If you wanna attract healthy masculine men, you have to learn to be in your divine feminine energy. And one of the things you can do to be in your divine feminine energy is become inconvenient. To men because part of the problem that's going on out here is a lot of you are too easy, right? And I don't necessarily mean like sexually easy, I just mean easy in general. So in this video, we're gonna be talking about how to become a challenge, how to become the prize, and how do we become inconvenient to men so that they are attracted to you and they actually commit to you. Hi, my name is Amanda. Welcome to this channel where we talk about how to manifest what you want in life without all the extra stress, chaos, and drama. That most people are accustomed to. So let's get into how to become inconvenient and why this matters. So a lot of you are asking questions in the comments like, I've been with this guy for many years. How do I get him to see that he should marry me? Or, you know, how can I spot, uh, healthy men? A lot of what goes on out here is a lot of you, because you have good girl programming or you have people pleaser programming is you become way too convenient and when you're too convenient, what does that look like? It can look like sleeping with a guy, uh, too early and being easy In that sense, it looks like cooking and cleaning for a guy who's not your husband, it looks like always being there and being available with your time. For people who have not committed to you yet, um, it looks like constantly chasing a guy. And you're the one initiating and sending all the messages. A lot of you're out here and you're stuck in these loops and you're in these cycles. And what happens is when you do that, you actually repel healthy masculine men, but you attract unhealthy feminized men who are going to take advantage of you and waste your emotions, your energy, and you time. And if you are a woman of a certain age, especially if you want kids, you do not have a whole lot of time to be wasting on non-committal feminized, unhealthy dudes. So. What you have to learn how to do is actually become inconvenient because a healthy masculine man, they play for point. They like a challenge. They like to win. Uh, they like to know that they achieve something and they accomplish something they like to pursue. So if you're constantly there and you're constantly available and you're doing all this stuff for this guy while he's, while he doesn't really have to give that much effort, he's gonna get lazy and he's gonna use you for convenience. Or at worse, the healthy guys don't even notice you exist. Uh,'cause they're like, oh, this is like too easy. She's basic. Like, I'm not that interested. Like men, healthy men don't like basic women. And unfortunately, a lot of women out here are acting basic because they just don't know these things about male psychology. So what you wanna do is you wanna learn how to become somewhat inconvenient. So here's one way to become inconvenient. Stop sleeping with a guy, uh, so soon because. First of all, there's a lot of reasons why, like energetically, psychologically, that's just like usually not a good idea. The whole sex and the city lifestyle. Um, there's lots of reasons for that that I don't have time to get into right now. But essentially, like that's one of the most vulnerable things you can do is give someone your energy and your body and you're just gonna give it away. Like that. No, ladies, we need to stop doing that. The second thing is you need to stop overdoing and over functioning. And this is a cycle that a lot of you get stuck in because you're trying to prove your worth to a man. And what you need to realize is you don't have to prove shit. He's the one who needs to be proving and doing the stuff. So a lot of times, right, you're cooking, you're cleaning, you're planning all the dates, you're planning all the outings, you're initiating everything. Um, and men don't like that. They don't like it. There's no space for him to come in and be your hero. There's no space for him to come in and lead. There's no space for him, uh, to come in and actually take up space because you're taking up all the space with your actions. What you need to learn how to do is lean back, which I know there's a lot of confusion about that on the internet, but basically the way that I like to think of leaning back in a way that makes the most sense, because I know when I heard it many years ago, I'm like, what are you talking about? A lot of it just comes down to nervous system. Regulation and understanding, okay, am I functioning from a place of anxiety and that's why I'm doing these things? Or am I functioning from a place of, Hey, I'm just having joy, pleasure, and fun. Um, because a lot of times what happens is you guys are so anxious that you're just like trying to exert like express the anxious energy and it comes out as chasing. A guy in all those different ways, and you could be anxious for a million reasons. You might feel like you're running outta time. You might feel like there's no guy out there for you. There's 1,000,001 reasons, but the point is it's anxiety and you need to learn how to keep that anxiety, um, at bay. And a lot of that does have to do with regulating your nervous system. So the other thing that you have to realize about men is that they love to give to you. Healthy, masculine men love to give. And the problem is that many of you dunno how to receive because you are in the over giver position. So one of the things that I tell all my clients and students, and this is something that I did that manifested my husband in four months, is that I actually did this, um, masculine energy experiment. So this was like. Three years ago now, I think I was like, I'm ready to get married. I'm ready to manifest my husband and I realized I wasn't that great at receiving. I was in that over functioning. Mode. And I said, okay, I have to change this. So what I did is I decided to do an experiment. And in that experiment I said, I'm going to receive from the masculine in whatever way it shows up. Uh, if my dad wants to solve a problem for me, cool. If my brother wants to help me with something, cool if, uh, the, the owner of the pastry shop, if my neighborhood wants to give me a pastry, cool. If one of my male colleagues wants to take me out to dinner and like help me solve a problem at work. Cool. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna receive and receive and receive. By the way, if women were giving to me, I received it as well. Right? So, but the point was that I got very good at receiving and saying thank you. And what happens is that most women feel very uncomfortable receiving, again, it's like an anxiety thing. Like, oh my God, really? Like you're giving to me. I remember many, many years ago, before I understood a lot of these concepts. Um, I was dating a guy and he was doing everything right. He was working 12 hour days, but still making time for me. He was, uh, driving an hour to come see me. He was taking me out to really nice places for dinner. He even brought me gifts and I was so freaking uncomfortable. Right. And that's where a lot of women are because we are not comfortable receiving. And I've done other videos as. Why that is and how we get there. So make sure to check those out. The point is that we have to get very, very good, um, at receiving, and most women have it reversed, right? That they are constantly the ones giving and they're barely receiving anything in return. And then finally, um, and then I gotta go actually to a coaching call, um, with one of my private clients. Finally, what happens here is that you have to stop making excuses for men. Um, a lot of you will. Big sis, Amanda coming in. A lot of you will get with men who have not proven that they can take care of you, who are not showing any commitment toward you whatsoever. They're basically giving you crumbs and making you jump through hoops, but you will do everything to defend this guy and his behavior. A lot of times that has to do with the fact that you feel like either this is as good as it can get, no cys, it's not. It can get a lot better. I promise a lot better than that, or a lot of times. There's some sort of a reason why you feel attached to this guy. Um, you know, a lot of women have to learn to be attracted to what treats them well and what is good to them and for them. And unfortunately a lot of women, for lots of reasons I don't have time to get into in this video today, but this is something I work on with private clients. A lot of women are attracted to men who treat them like crap. Um, and a lot of it is trauma bonding. A lot of it is like Disney Princess Fantasy that doesn't exist. In the real world, A lot of it is like sex and the city lifestyle. Like do you know how many women out here still act like Carrie Bradshaw? Carrie Bradshaw is an emotionally stunted woman who doesn't know how to like be in a healthy relationship or how many women, I grew up in the nineties, right? See the friends thing like, oh, I want a relationship like Rachel and Ross. That was toxic. Rachel and Ross in friends. But because a lot of us in my generation, we grew up on that stuff and nobody taught us how to be in relationships. And we think that's what love. Is, and it's not, which is one of the reasons why I started this channel. Anyway, all the resources for those of you who wanna go deeper are below the point is start becoming inconvenient and become a challenge for a man, and have some standards and know how to communicate your boundaries and what those standards are.
