to know what's important to them. I want to know who they serve. And if you're like me, that's something that you're going to want to learn about. So if you're a consumer, this is going to be a great opportunity every episode to have a new doctor on here to hear something about, you might learn about your health, you might learn about a service, you might learn about a therapy, something that you didn't even know about.
