Welcome to this channel where we talk about how to manifest what you want in life without all the extra stress, chaos, and drama that most people are accustomed to. You will shock yourself, uh, how quickly you can manifest things because I went from single for 15 years, burned out from a business, um, not living my dream of living in other countries. To meeting my husband in four months, moving to Mexico, starting two new businesses, one of which is this one that brings a lot of passive income into the household in a way that honors my feminine energy. So if I could get that done right, then um, you can get things done too. But the key is. Regulating that nervous system and that hustle to harmony Masterclass is gonna be much it. It's gonna go deeper into a lot of the stuff that I'm talking about today and explain the neuroscience and the brain and how it works. So. I will leave that below. So here's why. Nervous system regulation is the key, uh, to feminine energy in women, but I would just say the key to just chilling the F out period, because most people these days need to do this. Most people are running around the world with totally dysregulated nervous systems because there's constantly an assault on our nervous systems going on, whether it's the news or social media, or people in our lives or us just not taking care of ourselves. So. The thing about the feminine, right? Because we, we talk to women mostly on this channel. People who, uh, consider themselves more feminine energy. She cannot thrive when she is in fight or flight. Ask me how I know that, right? Because I was, the last time I was really in fight or flight, and I mean like in a big, big way, I lost everything, right? And I had to start all over again because my body did not feel safe. So when your body doesn't feel safe, and in that case it didn't feel safe earning. An f ton of money that I was earning at the time, it's nearly impossible to receive.'cause you're gonna find ways to shut it down, uh, in order for your body to feel safe again, this is typically when you see people sabotaging. Usually it's because something in their nervous system does not feel safe, right? It's like everything's going good, you're making good money. And then. Fence pops up or everything's good and you're making good money, and you find ways to spend the money because you feel so uncomfortable having the money in the bank or your relationship is going good, but maybe it's going too good and now you go pick a fight. Right? That's kind of what we're talking about here. In terms of nervous system regulation, and what we wanna do is we wanna start teaching our nervous system that it feels safe to receive the things that we want in life. Because you'd be surprised, like most people are totally okay with a mediocre life. Most people are okay with baseline safety. But they never get past the baseline safety because they don't understand this about their nervous systems. And regulation isn't just about reducing stress, although obviously it really helps with that. And when we reduce stress, we make better decisions. It's also about activating your feminine essence, because when you're more grounded, you are more attractive. And I've done other videos about that. So let's get into some of these feminine embodiment practices that regulate the nervous system. This is about three to five practices that you can start using. So number one is ground. Grounding is my fve, uh, because I have a lot of, like, I tend to live up here a lot because I was raised by people, uh, a woman who was in fight or flight, and my grandmother also was. And like I said, most people are, and they don't know about this stuff. So if I'm not careful, I would spend a whole lot of time up in the clouds and in my head and, um, thinking of worst case scenarios and all kinds of stuff, right? So I have to be very. Intentional about getting back grounded and into the present moment. I have to be super intentional about this stuff. Otherwise, I am liable to just. Woo. Right. And then get triggered and get set off like most people, right? So one of the things that I like to do is I like to ground myself. And one of the ways that you can do this is by bringing in your senses. So maybe you touch soft fabric, right? Maybe you smell essential oils. Um, I typically have a candle going, it went out, but I usually have a candle going here when I'm working and things like that. Uh, this one is. Rose, geranium, one of my faves. I got that at Walmart in Ahhee. Uh, but basically, um, you know, sometimes it's like changing a temperature, right? Like maybe this is cold, and I'm like feeling really heated, so let me touch something cold. That could be a way of doing it. Um, as well. It could be when you're sipping tea, to just do it very slowly and really take it in when you're eating, doing the same thing. I mean, how many of you are going out, out here working so much and doing so much that you forget to eat? Let's be real because that used to be me. Uh, so I get it. So it's things like that, right? It's being slower and softer and more intentional. I also like to visualize myself grounding. So I will visualize, uh, first an anchor depending on how. Up in the clouds I'm feeling, or how much in my head I'm feeling, it's like whoosh, right straight down to the corner of the earth. I will then envision tree root roots and then depending if I'm really needing some grounding that day, then I might also envision a sort of like pyramid coming out of me of obsidian or tourmaline or smokey quartz or some very grounding stone. This is like the big guns when I'm really feeling ungrounded and that tends, uh, to work. The second thing is breath work, right? So one of the great things about our breath is we can regulate our nervous systems with our breath. So did you know that when you just exhale longer than you inhale, you already start to calm down your body? Well, now, you know. So one of the things that you wanna do is you could do, um, it's called different things. It could be called box breathing, circular breathing, but you inhale for four, pause for four, exhale for four. Pause for four and do it again over and over and over again. And within a couple minutes you will start to calm down. Now what you wanna make sure that you're doing is when you are inhaling. Your belly's coming out when you're exhaling your belly's, uh, going in. Those of you who've done yoga, you know what I'm talking about. But you know how many of us go throughout the day forgetting this and we're not actually breathing right? And that can really bring you into the present moment. Next thing you can do is somatic shaking. So you can shake your hands, your arms, your legs, your hips, uh, to release stuck energy. You might see animals do this sometimes, like our dog will do this. She'll just like randomly do a little shake sometimes and you realize it's too, um. Let go of energy. Or sometimes if you see animals like puppies or something getting a scrap, you know, they get a little scrappy there and they get a little, they'd start roughhousing a little bit, then they'll like shake afterward, right? To let go of that energy. And you'll see a lot of animals do that. Well, you can do something different because, uh, when you shake and you do a somatic change, it's actually how animals. Uh, discharge stress after some sort of danger. Although with our golden retriever, it's not danger. Sometimes she's just itchy'cause she's been outside. I don't know. Right. Um, but she'll do it every once in a while. Um, so will the cat, she'll do it every once in a while. But usually right, you will see it out in the wild when they've gotten into a scrap. Right? And then once the danger's done, then they'll do a shake kind of a thing. Uh, next thing you can do is sensual movement. You can put on music, you can move intuitively, uh, not choreography, just expression. And it basically rewire safety and pleasure into the body. So with the feminine specifically, maybe you wanna do hip circles or you wanna do finger eights, uh, with your hips, because that's really where we live. We live like. You know, hips, belly, heart, that's kind of where we are. So we wanna make sure we move, um, all of that, even if you feel silly, it really does not matter. Start moving. And then finally, if you might wanna do some self-soothing touch, you can hug yourself. Some people do that. You could put one hand on your heart. Another on your womb. And again, do that very intentional breathing and that'll already start to regulate you and bring you down. There's a bunch of other tools that you can use to regulate your nervous system. So I just went through a move recently. I moved from the second largest city in Mexico, which is Guadalajara, out to the lake chip area, which is magical. There is magic out here in the Lake Chapala area. The energy is so nice out here and so good. But as you can imagine. Um, moving is stressful, right? And I've moved from one country to another country. My husband runs a business where he helps people move to other countries. So I, I deal with this moving thing a lot, right? So one of the things that, um, I do right is I, in particular, I will use breathing exercises and that grounding exercise when I'm feeling like frazzled or stressed out or something, and that will immediately downregulate me. And I will be good, uh, to go basically, or when something happens, even if it's good that I wasn't expecting. And I feel myself a little anxious, like, you know, I saw sales starting to come in through this channel, and I was like, yes, right? But then another part of me was like, too good to be true, you know? So immediately when that story comes in, I will use. Those tools to start downregulating and receive better and receive more.
