In this weeks Live Lounge we're joined by the incredible Lianne Wright from The VA Runway.
Lianne started out as a solo VA back in 2019 but quickly realised there was no way she would be able to scale her virtual assistant business without increasing her capacity, and the best way for her to do that, was by working with associates.
Lianne scaled her VA business into a 6-figure agency but in 2023 tragedy struck when the father of Lianne's children was sadly killed in a motorcycle accident. Realising that she needed to prioritise her family, and not getting the full support she needed from clients, Lianne realised things needed to change.
Believing there was a better way, Lianne shares her journey with us, on how she discovered additional revenue streams that would enable her to build a business that gave her the freedom she needed and provide long-term security for her children.
