And today I'll show you the difference between feminine energy and masculine energy, and when to use each one to become irresistibly magnetic. Hi, my name is Amanda. Welcome to this channel where we talk about how to manifest what you want in life without all the extra stress, chaos, and drama. That most people are accustomed to. Lately, we've been talking a lot about relationship dynamics, feminine energy, masculine energy, how to have healthy relationships. Based on my 15 years of experience coaching women in different areas of their lives, in addition to six of those years being mentored and around very high performing masculine provider men, and learning from them what they are looking for in wives and in partners and in women. As well. So here's the problem, right? I've worked with a lot of successful women over the years because I started in the personal finance space, and then I moved over into business coaching. So I was teaching marketing, sales, how to run businesses. I've worked with CEOs, entrepreneurs, high achievers, who are amazing at what they do. They're really good and they know how to make money, but they would oftentimes come to sessions or start asking questions about all the issues that they were having in their relationships. And a lot of times, a lot of these women were ending up with men who had no ambition, who were very passive, and or other times they just couldn't even get a guy to commit to them, period. Right. So I got very curious about this after a while. And because I was around so many high performing men, uh, because I was being mentored by them with business and stuff like that, I started asking them about their relationships out of total curiosity for like five or six years. And here's what they told me as to why a lot of these women are probably running into issues. And it basically comes down to this, the same energy that makes you successful at work. And for those of you, I'm talking about, those of you who are doctors, lawyers, engineers, uh, physicians, I know that we've got a few physicians, uh, in the comments right now in the subscriber section. Those of you who run businesses, your entrepreneur, like you're used to running shit basically, a lot of times what happens is you bring that same energy into your relationships and it backfires because it ends up. Repelling men. So here's the problem. And the problem is basically the success trap, right? And this is why a lot of women are confused right now, because if you're operating in masculine energy 24 7, then you're approaching dating like it's a business transaction. And you may seem to yourself, oh no, I'm not doing that. You're definitely doing that. And I'm going to give some examples, right? Because what happens is that a lot of times. You know when it comes to making money, although this does change, once you understand masculine and feminine energy and how to use them in business, then you get out of the trap that I'm about to say. So make sure to check out that Polarity Masterclass, learn how to also use it in business. But most people when it comes to making money and when it comes to their careers, most women, what? What do they tell you? You have to. Uh, earn your keep, you have to pay your dues, um, all that kind of stuff, right? So there's, you have to be available all the time. So there's this idea of having to earn the money, right? So what happens is we go to love, right? And we feel like we have to earn the love the same way that we. Earn the money. Now, how do we earn the money is through achievement. So then we mistakenly bring that same mentality into our relationships where we're like, well, we're gonna earn love through achievement. And what happens is that you end up becoming very controlling instead of flowing, and it automatically puts you in more of a masculine, uh, mindset and energy, which means the masculine men are not going to be attracted to you because they're like, I wanna be the masculine one here, and they should be the masculine one. In relationships. So here's how this shows up in dating, and this is how you know that you are more in your masculine energy in the dating. You're planning everything. So you organize all the dates, you organize all the outings. I've heard stories from women who will plan a man's whole fucking weekend, right? Rather than letting him, uh, plan things. Uh, you pay for everything. So you split bills or you're paying more. Like I said, there's a big life coach that came out recently who's going through kind of a nasty public divorce. Well, this is what ended up happening. Um, you're solving his problems, so you fix his life or career in a lot of ways that. That life coach was also going through a lot of that. You're leading conversation, so you're driving all the interactions and you're the one ultimately making decisions. So you're the one choosing restaurants, recommending restaurants, choosing activities, recommending the activities, and also the timing. So the result is that the man sees you as a friend or a business partner, but doesn't see you as a love interest. They will see you as a colleague right now. A lot of times right back in when I was around a lot of high performing men, because they were my mentors, I would get put in the friend business partner category for a long time. Now, granted, I wasn't like. Interested in them like that. Now, the reason I was getting put in the friend or business partner category is because I was relating to them on logic. How was I relating to them on logic? I was asking them what they wanted in dating, not for me, right? But because I was not, I was working with a lot of women, they weren't. And I'm like, Hey, I'm running into this issue with my female clients. Like, can you show me what's going on here? Basically? Um, and this is. What they would tell me, they're like with those kinds of women, right? We see them as more friends or business partners because they would not feel masculine around those kinds of women, so they would lose the romantic interest very. Quickly. And then what ends up happening is that those women, instead of attracting the high achievers, the providers, the ambitious men, they end up attracting men who want to be taken care of. And this is why we will oftentimes see female celebrities who get with a guy. Then she's paying like Mary j Blige, Tony Braxton. Like how many of those have we seen? Or right now Cardi B isn't a whole mess with that kind of stuff with her first husband. Uh, there's a major life coach, uh, Regan Hillier who is in that situation with or her ex-husband right now. Generally speaking, more often than not, this is what ends up happening. With very high achieving, uh, women, they end up picking the wrong dudes because they end up attracting more passive men who want to be taken, uh, care of rather than men who are ambitious in their own right. And women will make a lot of excuses for these men. They will do it all the time, and they will tell themselves really dumb shit like, oh, I'm marrying for love. Not because he's a provider. I'm here for love, not money. Don't tell yourself that, right? Because at the end of the day, what happens is you end up getting with men who are constantly trying to take from you and then you end up exhausted, uh, and divorced in a few years, and then you're gonna be paying him spousal support, right? So the other thing that you wanna learn how to deal. And you wanna understand the energies, right? So now that we've identified the problem, let's start understanding the energies. So with masculine energy, it's, it's the direction is that it's goal oriented, it's focused, it's driven, it's ambitious, it's constantly focused on the future. Now the action of masculine energy is the doing, the achieving, and the accomplishing. It works at your job. It does not work in relationships. If you are a woman trying to date. Masculine men. Now, the logic and how it works in the brain is that it's analytical, it's problem solving, it's strategic. And in terms of leadership, it's about taking charge, making decisions, and in terms of providing, it's about giving, protecting, and supporting. That's what masculine men want to do in relationships. But if you're doing all those things, then he cannot do it, and then that's why he's not attracted to you. Now with feminine energy traits, it looks totally different. It's about flow. So it's intuitive, it's flexible, it's receptive. It's about being, it's about being in the present moment. They're future oriented. You need to. And the present and more process focused. It's about feeling and experiencing. They're constantly in their heads. They need you in order to actually feel something, but most women are out here running around also constantly in their heads when it comes to the emotions. It's heart centered, it's em empathetic, it's nurturing when, and it's more about following rather than leading. And granted, I know that for a lot of us, we struggle with this, especially when we had businesses before, myself included, this is probably the one we need to work on the most, right. So when it comes to following, it's about allowing, receiving and responding. And the feminine is also about inspiring. So it's about motivating through presence and energy. Now, the thing is that both of these energies are extremely important. So at work, masculine energy helps you succeed and love feminine energy creates attraction. And the key is knowing how to balance these things and knowing when to switch between the different energies. Because when you know how to do that, like if you're going out on dates with masculine men, they're gonna be attracted to you if you're in your feminine energy. And what that does is that it creates polarity because opposite energies create a magnetic pull. It's about, I gotta work on that too. Those of us who are high achievers, like generally speaking, um. We're very structured, typically in the way that we operate. So sometimes that one is, is a little bit of an issue, uh, feeling, right? So it's sharing emotions and vulnerabilities, and it's also about inspiring him, so motivating him and inspiring him, not by telling him what to do. We're making suggestions by, but through your presence and standard. Now how men respond to feminine energy is they feel more masculine around you. So they're obviously already creating a bond they want to impress and provide for you. They feel successful at making you happy. So they're like, yes, I'm winning. I'm playing for points because, uh, one of the things that. Men operate under is the idea of challenge. Uh, this is what they're wired for. They're wired to protect and provide and overcome challenges and in feminine magnetism master, I go through the three core drivers, the three psychological drivers of what makes Healthy Men Challenge is one of them. Right. So if they feel successful at making you happy, then it starts to create that bond. Uh, they naturally step into a leadership role when you're in more feminine energy and they become very protective and devoted. A lot of you are tired of getting with men who are not protective of you, who are not keeping you safe, who are not covering you. So, uh, the part of the reason why is because you might be operating too much from the mass. Masculine energy. So here's when to use each energy, right? You can use masculine energy for your career advancement and professional goals, financial planning, major life decisions, problem solving of your own challenges, not his yours. Uh, setting boundaries and standards, and then emergency situations that honestly require quick action. So obviously we're able to use. This energy when we need to use it, and there are moments when it's appropriate to use it. It's just not that appropriate in dating. Now, you can use feminine energy for dating and romantic relationships, social situations and building connections, creative projects and artistic ex. Expression and then also healing and emotional processing and receiving love gifts and support. The feminine is all about the receiving. The masculine is all about the giving. So the key is knowing how to consciously switch between the energies and then reading the situation that you're in. Responding appropriately. It's not being stuck in one energy all the time because if women are in masculine energy all the time, they're going to exhaust themselves. And then if they're in feminine energy all the time, they will get absolutely nothing done right. And obviously we live in a world where we need to get stuff done, um, every once in a while. So it's learning how to honor both aspects of yourself. That's really what this comes down to. So I know that this might feel really confusing about like, okay, well, like how do I actually do this? Like how do I shift on the moment and how do I know which energy to use when? How do I maintain my success? And then also become more feminine in dating when I'm a single woman and I have to be successful in paying all my own bills. I totally understand. And you can be successful and feminine because it's about, ultimately, it's about knowing when to switch and understanding that women go through different seasons in life, and we are a little, we have to be a little bit more flowy and flexible with our energies than perhaps men because men can use the masculine energy at work all day long and then use the masculine energy in relationships. But with us women, we have to like. We gotta weave a little bit more. We have to be more, more aware of our surroundings and situations and what's going on and, and when to use what to use, when, which thank God. Part of the feminine is flow and flexibility and the ability to actually do that. So when you learn how to do that, that men are attracted to the feminine energy because it makes them feel.
